On dirait que la personne qui fait les soumissions est très égarée ou fait juste les prix et les règles à sa guise. Dans une soumission, le nom de je-ne-sais-qui était en plein milieu du texte à côté du numéro de Virgine Radio!!!??? Et l'extra piano avait soudainement gonflé à 525$. Bref, manque de professionnalisme. Je ne saurai pas si leurs hommes sont effectivement efficaces car la compagnie n'aime pas se faire dire ses erreurs et préfère refuser une cliente potentielle. Pas une façon de prendre les clients en otage comme ça. Qu’on nous dise le vrai prix et les extras à prévoir au cas où. Mais 150% du prix convenu pour même pas dix minutes d’ouvrage n’est pas raisonnable...

I had to pay this company $ 600 as a rate when the movers only loaded 5 large pieces of furniture out of the 4 1/2 I had to load. We sent a trailer because of their delay, and loaded everything ourselves. In the end, they just packed the furniture with blankets, and put them in the truck. I had to force my relatives with the big furniture, because if we had let them do it, it would have taken several hours. Once they got there, all that was left was the couch, dresser, living room furniture, fridge, washer dryer and aquarium. I would never have thought that by doing business with this company, I would also be dealing with people who do not have the physique of the job and no speed. The staff were very nice and courteous, but not suited for this type of job. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MOVING COMPANY. If you want to pay more than $ 500, be bound by a contract with employees who are not efficient and who do not meet established deadlines, this company is for you. (Original) Déménagement le 30 juin 2018 et nous avons été extrêmement déçus de la qualité du service offert. D'abord, les déménageurs ne respectent pas la plage horaire de 2 heures donnée pour arriver. Ils devaient arriver entre 11h et 13h, ils sont arrivés à 15h. Le personnel n'était pas du tout ce à quoi on peut s'attendre lorsque nous faisons affaire avec une compagnie de déménagement : un vieux monsieur qui devait être âgé de plus de 70 ans, un monsieur qu n'était pas en forme du tout (il nous informe qu'il a une luxation du genou et qu'il peut difficilement monter des escaliers alors que nous sommes au 3ème et dernier étage) et un jeune de 17 ans qui n'avait aucune expérience et manquait de force. J'ai dû payer cette compagnie 600$ comme tarif alors que les déménageurs n'ont embarqué que 5 gros meubles sur tout le 4 1/2 que je devais charger. Nous avons fait venir un trailer vu leur retard, et avons tout chargé nous même. Au final, ils n'ont qu'emballé les meubles avec des couvertures, et les ont disposés dans le camion. J'ai dû faire forcer mes proches avec les gros meubles, car si nous les avions laissé faire, cela aurait pris plusieurs heures. Une fois qu'ils sont arrivés sur place, il ne restait que le divan, une commode, un meuble de salon, un frigidaire, laveuse sécheuse et un aquarium. Je n'aurais jamais pensé qu'en faisant affaire avec cette compagnie, je ferais également affaire avec des gens qui n'ont pas le physique de l'emploi et aucune rapidité. Le personnel était très gentils et courtois, mais pas faits pour ce type d'emploi. JE NE RECOMMANDE PAS CETTE COMPAGNIE DE DÉMÉNAGEMENT. Si vous désirez payer plus de 500$, être lié par un contrat avec des employés qui ne sont pas efficaces et qui ne respectent pas les délais établis, cette compagnie est pour vous.

On m'a dit que NON mais au pire peut-être un 30$ .... on est loin d'un 100.$ mais on n'a plus le choix une fois qu'ils sont à notre porte, c'est eux qui ont le beau jeu!!! De plus, ils ont récupéré mon piano au niveau du sol, aucune marche à peine 40 pieds pour se rendre au camion, segment de transport facile pour eux. Vraiment déçue, ne ferai plus affaire avec eux.
