As a student, I had a great experience arranging the storage of my apartment furniture etc. at Riverside. I found all the staff to be friendly, helpful and professional in all my interactions with them. The use of the trailer to move was super easy to organize and made my life a lot less stressful. Started off real good but then one day the gate was open when I went to check on my stuff.....and the gate stayed open for months (all winter). No discount.... no reimbursement. Sorry but the price included a locked gate and pin code to gain access.....which was not provided. So in my book that is false advertising for overpriced storage. Won't be recommending to anyone.
