Trying to find a moving company on google that a friend of mine referred me to, it was purely chance that I came across Fox Movers. It was the first time I hired movers and I didn’t know what to expect, but I was truly amazed and impressed by Sam and Latif (and another Latif who later joined them). They arrived on time, they were very polite, extremely thorough in noting any current issues or damages, extremely vigilant in making sure not to damage my belongings or the building I was moving from and into, and patient beyond belief with all my text messages and emails that I sent them before moving day! I’ve never seen three guys work so hard before. They did everything they could to accommodate me and make things easier for me even though they were the ones doing all the heavy lifting. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better moving experience.

Do not move your piano with this company since they are really amateur in moving piano. Since we have an acoustic piano we had toask professional moving companies to do the moving. I searched three months before our moving date and found Fox movers price and rating good. So, I fixed the prices and the moving date. The price seemed reasonable and they claimed that they are professional with moving pianos. Last Thursday, 25 June 2020, they came and started with some boxes and then the piano. Unfortunately, despite their claim, they were not professional in moving the piano at all and they hit our piano to the ground from a height of 1 ft. When my wife objected to this issue and said that it is not the right way to move the piano, the guy whose name was Islam, started to yelling at her agressively that ''you talked to me not nice''. Then they put all boxes and piano again in the house and said that we do not do the moving anymore because you talked to us badly. But the reason was that they did not want to accept the damge of the piano and they prefered to escape instead of being responsive to they fault. Finally, after long discussion they left us, without doing anything except damaging the piano. In addition, their behavior was very sexist and rude. I attach the photos of the broken part of our piano and we have not validated the damage to the internal parts yet. I am going to follow that and update my review to help others not going with this low level service.

Foxmovers is the only company we contacted for our move and I am really happy that we didn’t shop around because they were AMAZING! They were easy to get a hold of, answered all my questions and easy to book. On the day of the move, Sam and his team were very meticulous and careful in how they packed and handled all our furniture. Everything was wrapped, covered and protected. His team spent the entire day with us (it was an extremely long day!) but they did not leave till every last thing was done. They were kind enough to pick up some furniture for us across the city and went above and beyond with the move. His team is absolutely fantastic: pleasant, kind, trustworthy and courteous. What I appreciated the most about Sam is that the service didn’t end with the move. We had some questions the next day about how something worked and Sam was more than willing to come over and help. We will definitely be using them again and have already referred them to friends who will be moving soon.

Fox Movers were absolutely incredible. Not only were they on time, but they called and offered to show up early! They were extremely professional and very careful with all of my furniture and boxes. During the entire move I didn’t have ANYTHING break or get damaged. Their responsiveness by email and phone was always extremely fast if I had any questions in the lead up to the move. I chose this business because the move was very last minute, and the reviews were very positive. It was the very first place I called with the intention to shop for others, but the person on the phone (Sam?) was very accomodating, very polite, reassuring, and professional. I was reassured immediately, and the move was scheduled. Yesterday the movers showed up shortly after another move. The three movers were in great moods, so friendly, and still so energetic. It took them about an hour to load the truck full of a 3 bedroom house, and departed to the storage location. The truck was then emptied very quickly, and the storage location was very carefully packed as if all of my belongings were their own. I will need to move into my own home in 3 months and would not dream of using another company. This was a very positive experience, and am pleasantly surprised by the fact that they lived up to all their stars.
