Outstanding service from these guys! I reserved them to move my mom from Repentigny to l'Ile des Soeurs last Saturday. They showed up on time. We had all the boxes ready to go. They wrapped all the furniture very well in movers blankets and took good care of the 50" LCD TV by wrapping it up real nice. The two movers were courteous and worked diligently. Nothing was damaged during the move and they were very patient with my mom when brining stuff in her new appartment. Making sure the elevator had been reserved saved us a lot of time which meant a cheaper move. The price was competitive and I am happy I picked them for my mom's move. Overall highly satisfied!

Fantastic service! I had a bit of an emergency a couple of days ago where the mover I had initially arranged things with never bothered to show up and wasn't picking up his phone. I called these guys in a panic and within an hour they were at my apartment with 2 guys and massive truck and were able to move all my furniture and things in less than 2 hrs! Our moving experience was easier thanks to Alex and his guys. The crews were professional and efficient and did a great job packing our crystal glassware and dishes. In our whole move, we lost one margarita glass (cheap and not treasured) and the handle of a recliner chair. When I called Alex about the recliner handle, he asked me to send a picture and immediately ordered us a new one. The rest of our belongings were in great shape. These guys are dependable and while I hope we don't have to move any time soon, I would definitely use these guys again.

Hello! I moved a week ago from a 3 1/2 to a larger 3 1/2 . Everything was more than perfect! The two guys worked very hard, they were careful with ALL my stuff, they were fast and quiet. I was worried about my furniture but everything was moved in perfect conditions. They took out my fridge's doors, the entrance door and they put them back on (the entrance door was closing better than before ????????????). When they finished the work, they invited me to take a look at the truck to make sure that everything they put in was also out. The only inconvenience for me was that the truck was parked a bit far because even though I announced the landlord that I move on X day and I kindly asked him to advice the tenants to move their cars, nobody did it. That's how it works when you leave the old building. I give them 100 stars. They really deserve them! It was the first time for me when I called a moving company and I DO NOT REGRET that I called them! The guys know how stressed I was, but it was for nothing! Thank you sooooo, so much ALEX for helping me with the moving, a stress for most of the people who want to move. They arrived 2:00 late, they have not even notified me of anything. Well, not to make a longer story. They decided not to move at the last minute, the gentleman was someone who did not want to work from the start with a bad attitude. I had to fend for myself alone to move all my things and in the end quite frankly it cost me less to rent a truck. I see advises to look at other moving companies even if it seems to be expensive ... at least know that you have to do with professionals. Il avait dit que non il va pas me déménager et que c'est pas sa décision c'est au boss. J'ai appelé au boss et il a dit qu effectivement ils peuvent pas me déménager et que sa pourrait aller pour le lendemain. Bon, pour pas faire une histoire plus longue. Ils ont décidé de me pas déménager à la dernière minute, le monsieur était quelqu un qui ne voulait pas travaller dès le début avec une mauvaise attitude. J'ai du me débrouiller moi seule pour déménager toutes mes choses et à la fin franchement s'a ma coûté moins cher louer un camion. Je vois conseille de regarder d'autres compagnies de déménagement même s'il sa etre semble cher...au moins sachez que vous avez à faire avec des professionnels. Ne faisez pas affaire avec déménagement Alex pcq vous risquez d'être déçu et pris à la dernière minute.

Pour 1 raison que j'ignore ils n'ont pas emballé ou protégé celui ci et ont eu beaucoup de difficulté à le passer par la porte. La base a été vraiment usé par les frottements répétés sur le cadre de porte et la brique . Malheureusement ils ont scratché ce meuble pourtant de qualité qui a déjà été déménagé 2 fois sans problème. Seul déception de ce déménagement qui se passait bien jusque là. L'emménagement s'est bien passé sans soucis au nouvel appartement

I had booked Le Clan Panneton to do my move. They showed up on the morning of the move, and refused to move me, claiming my place was too dirty. I was in a panic, because I was legally obligated to be out of my place within a day. I did a Google search for emergency movers, and Déménagement Alex came up. Alex called me back immediately and assured me he could help. Two people arrived within 2 hours. They could only have 2 people that day, but would have 3 ready the next day, and that's what we decided to do. Alex's team was not upset by the state of my place, and packed and moved me efficiently. The guy tells me that I have no choice, that I can not talk to his boss and that there is nothing to do. The following Monday (I moved on Saturday, October 29th) I call their boss and explain the situation, he checks with his guys and says he'll call me back. 1h later he recalled saying that there is nothing to do and that he apologizes. I give him 2 choices; -If he refunds me the difference between the 5h bid he made for 2 guys with a truck too small, a trip like that, while all the other companies said they came to 3 guys with a bigger truck at the same time than him. (knowing that I had 7 other submissions made) -If I post this review and contact the Office of Consumer Protection. He puts his mover on the line who tries to tell me that he will lose his job and not get paid ...! What do you want me to tell you?! I give $ 100 to 4 boyfriends and have moved 2 times faster for 2 times cheaper! Having known ... I gave $ 100 more (depending on the bid) for insurance in case of breakage. The boss returns to the line to tell me he will pay me 1h + taxes. I tell him it's not enough but it's better than nothing. I understand that he will pay me back an hour. I post this more than a week after and no refunds have been made. I will now contact the OPC. (Original) Déménagement Alex et/ou Économique ont prit 9h pour déménager mon 4 1/2. Ceci étant dit, sans compter le fait que moi, ma mère, ma soeur et son chum les avons aidés!!! Jamais ont-il eu chaud, aucune goute de sueur. Une lenteur extrême. Quand arrive le temps de faire la facture, je leur dis que je payais pour me faire déménager, pas pour le faire à moitié moi-même et que je ne payerais pas 800$! Le gars me dit que je n'ai pas le choix, que je ne peux pas parler à son boss et qu'il n'y a rien à faire. Le lundi suivant (j'ai déménagé samedi le 29 Octobre) j'appele leur boss et lui explique la situation, il vérifie avec ses gars et dit qu'il va me rappeler. 1h plus tard il rappele en disant qu'il n'y a rien à faire et qu'il s'excuse. Je lui donne alors 2 choix; -Soit il me rembourse la différence entre la soumission de 5h qu'il avait fait pour 2 gars avec un camion trop petit, un voyage pareil, alors que toutes les autres compagnies disaient venir à 3 gars avec un plus grand camion dans le même temps que lui. (sachant que j'en avais fais faire 7 autres soumissions) -Soit je post cette review et que je contacte l'office de la protection du consommateur. Il met son déménageur sur la ligne qui essaye de me dire quil va perdre sa job et pas être payé...! Que veux-tu que je te dise?! Je donne 100$ à 4 chums de gars et ont déménage 2 fois plus vite pour 2 fois moins cher! Avoir su... Je donnais 100$ de plus (selon la soumission) pour les assurances en cas de bris. Le boss revient sur la ligne pour me dire qu'il va me rembourser 1h+taxes. Je lui dis que ce n'est pas assez mais que cest déjà mieux que rien. Ont s'entend qu'il va me rembourser une heure. Je post ceci plus d'une semaine après et aucun remboursement n'a été fait. Je vais maintenant contacter l'OPC.

Enfin, pour un déménagement qui aurait pris moins de 2h pour des particuliers, ces soit-disant professionnels avec 0 professionnalisme ont pris leur temps, m'ont obligé à les payés 1h de plus en avance ou alors ils partaient et laissaient les 5 cartons et le sommier démonté dans les escaliers. Je ne les recommande donc à personne

Le déchargement c'est fait en 2 heures y compris le déchargement des 3 motos. N'hésitez pas à leur donner un très bon pourboire. Les gars ne se trainent pas les pieds. Déménagement Economique Alex Came to my rescue with two of the most wonderful movers I’ve ever worked with; they were extremely efficient, beyond flexible with the series of mishaps caused by the furniture store we had to stop by to pick up a piece from. Never once complained and completed the job and even helped me put together a bed frame which was extremely heavy and impossible to do myself for no extra charge. I moved twice in last eight years with this company. By far it’s the best moving service I’ve ever had. Making a reservation was fast. Movers arrived on time, and were very efficient. Each time, every mover knew what to do. It seems that everyone had his responsibility. While one of them was taking apart our tables and beds, the other two guys wrapped virtually every piece of the furniture. They managed to put all my stuff from 4 ½ apartment into a 20 feet truck so we had one trip only. The guys placed the furniture as they were asked to. I was worried for nothing; all my belongings were not scratched or broken. Both times, I was satisfied with the service. Definitely, next time, if I plan to move, I will call them again.
