George and his team are five star champs! I contacted him in the summer about a larger move and he was very professional, helpful, and to the point. Since then we have been in contact about a large move with heavy pieces of furniture. He was always very responsive, I never felt like I was going to end up the day of the move without movers showing up. We had to schedule last minute and he accommodated our move accordingly. His workers were punctual, in great spirits during the move, and worked their butts off. Nothing was damaged, not even our tight walls, and they worked hard and fast. In the past I've had movers that were slow, milking the clock, but these guys whipped it out, we were very impressed. Their quote was right on the money and they actually worked faster than we anticipated. It made what should have been a very stressful day a smooth enjoyable experience. We will 100% use them in the future. Thank you George and crew! Happy New Year! Also with the pandemic they took all necessary health measure and safety measures they could during the move. We have two small children and a newborn who we haven't had anyone around, and I felt we were in good hands on a health safety measure.

Absolutely nightmare. Completely disorganized and unprofessional. Showed up 4.5 hours late for a time critical move. Tried calling numerous times to no answer. When we did get ahold of them, they kept saying "another 20 minutes" leaving my partner stranded at a loading dock. Refused to offer a receipt and demanded cash. Beware! They don't do the moving themselves, just subcontract to who ever they can find. Subcontractors were completely unaware of prior communication.

I hired MTL Movers to move my atelier. I thought the pricing was great and Latif and Peter (the strongmen who moved my stuff) were both very kind and respectful! I have a bunch of expensive and heavy equipment as well as a lot of oddly shaped and sized boxes, so I’m guessing it wasn’t the easiest move they’ve ever done. They took great care to move everything safely and efficiently. West and Nourshat are two of the kindest and most hardworking men I have met. Very upset with them. Workers were very slow, VERY SLOW, and very rough with our things. They broke a few boxes and a nice piece of furniture. It seems they have 1 person who knows what they are doing working with 2 people that have never done this before. There were hidden fees, and when I protested, I was told they would be waived if I paid cash. It was an obvious attempt for them to avoid declaring this. They estimated 4-5 hours, took almost 8.5 hours. Unprofessional and rude. DO NOT USE THEM, you will regret it.

I had the exact same experience as user Beauty Strong. The team we got was sooooo slow and inefficient. I've moved a few times in the last few years and knew something wasn't right this time. I'd come to see what they were doing and find them standing around...smoking, sitting in the truck eating, one was sitting on the front steps scrolling through his phone. This was ongoing throughout the whole move. Took 20 minutes longer than me to arrive at the new place and arrived with takeout food. They couldn't fit our couch in the elevator so they abandoned it, didn't bother to take the stairs. We're only on the 3rd floor, but they didn't even try, just "Nope, sorry, your couch doesn't fit in the elevator" and left it there. We politely asked them to pick up the pace and this is when it all went really downhill........rude and unprofessional, insulting us under their breath, argued with my neighbours who were defending us, threatened to leave with our belongings. They ended up leaving the rest of our furniture and boxes on the curb. When I went to get my couch, someone had ripped it apart. Called the owner George K. to discuss the situation and he couldn't have cared less. He defended his team's behaviour.
