Moving is stressful, thankfully STC was there to take care of our move! Thanks to group STC, it was so stress free. Very professional company and good email communication. On the day of my move, the two guys that were sent were amazing, very friendly, and very careful with my stuff. Loaded the truck in an hour and a half, nothing was broken. Unloading the truck at my new place took around the same amount of time, very quick for a 2 bedroom move (I have a lot of stuff) In the end, everything was moved quickly, nothing was broken, the guys were amazing and best of all their price was very good! very compedative pricing. I highly recommend group STC for your move!

Moving is tough! But these guys made my moving experience way smoother.They were Very efficient, super polite and professional. They did it all, packing, wrapping, stacking, dismounting, etc. And when I would have emotional breakdowns throughout the day, they were soft and handled me with care! Very poor service and communication skills. Movers had broken dishes which were in padded box. When Pavel was contacted concerning the broken items, he said he would call me back but never did. Not a man of his word. Company slogan is simply a catch phrase which owner doesn't believe in. Bring your business elsewhere.

We scheduled movers for June 1st to move from Montreal to Ottawa. Our original movers that morning never showed up and we were stranded and needless to say panicking. After calling around to find any movers to help us thankfully STC movers were there to help! Right away they empathize with our situation and literally went out of his way to see what he can do for us. We had two movers just a few hours later at our door who were professional and did an amazing job. This was probably one of our most stressful days I can remember.. if it wasn't for theses guys I can't tell you how horrible it could have been. Truly grateful and highly recommend them to everyone. Also, don't be fooled by these no name movers out there.. stick with the professionals!

Hired STC movers for a July 1st move (the horror!) of my major appliances and bigger furniture since our apartment has the tiniest staircase. It needed professionals! The good: very prompt responses of any questions during the reservation, friendly, polite, very organized and very fast, safely wrapped up my precious belongings. The rates were very good for a July 1st move and there was no minimum time. The bad: I made the reservation for the movers to arrive between 1-3pm - I even checked in that morning by email with the owner to confirm the time as there had been previous confusion while trying to reserve. Well, they showed up at 10:37am with no warning beforehand. This was a huge negative as I still had a couple boxes to pack of essentials and so I had to do that while also directing them (and my friends moving boxes who I had told to arrive at this time in order to stay out of the mover's way!) and moving stuff around so they could navigate our furniture and appliances. It caused a lot of unnecessary stress and I believe it slowed down the move. Also, there was an initial deposit of 100$ paid by interac e-transfer, so I assumed I could pay the fee at the end of the move that way. Come payment time I was told cash only - I imagine I should've expected that but warning would have been nice. Overall, they were still excellent movers. But nothing goes to plan on moving day, I guess.

This company helped us to move 3 appliances (stove, fridge and dishwasher). It was really nice experiance for us: the guys were very polite, the price was really affordable. The appliances were used but they still covered them to keep from any scratches. I think it's the best company you can find to move your stuff. It's so nice to be sure that the job will be done perfect. Thanks a lot!
