Worst moving company ever! Watch out they are a rip-off!! They packed our stuff and put garbage in all of the boxes. The boxes were in terrible condition, they either broke underneath or were taped poorly. We had broken glass and plates in a lot of boxes. Very poor telephone service. For example, we let them go at a time without us and we found them at a convenience store when they were supposed to leave directly to one of the addresses. It was 5/10 minutes but who knows if they would have taken longer if we hadn't stopped there too. (Original) Petit déménagement (1 frigo ; 1 lit, 2 commodes et 2 petits meubles déjà démontés) qu'il fallait chercher à 3 endroits différents à Sherbrooke même, le 13/09/2020. Les 2 déménageurs étaient sympathiques (l'un n'avait pas son masque par contre) mais j'ai quand même senti qu'ils prenaient vraiment leur temps pour que ça fasse 3 heures au total. Par exemple, on les a laissés partir à un moment sans nous et on les a retrouvés à un dépanneur alors qu'ils étaient supposés partir directement à l'une des adresses. C'était 5/10 minutes mais qui sait s'ils auraient pris plus de temps si nous ne nous étions pas arrêtés là-bas nous aussi.

I was called to change my original review by the owner. I feel like I had a very bad experience overall with this mover. In my opinion, my belongings could have been put in and out with better care as some had scratches and/or small dents afterwards. They sent a document before the move that stated they could disassemble and reassemble the furniture and if the client did it themselves the loss of pieces would not be their responsibility unless they did it themselves. They did disassemble most of my furniture and although I received most of my screws, there were still quite a few missing as well as some small black metal pieces that held the changing table onto a dresser; the furniture was not reassembled once it got to my house. I called to try to find the pieces but unfortunately my concerns were not resolved.

This company was a total gong show! They got stuck on backroads on the way to us even though there was highway the whole way. Argued about my move, refused to take things to the charity shop even though it had been agreed upon in the hiring process. Then when I said it could go to our storage locker, dismissed me, and said they wouldn’t remove it from our home because it was garbage. Head mover then proceeded to insult me to his boss and refused to let us speak because I was impossible, along with some other choice insults. At the end we were left with half a house full of stuff because the truck they brought couldn’t fit everything. At which point he blamed the lack of space on the fact that our furniture was too fragile to pack (antiques). I fired them and had them move our stuff into the shed. Then had to hire someone else to take away all the stuff for the charity shop. It cost me over 400$ for them to arrive late, insult me and leave me with a mess. Should note that the two gentleman helping the head mover were lovely. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
