We had a great experience moving with Premiere Van Lines. Blair the Sales Person was knowledgable and answered all our questions. We also wanted to understand what caused the other people to write a bad review. Apparently they didn't buy insurance. We were also given the choice but decided to not buy theirs and decided to go through our home insurance company. Nothing was broken The movers Steve, Mike O and Brandon were great. I would recommend them to anyone.

It has been a terrible experience using Premiere Van Lines I would not recommend this company to anyone. They will tell you what you want to hear to get the job and then make changes to charge you extra and not deliver on time.

Ivan of the member put my server which was so heavy inspite of being got injured carried all the away to the cold room... really bad customer service, quite unprofessional crew, very slow but constantly enjoying the smoke breaks. On a closing date they showed up late, they wracked one of my antique trunk. On the top of it we had to buy buy material that was missing for the move, which was just ridiculous. "Bonus" : final charge was double what was quoted and credit card was ran without approval (!!!) or disclosure of any charges.... After more than 5 business days we still have not received a FINAL invoice .

Our move on January 23rd included the company dropping off our excess furniture at Habitat for Humanity. I have checked with GTA as well as Mississauga Habitat and they have no record of our furniture. Many calls and emails to our rep have gone unanswered.

Wow... only 2 of the 5 sent really worked, broke a bunch of stuff. The movers were great people but they didn't all take care with the stuff they handled. The girl on our job was the best worker, hauled the most and cared the most.

The Three Men from Premiere Van Lines arrived on time and worked steadily throughout the day. As well , they carefully assisted to locate the boxes and furniture in all the proper locations in my new home . Their rates were competitive but the service was very good . The men were friendly , cheerful and easy to communicate with ! Ivan and his group are an excellent choice for your household move !!!

WARNING: do not use!! Unprofessional and will ignore your emails once they have your money! Damages, and more! Sent a completely NEW worker as part of Team of 3. VERY clear he was unsure of what & how to move items. I had to step in and assist him by showing him how to carry certain items! Seemed to wander around at times not knowing what to do. Also Made know verbally throughout day he was tired and exhausted. This was main cause of extra long hours and damages. Bed dismantling & build part of service. Found bed pieces in drawers AFTER they left! Had to rebuild /fix myself. Antique dresser found on it’s side/vertically (after asking to be delicate with it). Damaged mirrors, walls, and other items found after the move. Kindly Emailed concerns 2 times, but ignored.…Only answered 3rd email after I CC’d others company affiliates in email. Extremely stressful and very long day due to unprofessional service.

I had a great experience with this company. I had a quite challenging situation where I needed to move out during the COVID-19 crisis, while not being able to be in the apartment during the move... The team was much understanding, and they agreed to adjust to my specific needs and even contacted me with FaceTime in order to give some instructions and do a walk through of the place. The fees where as expected on the quote. Some delays for the reception of my goods, but overall I was very satisfied with their service. Thank you guys!

Terrible experience. Everything went smooth with the quote until the day came to move. As soon as they showed up the driver stated the weight is double what was quoted. Was our closing date and the rep who quoted the job did nothing but lie and back track. End of the day the final charge was double what was quoted and credit card was ran without approval or disclosure of any charges.drivers showed up late and I had to dip into my wallet to buy material that was missing for the move. Upon talking to the owner which he did not present himself as that until I found out by someone in the office. he stated he agreed with the charge. I still have not received an invoice of a breakdown of charges and don't understand why they have a quote guarantee of maximum 10%. they will run a credit card even if you have an authorization letter for a specific amount they will run for any amount without explanation and no discussion. Beware of this company as 2 of the 13 reviews so far have had the same problem.

Moved office furniture from Toronto to Stoney Creek- Showed up on time; got the job done quick and with little effort - even when elevator broke they took the stairs...great attitudes and professional all the way...will use them again - even for personal moves.

What an amazing experience. This company has been fantastic, totally came to my rescue when a company I had hired cancelled on moving day. Premier stepped up and moved mountains for me to make sure that my move happened the next morning. I cannot say enough great things about Susan who talked me down when the other company bailed the afternoon of an out of town move, she was empathetic and genuinely kind not to mention her amazing communication throughout the afternoon as she scrambled and basically pulled a miracle to get a full move booked the next day... awesome embassador for the company. The crew that has been here today have been amazing, Ivan and his guys have been so efficient and polite great guys and man do they hussle.. everyone's moving experience should be as good as this is... they alleviated so much stress and have been going non stop since they arrived. Thank you so much for everything!
