Les gars sont arrivé pas de recouvre-matelas, Il ont trouvé un insecte et ont refusé de continuer à charger le stock prétextant que c'était une coquerelle et que notre maison n'était 'pas propre', alors qu'on a jamais eux de coquerelles dans notre maison de Candiac (il s'agissait plutôt d'un insecte d'extérieur). Il sont parti vers la nouvelle maison le truck à moitié vide et rendu là-bas, ils voulaient se faire payer cash, pas de facture, avant de débarquer le stock. Oui Oui, il ont pris notre stock en ottage. Ils ont aussi longtemps refusé de s'identifier (nom personnels et de compagnie). Après d'interminables discussions avec le Propriétaire de Déménagement Groupe Élite, Steeve Cabot (non-joinable directement car il ne laissera pas son numéro direct), on est arrivé à les convaicre que le contrat était avec Déménagement Groupe Élite , et non avec les autres bozos de Dénénagement Élite, et donc que le paiement devait se faire à Déménagement Groupe Élite. Ils ont finalement accepté de faire un deuxième voyage (ont les a aidé à charier les meubles). Tout ceci s'est échelonné de 16h30 à 22h30. 3-Le service client en général fut très désagréable. Manque de considération pour notre situation extrêmement stressante (d'autre locataires rentrait juste après notre départ), refus d'accepter leur tord ('ben oui, ça arrive un alternateur qui brise'). Hey chose, tu ne livre pas des toasters, tu accompagnes des gens dans une des journées les plus stressante de leur vie. Bref, je ne conseille pas cette compagnie

Il nous explique que ses gars étaient occupés et qu'ils travaillaient fort ailleurs et qu'il n'avait aucune idée quand ils pourraient venir. Ils nous explique d'un ton sec et agressif que nous devions être compréhensif et que c'était tout à fait normal. Après de nombreux autres appels ils parviennent finalement à venir à 18h30. Au début les déménageurs semblaient correct mais ils nous ont brisés un étagère d'armoire et la poigné de la porte d'entrée. Ils finissent à 22h30 avec notre aide. Lors du paiement, ils nous expliquent qu'ils sont arrivés à 18h00 et nous chargent 4h30 + 1h de transport. Or c'est faux ils auraient dû nous prendre 4h + 1h. En plus, pour la porte de poigné brisé ils nous ont fournis 17 dollars et pour l'étagère brisés 20 dollars. Une poigné de porte d'entrée à 17 pièces cest nice ça ! J'avais choisi cette entreprise car j'avais vu qu'ils avaient plutôt des avis positifs mais ils ont vraiment été mauvais avec nous et malhonnêtes... Je sais même pas quel niaiserie ils vont sortir pour se justifier.
