My name is Rick Parekh and I am Canadian Citizen. I got a job in USA and was looking for a reliable company to help me move my stuff from Brampton to Las Vegas Nevada USA. I found Fluent Moving listed top under BBB, so called them and from day one, their staff were excellent and friendly and in short notice, they managed to send movers. Movers showed up right on time, very professional on their work. Moved all my stuff to their storage facility, gave me one month free to store my stuff to Brampton. I had to drive to Vegas and look for apartment, they kept my stuff safe, even first month pass by, they did not charge me for second month rate. Even though August was the busiest month, they understood our situation and worked extremely hard to send my stuff safely to Vegas. This people are solid rock. They know exactly what they are doing. Even they trusted me as client and after the final goods were delivered, they sent me final invoice after one week which was very nice of them. The entire crew is awesome. I will use them again.

Best Moving Experience ever. I moved from Toronto to Montreal during winter, so my stress level was high but the team was extremely professional, nice and careful. They guys were working in a great mood and extremely fast, even though we were moving out from a Townhouse with many stairs and it was snowing at the time. I couldn't believe that they really have done it in the original estimated time. All my things arrived in perfect shape, I got message and phone calls about when the truck would be arriving and they were very punctual. During delivery they were so fast that they had some spare time so they asked if they could assemble some of my furniture (which was a great touch). The price was not far different from other companies with terrible reviews. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable moving company.

Everything with Fluent went as great as we could have hoped! We moved to a city 5 hours away from our original location over the new year from 2020-2021. What could have been an extremely stressful time, ended up being super simple! The operator (Jonathan) was seriously one of the best agents I've ever had the pleasure to engage with. The movers were professional, quick, and careful with all our belongings. Communication was always prompt and clear, and the movers arrived on time. The service in total cost a little bit more than we were hoping for, but was right in line with the estimate that was provided. This company is a pure scam. They estimated me 1200 and charged me 2000. Market insurance and later broke my furniture as well accused me for having Ikea furniture. For two months this person named Dean kept yelling at me on phone and finally saying that he can give some goodwill fo $150. The damage and extra money charge totally costs me $1000. This company is a very organized criminals please stay away from them. Oh by the way they will sound very polite in the beginning until you pay the advance and later they will harass you. I am going to sue this company as legal as possible.

I was skeptical at first with such great reviews on google (almost to good to be true) but as soon as I talked to Jonathan, he's reassured me and took all my worries away. I have nothing but gratitude to the movers who helped us out. They are professional, on time and boy do they work (I don't even think they took breaks). They've handled our furniture with such great care, srinked- wrapped items I didn't even think even I would protect :). They even assisted in setting up our tables (were dismantled) and no complaints when I changed my mind a few times with some of the item's location. WOW! This was the first time I hired a moving company for a big move and I have to say that I am SO very pleased that we went with Fluent Moving & Storage. I expected to pay an astronomical amount - BUT the pricing was VERY fair and was exactly the amount estimated prior to hiring. I spoke with Johnathan to coordinate everything and he was very professional and personable. He was the reason I decided to go with Fluent rather than any other company we looked at. The movers were on time to the second! And very friendly, efficient, and did a bunch of extra work to fill the remaining hour (as you pay hourly) by hanging our clothes and moving things to storage for us. Furniture was disassembled and reassembled. I will DEFINITELY be hiring Fluent again if we ever decide to move again. Go with them, you will not be disappointed. :)

The company's manager by the name Dean called me today, Sept 21/21 and on the behalf of the company extended his apology for the error. In addition he offered reimbursement for the missing item (a garden wind spinner) in the amount of $100 and extra $100 for the trouble. He also mentioned that he will talk with Jonathan regarding the lack of his follow up to the matter. If necessary the management team will recommend an additional training for Jonathan on how to properly handle customer's complaints/concerns. Mr. Dean said that the company value its customers and any irregularities as to the way the business is conducted are always investigated and corrective actions implemented. My wife and are greatly satisfied how Mr. Dean handled our complaint. Many thanks for quick reply and utmost professionalism! In addition we need to once more reiterate that we were very happy with the movers and how the move was performed.

I was highly satisfied with this moving service. I work for a company that moved from Montreal to Toronto back in 2018 and it was a horrible experience. Very unprofessional, lazy work took 3 days to get the job done. They even damaged one of our lab machines and did not say anything. When we called to inquire about the damages, they tried to say they picked it up like that which was not true. So you can understand i had my guard up when we had to move again from Toronto to Mississauga. Dave, Roy, Justin and Andre were the most amazing crew of guys. They came in and moved the whole office/lab in just over 2 hours. They were quick, organized and super friendly. It was such a different experience and an extreme pleasure using this company. We recently moved from Toronto to Windsor, Johnathan handled the process very well for us. We did a video conference call to make sure the initial estimate was correct, then they dropped off packing supplies and boxes at the house a couple of weeks before the move. On the day of the move they were late by a couple of hours, that said the crew led by Dave packed the truck pretty quickly. They were very professional, used lots of blankets and runners in the house to minimize dirt. The following day they arrived in Windsor and quickly unloaded all of our stuff, Again they were very clean, professional and courteous.I thought about giving them a four star rating because they were late the first day, but honestly the whole experience was very smooth and a great value so they five stars.

I had an excellent experience with fluent movers. Dan was very pleasant on the phone from the beginning of the process to the end. They explained all the costs and the estimate they gave me was not far from the real costs at the end. The guys who came to pick up my stuff were friendly, professional and courteous. They came on time, were quick but thorough and answered all my questions. There was a problem with the truck from the warehouse en route to Alberta but i was informed immediately of the possible delay and was kept up to date on the progress and the new delivery date, in the end they still managed to deliver on time. The best part was that everything got here intact, not even a glass was broken :). Moved from Montreal to Toronto. If I knew my move would be so simple with Fluent, I would have lost way less nights of sleeps over this. When you shop online for a moving company, you get some pretty sketchy ones, and then you are flying blind based on online reviews. Lot of long distance moving companies put you on a float, and then the move takes 3-7 days depending on how much stuff you have (the more stuff you move, the shorter the trip as you take more space in the van). Fluent doesn't work like that, they have their own trucks and it's an overnight process. Went with Fluent because the reviews were great, and arranging the move on the phone was professional. Yet, I was still nervous... what if the actual service didn't live up to the expectations? Shouldn't have been. Movers were super professional, arrived on time, everything went great, final price very close to quoted price (which was very competitive to begin with). There is no question in my mind that next time I move, I'll be using Fluent.

Estimate is a bit misleading. They should indicate explicitly the charge of moving the piano and pool table is not included in the cost estimate in the bottom. Also the time to load and unload has exceeded their estimate. It would be good to the clients if they can guarantee the maximum variance in their estimate, so that the clients need not pay extra for the uncontrollable factors (such as the experience and diligence of the workers)

We were very pleased with our 4 movers who moved us from one home to another. We moved from a 3 bedroom bungalow into another 3 bedroom bungalow but after living in a home for 30 years we had accumulated a lot of things. Dave and Robert and the other 2 movers worked tirelessly and professionally. They dismantled furniture, wrapped everything to prevent scratches, and successfully put everything back together at the other end. They arrived at exsctly 8 am and were able to complete our move in one day. I really felt they went above and beyond in putting everything in place as I wanted it including disconnecting and reconnecting our washer and dryer. Our final cost was over our initial quote which i see is often an issue with this company. Jonathon was very good during our initial contact; however, he did not make any contact with us after the move.

I have had great service in the past from this company moving me and my wife out of the city and into the burbs. We were really impressed so much so that I needed a moving company again to move my condo items up to our house as we sold it. Upon my call I just wanted a simple quote, not only did the guy who picked up not able to help me I was told they will call me back? Why bother answering if you cannot help?? Anyways, I get a call back and he cant provide a simple quote nor cost..He kept asking the size of the house...why would the size of my house have anything to do with the price? Seemed a little shady seeing how confident I was prior...I said if you garner my business then you can call me back when you want to listen..This not a full house move and the assumed many things that were not my situation. Adapting is to each customer is key...Now I have to find another moving company to start a relation with...Too bad cause they guys in the past (Aiden and Shams were the best 2 movers Ive ever seen.

I do not recommend this company. While the entire staff was polite and willing to fix their mistakes as best as possible, the movers caused considerable damage to several large items (including chipping/scratching tabletops and paintings, puncturing the back of a bookcase when it was almost dropped, a significant scratch to a leather sofa from being dragged on the floor, and over-stacking clearly marked boxes with fragile items at the bottom). They scuffed walls at both locations, caused minor damage to a staircase, and took longer than quoted in spite of the small amount of items (although that is my personal opinion). This was in addition to taking an hour longer than quoted (later described as "guess-timated") and overcharging me for an extra half hour after all the work had been completed. However the movers were trying their best as far as I could tell and were continuously courteous and always asking what else they could do to help. The administrative staff paid for damages (a calculated sum and not sufficient for actual repairs, as is normal practice so it would seem) and refunded the overcharged amount. However, in spite of the amendments I will not be using this company again and will not recommend it to others.

The crew driver called us on the day of move and arrived on time. They were professionals and without wasting time started the work. They handle the boxes carefully and loaded them with care. Same way, the stuff reached the destination on time and unloaded the items in the required rooms with care. Overall the work was done with great professionalism. Have never needed a mover, I contacted many companies before settling on Fluent Moving & Storage. Jonathan was very helpful on the phone as my first contact, he outlined everything in detail, what was going to happen and what the charges would be. They followed up with me a couple days before the move, the truck arrived on time the Driver Edgar and Loaders were both very polite and worked hard to load the truck. The move to the new house was 6 hours away Edgar contacted us about a half hour before his arrival we arrived and he and the loaders were just setting up the ramps to unload. Again everything went smooth Edgar and the Loaders were very polite, worked very hard unloading placing all the items where we wanted them. In the end we had an issue with the payment, Dean looked after this for me and it was taken care of within a couple hours. The only other issue we had was some of our things had to be left behind the truck was just a little too small! No fault of Fluent as they sent the largest truck they had on my request. I HIGHLY recommend Fluent Moving & Storage, they made my move painless from start to finish. Keep up the Good Work.

I thought I found the right company. Surely for my 2 moves, all went great, then came the 3rd move, on 11th July one, which left me disappointed. New crew was very slow and not knowledgeable. I had to guide them sometimes. But main complain is that they broke the rear mirror on my hutch which they left with apology and a promise to fix very soon. That was 2 months ago. Many calls to them produced no result except excuses and promises. Before writing this review I informed them I would do so if no action is taken. Well! perhaps they did not care. It is now evident hat my first 2 moves were smooth because the same crew came under Dean as leading hand. So Good-be Fluent and my next move on 18 July 2017 will be done by someone else. S.alam May 2018. After the above complain Dean rectified the problem efficiently. I used them again after the above episode and found that perhaps it was a one time negligence on their part. The move was great as usual. I am going to use them again as they are good and trustworthy. Sean and Dean are special on their team.

Looking for long distance moves was quite stressful to begin with, mind you any move is stressful. From the get go Johnathan was very professional and accommodating, explained everting in detail and happy to answer any questions. Extremely reasonable and charged as quoted. Well my move just completed from downtown Toronto to 4 hours East. Dean and Roy were beyond outstanding. I recently moved our office and had a short window to decide which moving company to use. Although Fluent was not the lowest price we decided to use the Fluent team because of their prompt response to our needs and professional manor in how they presented themselves from the receptionist that initially received our call to the onsite visit. The day of the move they arrived on time and finished earlier than their quoted amount and reduced the price accordingly. The 5 movers did not damage anything and could not do enough to help us through the stress of the move. I had moved 6 years prior and had a nightmare so I really appreciated the team from Fluent and would recommend them to everyone.

Quoted $650 for the move, was charged $1050 even after sending pictures, providing the storage unit size and listing the two large items that needed to be moved - an oak dining room table and a treadmill. No bed, no sofa, just light boxes (filled with kitchenware and clothes) equivalent to half of a 10x10 storage unit. Nothing changed from the time of the quote but somehow the charges skyrocketed. When I called to review the bill, i was told the person on the other end didn’t have the bill on hand so didn’t know why the cost had gone up so much. But they were able to charge my credit card within minutes... was told I’d get a call on Monday to review the bill. Call never came but the payment posted to my Visa. Sad because I opted to go with this company rather than another because of the good reviews... and the other company only quoted $350 for the move! Horrible experience, would not recommend.

I had a good service until the billing cycle where I was misinformed about the total amount being due. After finishing their work, the movers confirmed the total amount I was going to be charged. However, the final amount was higher than what I was told. I requested some clarifications regarding the variance and I was told I was going to get a call back. Never had any follow-ups since then. Due to this experience, I can't say I would be retaining their services in the future. Badr
