I work for a moving company. Our GPS brought us to this location when in reality our customer was at the units across the road. Well. We entered the compound following an employee. Once we realized the error we made, we turned our truck around and went to exit the compound but were trapped by the gate and didn't have access to leave. There was a employee salting the walkways who lied to us, and told us she didn't work there, or knew the access code for the gate. (We followed her in) That is until our customer came across the road and asked her to open the gate. Than she magically worked there and knew the gate code. Absolutely ridiculous. Store your stuff here if you want children running your storage yard.

Update. Since emptying the storage unit and unpacking I have had to kill over a dozen wasps in my new home over the past month that had hid in my boxes somewhere. Access Storage should have seen the nest on the outside corner of my unit and dealt with it.

Been renting the apartment at this site for over 10 years. I love it here, the site is very well maintained and clean. Staff throughout the owners has been wonderful and accommodating. Not only did a lose a job I enjoyed, working for the prior owner at Huronia Self Storage, when the company was bought out by Access, but the monthly fee for my small unit was doubled. I would not recommend Access Storage to my worst enemy.
