Our movers were Andrew, Jake and Chris. These guys arrived on time and they are so skilled. All-in-all, I'd prefer moving with a local moving company. Because GetMovers is a 'chain', dealing with customer service was the worst experience I ever had. The movers were 2 hours late (I don't blame them however, the truck broke down), however, getting ahold of customer service to figure out what was going on was horrible. They continuously either did not reply, or hung up on me saying "they would get back to me". No updates were given for over 1.5 hours while we were stressed. Moving is already a stressful process and GetMovers customer service only increased the amount of stress and frustration. The stars given are only for the movers because they were wonderful to work with, albeit being late. Would not reccommend moving with this company again.

I had to move a small apartment about 7 km to another part of town. The reservation process was very easy. The crew of 2 movers showed up right on time. Both were professional, hard working and attentive. We moved a lot of heavy and fragile items and not one thing was damaged. Overall I had a great experience and would highly recommend this company.
