The vans are not worth it. I rented a van after the truck that was park the whole day was book. I book for online pickup didn't work wasted 20min. Had to go in charge me more money than quoted . The U-Haul was completely dirty. I rented it for 6 hour brought it back and all it needed was a quick sweap. They ended up charging me extra miles for no reason. I went in when I drop it off they said nothing. Acouple day later I got a text for dirty truck and late charges for 58 more dollar. At the end of the Day for 6 hour it cost 150 for the vehicles. 150 for 6 hour is a bit overpriced for intown driving .

Reserved truck 3 week ago got e mail 5 days ago my 15 foot truck is guaranteed for August 31 2019 went to pickup truck this morning was told I was not getting a truck today wen I used some bad language was told the cops were being called nice work uhaul!!!!! On Mapleton!

Gf went there to rent a uhaul which was booked 2 days ago..corey the manager (aka douche canoe) even called to clarify everything yesterday declined to tell her that something that happened almost 10 years ago she couldn't rent one so I tried to put one in my name and he wouldn't let me do it cause I was associated with her. So I went to other uhual and got one...service at this place sux

Awful, just awful. I ordered a U-haul at 9:30 AM. I didn't ever receive a call ? I called every hour and they said that they did not have any trucks available. So I went in around 3pm. The entire lot was full of trucks, so I went in.. there was no line, but yet I had to wait almost 20 minutes just for them to get the right key. When I was finally allowed to get the truck, they had the wrong one . So had to wait more. For them to get the other keys to the correct truck. .

Probably the fastest service to check out a vehicle in all my uhaul renting experience but the free storage is a scam to prey on those can only afford it short term.

Booked a storage unit for the first of the month. House was sold, and everything needed to be stored in storage. Contacted U-Haul, 3 weeks before close and booked the storage containers and received a confirmation number. Called U-Haul a few days before to confirm booking and storage location, waited 30min on hold only to be told "my shift finishes at 2pm, i'll need to let you go, please call back" To make a long story short, they did not have my reservation for a storage unit. They said it must have gotten lost, regardless of having a confirmation number. That left us scrambling 2 days before the house sale closed to find a storage unit. Save yourself the stress, deal with a local company that actually cares, because U-Haul could care less.

Fantastic customer service, uhual really nailed great employees. The man that works in the back area (handled my uBox) was a great guy with a lot of patience. However, they could really use a few extra employees as the wait can get a little long once 2 or 3 customers are in the store.

When we showed up, to pick up a trailer we had to stand inline for at least an hour, their was not enough staff to help the people that showed up. My friend had reserved the trailer like most people there. So it should not surprise them when people show up

I called to book and was treated with great customer service, the rep had said he reserved the trailer for me and that it would be ready to pick up at 3:45pm that day.. When I arrived I spent 10min at the desk answering questions that were all ready asked by the rep on the phone to then be told that the trailer that was reserved for me had been since re-booked by the main st. location across town and that I would have to wait for another one to return later that day.. being in a bit of a rush I expressed my disappointment that the trailer I was told would be ready for me was given to someone else.. in lieu they gave me the one size up honouring the price.. another 15 min later and re-answering all the same questions he asked earlier I was finally escorted out to the truck.. being a weekly Avis renter I guess I'm spoiled with showing up, flashing my drivers licence and jumping in the car and going.. being asked for alternate contact info of someone I know, alternate addresses almost made me feel like I was doing a pay-day loan application of some sort.. Also, for just needing a trailer for 2 hours to move a pic-nic table and incurring $111 in fee's + $40 in gas this was not the most enjoyable experience, to say the least and the value proposition is quite poor.. although I suppose if someone is need they will have no choice to pay this hefty premium.. Anyway the experience I had this time around was the same 10 years ago on West Main St. except that when I showed up 2 minutes after close (the staff member was still there and told me where to park) they charged me for a full extra day..

Worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. UBox showed up broken into and when I filed a complaint I was told by the GM that they would be filing with their legal dept cause I was lying. Even though I had photo evidence and the GM and Managers at the arrival location comfirmed the damages. Extremely unprofessional.

Horrible customer service. Waited 40 min on hold just to be hung up on. Called again a different day and told they can't help me (just wanted to confirm rental and pickup/drop off, had all info they needed) and to go online for any questions I have. Called another location and had answers within 5 min. Thought with this being a bigger location it would be better but I highly recommend going to a different location!

(Translated) U hall moncton I made a hitch and pay by credit card he my not called to recover I went to ask he not find my comande he told me he had one in stock and that I had to go get it in the other store on maine street I left he give me a hitch his fixing bolt and he told me to go buy them elsewhere or make the assembly at u hall after claims he give me a bag of bolts with the fishwire that I miss claiming for the 3rd time to have them (Original) U hall moncton J'ai fait une commande attelage et payer par carte crédit il mon pas appellé pour le récupérer je suis allé demander il non pas trouver ma comande il mon dis qu'il avait un en stock et qu'il fallait que j'aille le récupérer dans l'autre magasin sur maine street j'suis parti il ma donner un attelage son les boulon de fixation et il ma dis d aller les acheter ailleurs ou fair le montage chez u hall après réclamations il mon donner un sachet des boulons avec les fishwire qui manquer Jai du fair réclamations pour la 3emme fois pour les avoir

Staff is very helpful and friendly. They helped me install my car on the tow dolly behind the truck since I was alone. However, check-in takes a lot of time even if you do everything online before you get there.
