I used this company for a move on December 22, 2020. It was to move the furniture and boxes remaining at my home and both move in this items and empty a storage container into a new home. The owner/manager Blair was very responsive to questions regarding my booking, and assuring me that the movers would be sensitive to COVID concerns and they would adhere to strict COVID protocol. The movers really hustled when there was a time sensitive deadline leaving my previous premises and super efficient in moving all of the stuff into my new place. All the crew were very kind and professional. I would not hesitate to hire Prime again for any moving needs, and the movers that helped me in my stressful move who were: James, Brandon, Dustin and Eric. We were exceedingly happy with the service provided by Prime Movers! They were prompt, very courteous and got the job done in no time. They were actually jogging back and forth to the truck to expedite things. The day of the move was rainy and windy and we encouraged them to take liberal breaks but they would have none of it and just worked away. We were so happy with them that we got them a pizza for lunch which they thoroughly enjoyed. The move was completed rapidly and efficiently and everything was set up just right at the destination and all was perfect! I would highly recommend Prime Movers to anyone - they are awesome!

They managed to pack up my apartment for me with last minute notice and work around my buildings limited elevator times. I spoke to Blair to set up an appointment time. He was friendly and accommodating with our schedules. Liam and Jamie did an excellent job moving a large piece of furniture for us from one home (bought on marketplace) to ours. The top of the cabinet had a lot of glass so the cabinet was wrapped to protect it during transfer and they made sure nothing was broken or damaged. They were courteous and cautious at the sellers home and mine and respected COVID rules by wearing masks and following protocols. We have used Prime Moving a few times now and have not been disappointed. Definitely recommend these fine young men and company for your next move!!

Furthermore, despite the movers being careful, my television screen had been cracked on a side in transit to my new home.
