Everyone was great. From the salesman who came to my house to the three gents that came to move us to our new house. I added so much stuff to the list after the salesman came out they needed to make 2 trips. Not a single complaint or hesitation from the guys. They just jumped right on it. Finished at 6:30 on a Friday. They were great the whole way through. Next time I move I will let them do the whole packing as well. Everyone was fantastic. Thanks guys! Much appreciated!!

We used Globe to move in July 2019 after a very positive experience a relative had with them. Unfortunately they crashed and burned with us. The crew we had was slow and poorly organized. My daughters stepped in and honestly had more hustle than the paid movers. They arrived over an hour later than our arranged time. Our crew was less than careful with our belongings which were prepackaged and in the garage just waiting to be loaded on to the truck. They had to be stopped from putting boxes marked as fragile under heavier boxes, and had no regard for keeping boxes upright. We had to step in numerous times to prevent them from turning boxes on their sides and literally playing Tetris with our belongings. Additionally the crew leader was very unprofessional and questioned and commented on our personal items while loading the truck. They also damaged our staircase walls bringing an air hockey table up from the basement as well as damaging the air hockey table, a book shelf and a headboard in addition to breaking a shoe rack and several other items. As our new home was only a short distance away we were shocked to learn that they were given a wrong address and were headed out of town with our belongings and when corrected still managed to take the wrong route to our new home. The unloading process was painfully slow and we ended up calling friends to help the useless crew unload the truck. When they finally finished the leader presented me with a larger bill than anticipated and then had the nerve to blatantly solicit a tip, which I declined to give. It literally took months to get the measly $50.00 cheque for damages from them. A miserable experience with these movers and I wouldn’t use this company again!

Extremely professional and careful when transporting a purchased pinball machine to my house. Went out of their way to make sure no damage occured during transport in the truck and into my house. Paul and Thomas did an excellent job would hire again.

You were able to take care of my mother's urgent move needs with ease. You made this move possible for us, and we are forever grateful. I am here visiting from Montreal, we bought my mom a new condo on Wilkes and you took great care to ensure we were taken care of within 48 hours even during the holidays. The team you sent, Craig, James + Vern were just amazing. Totally professional, fast and not one, NOT one broken item, out of the hundreds of items my mom had, when we unpacked everything. We couldn't help but notice how well packed her things were. They were beautifully packaged in fact. We were and still are very impressed with the great care that was taken. The boys were laughing and smiling the whole time..even when they were dealing with one elevator packed with grumpy seniors throughout the hallways :) You have no idea how at ease your team made me feel during this process. Absolutely no stress and when they came in to the new place, they were very aware of all the boxes packed and were sure to safely place the boxes in each room that made sense to be in, for example: all of the kitchen boxes were in the kitchen, or bathroom, or bedrooms. Totally impressed. This alone saved my mom and I hours of work, making it easy for us to simply unpack. They called themselves "interior decorators", and really, they were! We were able to create a shelved pantry with what my mom had...there was no way I could have done that without their help. We were also impressed by how clean the job was done. They fully respected both locations, did not damage any of the elevators or hallways, or walls. It was 150% or more a positive experience. Thank-you so much for making this experience perfect, even on some of the coldest days, in the middle of winter with smiles, professionalism and speed. If only life were this easy. Thank-you from the bottom of our hearts. We would recommend your services over and over again. What an incredible company you and your team represent!

I was notified by mike to make arrangements for a delivery. The times he quoted were not suitable for me since I work in a hospital and live alone. Once he realized that I was a front line worker he said he would arrange to have the delivery made at the end of the day so that I wouldn’t have to take time off. I was very appreciative and thankful that he made this happen! The delivery team was also fantastic on arrival. I would definitely recommend this Globe!

Global delivered and installed a large sectional couch. They were very careful with my house and with the couch. They carefully set it all up and inspected it and even put on the floor pads that I provided. All garbage was removed. They even helped shovel the driveway as they came a little early before the driveway was cleared! All 3 were very friendly. Highly recommended.

I will update this post with the three men’s names that did my move it is not with me now. The crew showed up on time. We’re so careful with my belongings. They gave me tips to get the job done faster. They even asked as they moved stuff in which wall I would like the dressers on. They removed all the backs off my couch as they are power recliners yet when they moved them into my new home they put them all back on again. Lyle is the ONLY person who came out to give me a more accurate quote and mentioned things like was your treadmill built down here? Did the down stairs fridge have the door and handle on when it cane down? I would use Globe again and ask for the three men by name for my next move and would recommend them to anyone needing a moving service!!!!

Items were damaged, items were lost. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. Absolutely atrocious service, so bad I wrote my first google review. Showed up at 10am to collect items, told to wait. Then wait longer. Spent 2.5 hours waiting. When asked what’s the point in booking a time slot I was told we weren’t their priority and we could sit all say and they didn’t care. Watched their staff load the truck with absolutely no care. Heard someone loading day “it doesn’t matter how we pack it, it’s just gunna fall over and break anyways, f it!” When we finally got our chance to retrieve items they weren’t ready for us at all. Totes were COVERED in mouse poop and dead bugs. Your items are not being stored in a clean facility at all. Manager wouldn’t even acknowledge this and went and hid. Got home to find we were missing items despite being guaranteed they had everything labeled and marked and it would be ready to go that day. Absolute joke of a company

I have to boast about my experience with Globe Moving. I have used Globe Moving for a lot of my moving needs and I have to say how empresses I was (and that's not easily done) when Lyle sent over Lori, Paul, Clarence, Brandon and Richard. We had a lot of dental equipment to be picked up unpacked and moved into a dental office. This team in the coldest of days jumped right in feet first and never complained or appeared stressed in this move. They were all professional and kind to everyone in their path.
