I could not have been happier with my experience with Gold Star Movers. The guys who helped us out on our moving day were friendly, professional, quick, helpful, respectful, the list goes on! They really helped to take the stress of moving during a pandemic out of the equation. We had stairs in our old apartment and stairs in our new place - this move was a bit annoying but they remained positive the whole time. They even put a few things in their own car that were particularly valuable. We really appreciated that extra care and attention. The price was almost too good as well, I gave a tip at the end of the day, but I definitely felt they deserved a bit more afterwards. I cannot recommend Gold Star Movers enough - I will definitely be telling my friends and family to use your services for their moves in the future! Thank you!

I booked renters from Gold Star Movers and they did such a fantastic job! They were very punctual and patient. There were some delays with the furniture delivery and they waited with me an extra two hours for it to arrive. They stayed later then I booked them for to help me move it all into my apartment. We hired Gold Star Movers for our recent residential move. I honestly can not say enough great things about this company and movers. They loaded our second floor walk up apartment with no issues or complaints about the stairs. They always had a smile on their face and were very personable. I booked 2 movers for 4 hours and they were done in 3.5 hours. They were efficient and professional every step of the way. I will definitely be recommending Gold Star to anyone that is moving.

There’s a reason that Gold Star Movers has ONLY 5 star reviews… it’s because their service is AMAZING. IF YOU NEED MOVERS, you MUST choose them! You will not regret :) Moving from condo to condo is difficult because you have to book 2 elevators with a limited time frame… so when our originally booked movers (Cough cough big box moving company) failed to show up or return our calls asking about their whereabouts you can imagine how stressed we were. However, Gold Star Movers came to the rescue! We had called so many companies and were rejected due to the extremely short time notice, however Kristiyan was willing to help us immediately. His movers were already booked but he agreed to help us even though his role is not moving, and assured us not to worry. They arrived quickly and did a fantastic job. I recommend them to everyone and will only use them in the future! Best service and very friendly and strong men! (They did not even have a truck available because it was so last min so they WALKED with very heavy and large items across the parking lot/street to the neighbouring condo!)

Kristiyan and his team are wonderful. They packed our entire first floor in two hours and got the whole job done right on time. Kristiyan even took apart my boxspring to fit it up the stairs and then put it back together again. Viktoria and Kristiyan were both incredibly communicative and flexible. They arranged for cleaning services at the last minute and gave us great advice to add a third mover, which we definitely needed. They even gave us a discount for the extra guy!

This is the second time we used their services. Why the second time? Because these guys mean business. They are extremely professional, punctual and easy to work with. Kristiyan and his team are experts in moving stuff. Two years ago when we moved in to the building, me and my wife did the packing and loaded everything to a Uhaul truck and drove it here. But we were exhausted and it took us two days to slowly move stuff in to the truck. We decided we will get help to unload. We got their contact. He sent two guys and they moved everything under two hours. Talk about efficiency. Now this time when we were moving out of the same place, we did not have to think twice to get their help again. And yet again they showed that they are undoubtedly a very efficient team of people. They even showed up earlier and helped me with driving the truck with a small fee as I was not really experienced driving big vehicles in the snow. This is the second time I’ve used Gold Star Movers to aid me with a move. I don’t usually write reviews but I couldn’t not for them. Their service was absolutely impeccable. We ended up having a moving truck issue and even through all of that, they never missed a beat. They showed up on time, they moved my apartment which is two flights of stairs up with a smile on their faces. No breaks, no damage and NO headache for us. All of that for an amazing price. You really can go wrong with hiring them. They will always be my go to.

I found Gold Star Movers were the most honest in communication for a price. They discussed different options for renting and driving a Uhaul which I appreciated since I had less to move. With a 3 man team for the price of 2, they worked quickly and were able to complete the job with no damage considering there were oversized items. Nicely done.

By far the best moving services I have ever used. The guys are like machines. They were friendly, honest, fast, punctual and did the job in the most efficient way as possible. There was no spot left in the house while moving any of the big stuff. I had my truck rented. They even went above and beyond by organizing all the stuff in the truck and tie them up so that no chance for damage. I would highly recommend them for any moving job and hope they maintain this supreme quality.

After searching the best google reviews, speaking with a bunch of movers in the area and getting quotes from everyone, I decided to use these guys. We moved from Hamilton to Mississauga during the busiest move weekend of the year, and our move included a piano. I have had really bad moving company's and services in the past, but these guys were amazing! They were accommodating, friendly, quick, moved our stuff well, and they even stayed a little later after their booked time due to the job not being done (which was our fault). They are well priced and I would gladly use them again!

They arrived early, before we even got there! We had a trailer instead of a truck which can be tricky to navigate, not to mention how hard it is in downtown traffic, and they without hesitation switched places with us, backed in the trailer and immediately started unloading for us.
