De plus j'avais un meuble abimer et il l'on tirer sur le sol au lieu de le porter , je me retrouve avec un plancher de bois complètement égratigné et abîmé. De plus, ils on briser la patte de ma maquilleuse, Il me l'on *réparer avec du tape*! Lorsque j’ai tenté de communiquer avec la compagnie pour leur faire par de mon mécontentement et de voir s'il pouvait me dédommager pour le plancher , il se sont démontré arrogant. Ils ne se sont jamais nommé et n’ont jamais même tenté de communiquer avec moi pour que l’on discute de la situation. Aucun dédommagement ne m’a été proposé, on m’a plutôt menacé de me poursuivre si jamais j’avais l’intention d’écrire un mauvais review et de plus il on eu l’audace de publier une photo de ma maison sur leur page Facebook sans notre approbation. Un bon service a la clientèle, ou une bonne entreprise aurai essayer de communiquer avec moi et aurai essayer de trouver une solution ou se serais aumoin excuser. Maintenant je comprend pourquoi cette compagnie n'est pas cher comparer aux autres .
