They had a broken truck so having 3 would help them not to be too late but I have to pay the 3rd person, on the other hand at a discount. The owner spent most of his time on his cellar and cleaning his truck. I hardly saw him. The 2nd guy had sore feet so he was limping and had difficulty walking (which is understandable). They made a detour and from Sherbrooke to St-François-Xavier took them 45 minutes to go and to return when me and those who made the same route take 25 minutes, Auto, bus or delivery truck. Cost more than expected with all this stuff. (Original) Ça commencer avec 1:40 de retard. Sont arrivé avec 3 personnes quand à la base demandé 2. Ils avaient un camion de brisé donc avoir 3 les aideraient à ne pas prendre trop de retard mais je dois payer la 3ème personne, en rabais par contre. Le propriétaire a passé presque tout son temps sur son cell et faire le ménage de son camion. Je l'ai presque pas vu. Le 2ème gars avait mal au pieds donc boitait et avait de la difficulté à marcher ( ce qui est comprebable). Ils ont fait un détour et faire Sherbrooke à St-François-Xavier leur ont prit 45 min pour aller et pour revenir quand moi et ceux qui ont fait la même route prenons 25 min., Auto, autobus ou camion de livraison. Coûter plus cher que prévu avec tout ces trucs là.

I had to contact them several times before they showed up and each time they pushed back the time of arrival. In addition, the move took them 1.5 hours to complete, but when it came time to pay, they demanded that I pay them for 3 hours because they supposedly charge a minimum of 3 hours for all the moves they do. So not only did they not inform me of this policy when I hired them, but it was not stipulated anywhere in the quote or on their website so I had to pay them for 1h30 more than what 'they really worked! This company lacks a lot of professionalism and are scammers, I strongly advise you to do business elsewhere. (They also never sent me an invoice) (Original) N'ENGAGER PAS CETTE COMPAGNIE VOUS ALLEZ VOUS FAIRE AVOIR!!! Ils m'avaient dit qu'ils allaient se présenter entre 13h et 15h pour effectuer mon déménagement. ILS SONT ARRIVÉ À 20H!!! J'ai du les contacter à plusieurs reprises avant qu'ils se présentent et à chaque fois ils repoussaient l'heure d'arrivée. De plus, le déménagement leurs a pris 1h30 à compléter, mais arrivé au moment de payer, ils m'ont exigé de les payer pour 3h car supposément ils chargent un minimum de 3h pour tous les déménagement qu'ils effectuent. Alors non seulement ils ne m'avaient pas informé de cette politique quand je les ai engagés, mais ce n'était pas stipulé nul part dans la soumission ni sur leur site internet alors j'ai du les payer pour 1h30 de plus que ce qu'ils ont réellement travaillé! Cette compagnie manque énormément de professionalisme et se sont des arnaqueurs, je vous conseil très fortement de faire affaire ailleurs. (Ils ne m'ont aussi jamais envoyé de facture)

Nous avons tenté de prendre un arrangements financier et de faire nous-mêmes les réparations, ce qu'il a accepté, mais nous n'avons jamais vu la couleur de cet argent. Il a cessé de répondre à nos appels... Puisque je ne peux répondre à votre réponse automatisé Francis, je vous répond ici. Je pense avoir bien décrit ci-haut les aspects de votre service que je n'ai pas appréciée. J'ai d'ailleurs essayé à quelques reprises de vous recontacter par téléphone suite à votre réponse à mon avis google tel que vous me l'avez si bien recommandé dans votre fameux message automatique mais j'en suis incapable puisque vous avez bloqué mon numéro !
