I’ve recently moved with Smart Movers. I was very pleased with their services. They are professional, efficient and very nice guys. The team of three movers arrived on time. Guys worked diligently and professionally throughout our entire move to make it go as smoothly as possible. The most important thing to us that movers were very careful and respectful to our stuff. They made sure that everything was wrapped, quilted and protected. I'm glad to say that nothing was broken or scratched. Furniture they took apart at our old house was reassembled once we got to our new house. Everything was handled perfectly. Overall I had a great experience using Smart Movers. Reliable and trustworthy! I will gladly hire only Smart Movers in the future and would highly recommend them for all moving needs.

Smart Movers did an altogether superb job for us. I couldn't have asked for a better moving company. Lady on the phone was helpful and considerate. She also called to me the day before to confirm the move, which was very nice and professional. On moving date 3 great guys came with a great attitude and right on time. From arrival till the finish of the move the crew was careful, kind and efficient. They packed everything with their materials. Not one item they moved was damaged. All 3 guys worked so hard whole day to make the move go smoothly. They took apart beds and office desks, after they put them back together. They did a good job putting stuff on their truck, making sure that everything is protected and taking great care with our belongings. Alex who loaded the truck was awesome and made sure all our stuff fit perfectly and were strapped down and padded. We were really impressed with the excellent service that we received. Smart movers absolutely made my moving experience extremely positive in spite of extreme hot weather conditions. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable and honest moving company.

Going to sue, contact BBB, Consumers Agency. You dare charge me $2130 for 15.5 hrs to move 2 BLOCKS. You broke many boxes, broke items, China etc. Didn't complete the job. We had to go to the moving room that was locked up for the late night..because you took so long. We had to retrieve China cabinet, 2 triple dressers, 2 high boy dressers, cabinet, bookcase, TV Stand. Amateurs would have completed this job 6 hrs tops!

If I could give zero stars, I would! We got 3 movers to move us from one apartment to the other two blocks away. After 15.5 hours, crushed boxes, drinks left on our wooden furniture, a neighbour telling us that it looked like at least one guy was napping in the truck, one of the movers disappearing after 12 hours, and not all of our possessions brought up to our new apartment, we're out $2100 and have weeks of work ahead of us to get our new apartment in order. I will never call this company again! I'm so disappointed.

I fail to see why anyone would rate this company 5 stars even once. It was the worst service and slowest work I can imagine. 1. They wore street shoes and dirtied the carpet. 2. They took 3 hours to move 8 pieces of regular furniture 8.5 km from a townhouse to the front door of a business. 3. They took over 8 cigarette breaks and stopped to pick them up in between stops. 4. They asked me to order pizza. 5. They scratched the dining room table top which reduced the price I was able to sell it for and absolutely denied it. I inspected it and took a picture before they arrived. 6. They got lost from one destination to another which took 15 minutes of paid time. 7. They caused a deep scratch at my new house in the hardwood floor. 8. They refused to move a large couch into the basement because they said it wouldn't fit. (which I did an hour after they left with a neighbor). 9. The driver could barely control the truck while positioning and he did not speak or look at you. He spoke another language (angrily) at the other mover. 10. There were issues all day comminicating with the other person because there was a significant language barrier. 11. I had to help them with 7 items because they could not lift it, and move many of the smaller items myself to keep it moving. 12. Overall they are paid by the hour and extremely slow. If you are able bodied and have a friend, any friend, rent a truck and do it yourself. It was an $800 headache I could have handled better myself.

We moved from Mississauga to Vaughan early this month. I had the worst commercial experience ever in Canada. The movers from Smart moving Mississauga worked slow with bad attitude. About one and half hours before finishing, they stopped moving our furniture, demanded full payment added two hours in. The lead guy was on the phone talking in Russian with his boss and told us if we do not pay, they will not move rest of our furniture. We had no choice to pay them in full. they made multiple damage on my floor and furniture.

The team arrived on time and got straight to work. They packed up the moving truck effortlessly and efficiently and took care to make sure everything was probably wrapped in plastic and moving blankets. On drop off they moved quickly to get furniture inside and boxes where they needed to go. The whole effort took almost exactly the time that was quoted. In comparison to the competitors, they are great value for money. Everything was individually wrapped and protected with pads and plastic which they brought with them and on the delivery they reassembled all our dismantled furniture. I recently moved with smart movers and these guys did awesome job. All my stuff got moved without a hitch. From the first call they explained the process, details and pricing. The crew rep called me a day before to confirm date and time of my move. The crew arrived right on time and was very friendly. They carefully loaded our heavy furniture into their huge truck. Each piece of my furnitire was wrapped with blankets and plastic. They did everything we required and asked if they can do something more for us. It was a lot of work and they handeled it perfectly. Smart Movers Canada was just amazing during my recent move. Office lady was very helpful in suggestions of how to prepare efficiently before the moving date. Prompt response, and clear explanation of the details made me choose Smart Movers. And I didn't regret. Movers showed up early and were kind and cheerful while they worked. They turned out very professional and personable crew. Movers disassembled beds and a few other furniture items, wrapped all very well and loaded carefully. At the delivery location they put everything back together and set furniture up where I asked them. Everything was delivered in perfect condition and in a timely manner. I was certainly impressed, I can’t even imagine this move going any smoother than this. I have a lot of respect for the crew and I would totally use these guys again.
