Gave the addresses and a couch to move for $200+ and when the service was done. They robbed my parents having to pay out $400+ I tried to ask them why and the gave the good old "Oh btw these extra charges" that was NEVER MENTIONED... why would we say yes to a service that is higher than anyone else offer??? Hanged up the phone on me. Very unprofessional. Never showed up on the date was schedule and hard to get a hold off when waiting outside only to cancelled out on you. The move was very well organized and timed well. They knew we had a small window to have the elevator at the new residence and sent enough people to pack the day before and to have the truck packed to make sure they were ready. All of the floors were covered and the furniture was well protected. The packers and movers were all professional and took a lot of care. The move could not have been smoother.

TLDR version: Broke a TV, refused to pay for it, tried to charge us $200 extra saying he had been there for an hour longer than he was until we had to call him on it, is operating under 2 business names, the other one being "7 days a week everyday moving" After looking through Kijij we decided to go with "Two sons and a truck" to move my girlfriends stuff from her parents place to our new home. They arrived 45 min late to begin with and and were trying to power through the move quickly as they had a safe to move later that day. My girlfriend and I helping with some of the more sensitive items to try and prevent anything from being broken as it was clear it was not a professional company from all of the yelling and swearing throughout our new building. At the end of the move it was clear we were correct as they tried to charge us for an extra hour than they actually took amounting to over $200 than what it should've been. I complained and let them know that they had arrived late (my girlfriend took video and texted me at the time of their arrival) and the presumptive owner complained that he wasn't happy with only making $300 for the 1.5 hours (1 truck load) it took him to do the move instead of the $500 that he tried to initially charge us. After the move we went to plug in her TV and noticed that the TV was broken with a crack right through the center of the screen and obvious damage on the top corner. I went through their payment app and sent a bad review to them (through their other company name) and through email he offered to check out the TV. I said yes and told him when I would be home and he never showed up, called or emailed until he emailed saying that we were trying to get money out of him and we couldn't prove that the TV was working before hand.

The movers showed up an hou and a half late. One of the men left early so to move a one bedroom apartment it took 8 hours. They did not wrap my tv property and now there is damage to it. The tv stand was left with a very large scratch on the top. My mattress and boxsping were dragged on the common floor at the apartment where everyone walks ( totally disgusting) When I called the talk to the manager he sent me to men who did the moving when I said again that I want the manager they hung up on me. I will never recommend company to anyone . I would give it negative stars if possible. I’m not even looking for compensation,only wanting their service to improve
