Staff was friendly and knowledgeable and courteous... The location is clean and showroom is well laid out. Process was straightforward, clear and easy to understand every aspect. I really like the app where they have you do a walk around and submit pictures from your phone to agree or to verify damage to the unit that was not documented earlier. A very simple easy process and the unit I got was clean and ready to go. Would not be scared to go back there again. Definitely recommend them for a moving option.

Would not recommend. I booked for a uhaul and a hitch to be installed. They kept my car for 8 hours and when I came by after work to see if it was done they told me they were unable to install the wiring for the hitch. They charged me for half the job and I had to take it to another shop to get them to complete the job. In the end I spent way more then I originally planned. Then when I called to confirm my uhaul they informed me I would have to drive two hours to the nearest one even though my preferred pick up was in town. The guy on the phone told me I would have recieved a phone call 24 hours before my appointment to confirm the location which is not adequate time to plan a four hour round trip just before I planned on moving. The guy on the phone had nothing useful to say and was extremely disappointing. I ended up having to pay double for the hitch to get it done properly plus extra gas/time to get my uhaul. Only saving grace was Manhattan Motors (where I picked up). They were professional and helpful. Very unprofessional and unorganized. If you can help it, find a different company to move with and save yourself the extra stress. Customer service is not their strong suit.

Worst experience I have had so far with uHaul. Had a uHaul booked with uHaul moving and storage of medicine hat for 3 weeks prior to our moving date and we get a phone call 2 days before telling us that our dates don't work for them. Well I'm sorry our times don't jive with you but now it's your job to figure it out for us. Tells my wife he'll call her back in an hour and then doesn't call either one of us and now they are closed. So furious and frustrated. Get your s*** together and come up with a contingency plan for f*** sakes! -- Wound up getting the uHaul we wanted for the days we wanted and everything worked out. Buddy who runs the place was friendly and helped us, just wish they would have been more organized and helpful from the start without all the flac in between. So I changed my rating from a 1 star to a 3 star.

WORST MOST DISORGANIZED LIARS TO EVER CALL THEMSELVES A COMPANY. It is truly a shame that I am forced to even give one star just to write this. If you are counting on this company to have what you asked for, when you asked for it, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Perhaps support local! Just please take this warning seriously and DO NOT book with this company. It will save you so much stress and anxiety if you take your business somewhere else.

I tried to get a trailer, 6x12 from them, no go. 3km down the road another place had one but could get it as the owner wasn't there on a regular business day. Had to drive to Tabor, and hour and a half away, which had amazing service, and got a trailer. Medicine Hat UHaul sucks.

Seriously the worst place to rent a truck. If I could give them 0 stars I would. They have about 30 truck in they lots, but cant rent them because I only need in town for 4 hours ????? That company is the worst I have ever seen.

I did not rent from this location, but I did stop in as the wipers on the van I had were in need of changing. They were very friendly. Not only did they change the wiper blades but they opened the hood and did a complete check of all the fluids. Definitely a 5 out of 5. Service was fantastic

Made reservation a month ago. Got a phone call saying I will have a truck guaranteed. But they decided to rent out the truck I was suppose to have, told me to drive almost two hours to pick up a different truck. Just wow. Called Calgary and spoke with one of the supervisor and response was terrible and unfriendly.

Since the manager is away it's not the same. They don't answer the phone. I am upset because they keep saying Idon't pay and what I have is monthly with draws. (They are paid up to date)

Reserved a trailer 1 week in advance. The day before my moving date they call to say the trailer is not available. I ask for a larger one they say no problem. Day of moving they call to say they dont have that trailer either. And That i have to drive to maple creek. I drive to maple creek get trailer drive back... what a joke.
