This USED to be the best storage option in Midland, good rates.. good service UNTIL THE CORPORATE COMPANY TOOK OVER! Worst customer service! An access code was required without us receiving the code, so we show up having to call the emergency line, only to get no answer. Then a lady comes out of the office (which means she saw me there from the beginning and comes out 10 minutes after) to put a code in for me. I'm glad we will be clearing our storage out soon!

Getting a unit is a hassle. The online booking didn't work well and the code it gave didn't work. There are no eaves over the units so water was pouring in front of the door with melting snow both times I've been there. Unit itself is clean.

Booking a storage space at this location was areal pleasure. The staff understood what my needs were and immediately recommended a unit that met the necessary space for our items. James was extremely helpful and explained not only the documents that needed to be signed but the entire process from the location to the 24 hour access and support. I will gladly recommend this place and the staff working there to anyone who may be looking for a clean and safe store place. The place I rented from is located at 679 Prospect Blvd.
