I used Metropolitan Movers Mississauga last week to move from a townhouse to a house and cannot say enough great things! The movers were such professionals; covering all the floors, covering all the delicate furniture, working very quickly (great teamwork) and super friendly as well. We have a lot of things as a family with a toddler and a dog and the move was so quick! Look no further for a great moving company, you won’t regret it.

Daniel and Daniel provided an extremely fair price and an exceptional service.the entire team arrive at the scheduled time and competed the entire move within the estimate time frame. Furniture and glass items were handled with extreme care and profession. I was externally satisfied with their professional and punctual services. Would recommend to anyone moving in the upcoming busy hot summer!

This was my first time using a company for a move and like any customer I was expecting hiring professionals would make a move a little easier. I was dead wrong. I had to email and call the company to confirm my move ON the day of my booking date. When I finally got a hold of someone on the phone, I described my moving situation and my time constraints due to the fact I was moving from one condo to another condo. They told me the movers were at another job and looks like they were going to be on time for my booking. Great. Not more than 15 mins later, I got a phone call back saying the movers were behind schedule. I was already concerned at this point by the way they were handling the situation. They sent movers an hour late, however I was under the impression they still would have been able to at least complete the move. No one had the integrity to inform me that there wasn't enough time in my particular situation before the job started, ONLY did the movers mention it would be tricky with the time frame as they arrived at the condo. I felt I was taken advantage of, I was basically told I should have booked an earlier time (although they provided me with their times) and that they just wanted to send movers to the site so at the very least they would get paid their minimum three hour job. After moving my furniture onto their Discount rented truck, they could not move my furniture to my new place because of the strict condo rules. An argument ensued in front of my condo and we ended up renting our own Uhaul to unload/store our furniture, avoid paying the company MORE money so they could store my belongings and on top on everything they did not fulfill as a moving company, I had to wait to move at a later date on my own. Needless to say, my first hand experience with movers; Metropolitan Movers was a nightmare. After communicating with customer service, I still have not heard back. I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone in hopes that no one goes through what I experienced. *Addition: I did email, filled out a complaint form AND filled out a survey beginning of August 2020 and received an email from customer service stating they would get back to me in 10-14 business. To this day I have not received any feedback from either customer service or the owner, Vlad.

Satisfactory moving experience, not great… Four star rating 1) The administrative team is great, thoroughly professional. Very easy to reach via phone or email, no matter how late in the evening it is. Kept in touch regularly before the move. 2) The three actual movers were very hardworking and untiring, and reasonable friendly. However, I do take issues with two shortcomings: a. They put several boxes in the wrong room in the destination house even though each box was labelled explicitly as regards to the destination room. To reduce their workload, the guys preferred to offload most boxes in the basement than in the right destination rooms. b. They did a very poor job in re-assembling the bed from the master bedroom. A few assembly parts got lost in transit. Then in the rush to wrap up, one of the guys did a very shoddy job in reassembling – the head-board came off after a few weeks. 3) The moving price was a bit high – the team was a bit optimistic about counting the hours specially when they took an almost 100-minute lunch break (which counts towards the hours of move).

I had a wonderful experience. Movers were experienced, quick, clean, overall great guys who knew what they were doing. They made me feel comfortable, didn’t slack off, made sure everything was protected so it wouldn’t get dirty, asked questions when they weren’t sure where to place boxes/furniture in the new house, put down mats so as to not get the new house dirty, had extra boxes, wrapped anything I had forgotten to wrap, and so much more. I am over the moon the right now because I was so nervous after hearing horror stories about moving companies. Do yourself a favour and call Daniel (the owner). He’ll answer all your questions and make sure you have a safe and clean move.

Metropolitan Movers Mississauga was by far the best and most professional moving firm that I have ever dealt with. They paid very close attention to all details and provided utmost professional service and demeanor. All three (3) movers were very personable, did not mess around, were very careful with our expensive items and took their jobs very serious. On the day of the move we had some remaining loose items that we did not finish packing, but the guys did not complain or have attitude, they helped us to get organized and get the move started. Both Daniels who I’ve been dealing with interchangeably were truly genuine, calming and kind. I appreciated how they helped keep us calm and collected with so much action. I felt your prices are fair for your quality of service. I give your company 5++ stars of greatness!
