Du moment que j'ai demandé une soumission avec Mme. Marcella, elle a tout le temps répondu mes questions d'une cordialement (même si j'ai posé trop des questions) . Les déménageurs sont arrivés à l'heure accordé. Nelson, Dave et Edvard ont fait un travail très professionnel. Ils n'ont rien endommage. Le travail a été rapide et bien fait au même temps. Service à la clientèle très agréable, je sais que pour un déménagement on s'attend pas à avoir le même service que dans un hôtel ou resto, mais j'étais surprise de voir la courtoisie avec la quelle Nelson, Dave, Edvard et Marcella ont travaillé. Ils m'ont fait sentir en famille à tel point qu'on a acheté de la pizza pour tout la famille! =D Sans y penser, pour mon prochain déménagement j'engagerai Intact encore une fois!

À titre comparatif, un couple d'amis avaient deux adresses de départ (deux fois 4 1/2) vers une même adresse d'arrivée et ça leur a coûté sensiblement la même chose (même taux horaire avec le Clan Panneton). Petit conseil: prenez des photos des murs et escaliers avant leur arrivée, on ne sait jamais, il pourrait y avoir des dommages. Malgré tout, aucun dommage sur les meubles et le stock déménagé, bravo !

We had some credit time, because they were totally missing for a long time during lunch. A plant that we love did not survive the heat of the truck for 2 hours. He had to call me back, never did. 2 other couples of friends moved with them during the same period, one of them had a good experience, and the other not. Nos déménageurs se prenaient des pauses sans nous prévenir, ça riait ultra fort en travaillant et il y a eu plusieurs moments où rien ne se passait. Nous avons eu du temps de crédité, car ils sont carrément disparus pendant une longue période durant le lunch. Une plante que nous apprécions n'a pas survécu à la chaleur du camion pendant 2h. Je dois reconnaître avoir apprécié le service au bureau qui m'a soutenu lors de mes deux appels, mais je n'ai pas apprécié être confronté à la fin par l'employé au sujet de ma plainte. J'ai un grand respect pour les déménageurs, car malgré notre insatisfaction, ont été bien tippés. Qu'ils fassent 1 ou 10 déménagements par jour, le client est-il en droit de s'attendre au même service lorsqu'il paie 225$ de l'heure? Le patron qui m'a rappelé ne semble pas être d'accord. Il devait me rappeler, ne l'a jamais fait. 2 autres couples d'amis ont déménagés avec eux dans la même période, l'un deux a eu une bonne expérience, et l'autre non. Malheureusement, je ne les recommande pas, très déçu de mon expérience, je retourne à La Capitale pour le prochain.

(Translated) My wife and I used their services for our move on June 1st. Here are the facts ... When the men arrived at our old address at 8:00 am, all of our belongings were packed and ready to be loaded into the truck and the appliances including washer and dryer were unplugged. We were 25 minutes from our new house ... We started from an accommodation with 4.5 rooms. Our move still took 7 hours and the truck they used was way too small. We were seriously suggested to throw away furniture in order to solve the problem of the lack of space. We moved the same volume of goods last year from Quebec City to Montreal. The move took 7 hours, INCLUDING the 3 hours of moving. So it took three more hours to move intact to move us and I had to participate to empty the truck otherwise it would have taken even longer ... It was good to load the boxes, but returned to the furniture, it went much less well. We heard the phrase: "You learn, take your time" very often throughout the day, (knowing that we pay by the hour and the guys were already late for their next job). We had paid for 3 professional movers, however this was clearly not the case ... One of our furniture has been dropped and broken. This piece of furniture was brand new. We later learned that Déménagement Intact does not insure assembled furniture, televisions, musical instruments. There is also a $ 500 deductible. In short, they could have broken 80% of our property and we would not have received a round in compensation. this very precious information only appears on the contract they gave us several weeks after I had signed the estimate. We were asked to communicate our dissatisfaction and that a representative would contact us to arrange compensation. A month and a half later we are still waiting. (Original) Mon épouse et moi avons eu recours à leurs services pour notre déménagement le premier juin. Voici les faits… Quand les hommes sont arrivés à notre ancienne adresse à 8h le matin, tous nos biens étaient empaquetés et prêts à être chargés dans le camion et les électro-ménagers incluant laveuse-sécheuse étaient débranchés. Nous étions à 25 minutes de notre nouvelle maison... Nous partions d'un logement avec 4.5 pièces. Notre déménagement a quand même pris 7h et le camion qu'ils ont utilisé était beaucoup trop petit. On nous a suggéré en tout sérieux, de jeter des meubles afin de régler le problème de l'espace manquant. Nous avons déménagé le même volume de biens l'an passé en partant de la ville de Québec vers Montréal. Le déménagement avait pris 7h INCLUANT le 3h de déplacement. Ça a donc pris trois heures de plus à déménagement intact pour nous déménager et j'ai du participer à vider le camion sinon ça aurait été encore plus long... Ça a bien été pour charger les boites, mais rendu aux meubles, cela s'est beaucoup moins bien passé. Nous avons entendu la phrase : "Tu apprends, prends ton temps" très souvent au cours de la journée, (sachant que l'on paie à l'heure et que les gars était déjà en retard pour leur prochaine job). Nous avions payé pour 3 déménageurs professionnels, cependant ce n'était clairement pas le cas… Un de nos meubles a été échappé et brisé. Ce meuble était flambant neuf. nous avons appris par la suite que Déménagement Intact n'assurait pas les meubles montés, les téléviseurs, les instruments de musique. Il y a aussi une franchise de 500 $. Bref, ils auraient pu briser 80% de nos biens et on n'aurait pas reçu un rond en dédommagement. cette information bien précieuse n'apparait que sur le contrat qu'ils nous ont remis plusieurs semaines après que j'avais signer le devis. On nous a demandé de communiquer notre insatisfaction et qu'un représentant prendrait contact avec nous pour organiser un dédommagement. Un mois et demi plus tard nous attendons toujours.

This letter is to complain about the service we received on June 27th, 2020 from Intact Moving Services. The movers arrived at 2pm and left at 9:00pm! Their work was disorganized and very slow. I specifically showed them the few things I needed moved (2 bedrooms, dining room set (table- 6 chairs- commode), a couch and a few boxes. No appliances, no outdoor furniture, it was to me a simple move from a townhouse to a condo (with a reserved elevator) on the 3rd floor, 2 minutes away from my townhouse (less than 5 mins travel time). This move was quoted to me to take between and 4 hours but ended up taking over 7 hours!!! The movers were disorganized and inexperienced and caused us a lot of damage not only in my townhouse but mostly in my brand-new condo and my build in stainless steel fridge that had been installed the previous day. (see pictures). The moving team did not even have enough runners to protect my wood floors! At one point, my partner was helping to reassemble the furniture while one employee was folding blankets! I was unwrapping furniture and moving things around to facilitate their job as they seem to just drop off things in the middle blocking the passage ways. Needless to say, by 8pm, we were getting quite frustrated and just wanted them to leave even though the master bed was not assembled correctly. I expected a much higher level of service from this company, specially since I had such a great experience less than 3 years ago. We were both extremely disappointed. I was asked to pay for the services in full- but expected to get some kind of compensation for all the repairs the movers caused not to mention their lack of professionalism-poor attitude and lack of customer service even after I spoke to the owner and wrote them a detailed email with pictures showing the damage I had noticed up to that point... I will be informing my friends and family about this experience. I was very frustrating and I wouldn't want anyone else to have to go through this too. P.S. No precautions were taken with regards to Covid, to the point that one mover was drinking water directly from my kitchen faucet at the townhouse and again at the condo!
