His team is super professional and friendly. They wrapped our mattresses and appliances and furniture exceptionally well. They worked very efficiently and quickly. The worst part was that I called the manager (owner) who said not to worry that he would check what had happened and get back to me. I have never had a return call or an answer to my email that I took the time to write. (Original) Malheureusement il ne faut se fier à la fausse annonce du déménagement le moins cher à partir de 399 $ , le mien m'a couté pas loin de 1700 $ pour un 4 1/2 sans electroménagers, des boites toutes préparées à l'avance, et où on a en famille donné un coup de main tout le long. Trois hommes étaient prévus, j'ai dû accepter de prendre une 4ème personne pour deux heures payés en sus pour que le déménagement se termine en 9h30 ! Même si le tarif horaire peut sembler compétitif, le temps mis pour le déménagement vient compenser et la facture grimpe très vite. Le montant que j'ai payé me correspondait pas du tout au devis estimé. ni par cette compagnie ni par toutes les autres qui m'ont envoyé un devis. Même si les gars étaient super courtrois et sympathiques je ne recommanderai pas la compagnie : j'ai retrouvé des objets brisés dans mes cartons malgré la mention fragile, le mur du sous-sol a été écorché, les meubles n'ont pas été remontés tels que demandés et on a failli casser un meuble ne sachant pas qu'il n'avait pas été fixé convenablement. Le pire c'est que j'ai appelé le responsable (propriétaire) qui a dit de ne pas m'en faire qu'il allait vérifier ce qui s'était passé et me revenir. Je n'ai jamis eu de retour d'appel ni de réponse à mon courriel que j'ai pris le temps de rédiger.
