Exceptional service! Really friendly, fast and reliable. I moved my one-bedroom apartment and tried High Level Movers for the first time. They were very prompt, arriving promptly at 9am with the truck and all their gear to safely move my stuff. I lived in an old building with a very narrow elevator, so they had to take the sofa down the stairs. Even though it was only three floors up, I felt bad for them, but they if they minded, they didn’t show it. All through the move they were very friendly, and good natured. They even took the time to wrap anything breakable in blankets and secured everything on the truck to ensure it got to its new home safely. They unloaded the truck just as efficiently as they loaded it, and nothing was lost or broken! THANK YOU Parviz and Ramin for your hard work in moving my stuff — my life really. I really appreciate it and all the care you took with my belongings. I highly recommend High Level Movers. It was one of my best move experiences yet.

I've been moving in and around Toronto every year for the past few years due to work and this is the first time I'm writing a review for someone who did a great job. I booked an appointment with High end movers from 12:00noon to 6:00pm for a single bedroom condo move. I booked the elevators on both the Condo in that time slot. I've been burnt more than once by movers for booking a shorter time span even when the move was just a couple of blocks away in the past. To my surprise Anton and David, two skinny kids show up at the lobby exactly at 11:55am. Just so you guys know I'm a decently built guy compared to these skinny kids. I wasxoncerwas and asked if they need any help with the move, they said they were fine by themselves. It was not the strength in them that supposed me, but the actual move time. The entire move was done in 2 hours. I still can't believe it, I actually went back to work after the move. Whomever hired these college kids to do the move, feed them well. They are good kids. We've only used this company once and they were reliable. Simran and Harry, the 2 movers, handled that ocean of cardboard with care and courtesy. Really nice chaps. I don't think they dropped anything; nothing seems to be broken at least, though we've barely scratched the surface re. unpacking. FML.

I went through a lot of reviews to decide on them, and my time spent on rejecting the others and selecting them proved fruitful. They came half an hour early man! Super fast packing, I heard jokes all the way to London Ontario! Reassembly was equally efficient after double-quick unloading, all done with a smile. I phone these guys and booked a time and date for my small move. The man I spoke with told me to email them as well, which I did. Come the day of the move they didn't show up on time. When I called, they told me that they would get back to me shortly. They never even had the decency to call back and appologise and rebook. I called back again and was told to email them. What a bunch of clowns. Avoid them at all costs.

At the moving day truck showed up on time, Carlos Michael and Tom were awesome!! We loved them from the start! Our Floors was covered, and furniture taken apart very quickly). All our stuff was loaded in couple hours. Same at our new house guys put together all our beds, all boxes was placed in right rooms ( thanks for Kevin’s tips, we marked each box) So we end up in 4.5 hours. No bad for two bedrooms house. Finally I took a risk and I picked up High Level Movers. I thing this was a best choice what I did. They came right on the time and started to work right a way, Two guys from Azerbaijan (Babak Isakov and Mardan Aghayev) worked very hard and professional,, they did not even take break . We moved from High Level Movers storage into a townhouse. The group was Michael and Daniel lead by Colin. They were very professional and helpful. They were hardworking and polite. It was a tough move with over 200 boxes and heavy furniture. I would recommend them to anyone in the future. All the furniture had been carefully wrapped by the 1st team. There was very slight collateral damage considering it was all moved out of a house into storage for a month. Moved back onto the truck and into a townhouse.

They hustled their butts off and disassembled and wrapped up all of our fragile items. Plus, they assembled everything we needed back together at our new house! Recommend High Level movers, from my experience they were the most careful with our things. They have carefully arranged furniture in the truck and covered expensive things with protective garments. The price was affordable. We have ordered paid for 2 hours but had to pay for another 2 hours for moving our condo apartment into a townhouse.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - REVIEWS ARE FAKE Absolutely the worst moving company I have ever used. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am shocked at the amount of "reviews" they have - come on, 505 reviews? They're fake. Company showed up with only two movers, to move a 2500 square foot penthouse condo. The truck was NOT big enough, resulting in damaged furniture. They promised a truck large enough, and purposefully provided one too small, resulting in them inviting "we will have to do multiple trips" thus attempting to charge us triple what we agreed to. Members of my family had to help them not only move boxes, but load them into their own vehicles because the truck was not large enough. On the drive to our new house - one mover actually LEFT. He just got out of the truck and left. The other mover showed up (an hour after we all arrived at our new house) saying the other guy left - he didn't want to be involved. Had to call a "manager" to come down to help. Neither of them would unload the truck without us paying, which of course....was not the price that we agreed to. The individual I spoke to on the phone about the whole issue was so incredibly rude, and spoke in such distaste, insisting that if we did not pay the full amount, the truck would take all of our belongings and store them in an undisclosed storage unit and charge us per day. It was the worst experience ever. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. The reviews are very misleading. If I can save anyone the hassle, stress, and anxiety that my fiancé, our family and myself endured, I want to.

They are great. I did not choose them, and I was not there to supervise them when they handled my property (4 bedroom house, two $40,000 vehicles). Even the most minute items were handled with care. They moved two cheapo IKEA lamps, and neither light bulb was broken. They stored my stuff for 6+ months. and every thing is in good shape, including two racing bikes, neither of which even needs a tuneup. Great team at HLM.

Worst moving experience ever! The price was misrepresented. There is no formal quote process. The individual that I (and my daughter) spoke with originally was very difficult to understand. Frustrating to deal with. Furniture was significantly damaged! I had another mover move my daughter's items out of High Level's storage facility and the mover commented on the rudeness and unprofessionalism of the staff.

I used High Level Movers in early June and they (Rafat and Tony) were FANTASTIC!! They showed up about 10 minutes early (and called with a heads up which was appreciated) and I was ready to go. I was moving into a condo so luckily didn't have too much furniture, and a lot of what I had was storage boxes. Moving from Newmarket to downtown Toronto took 3 hours - packing the truck (I had most stuff already all put together in a room which was easily accessible - so that helped save on time the morning of), the drive down (little traffic due to everyone working from home - a huge benefit when moving lol), and then they unloaded everything in about 1 hour or a bit less. Super professional, had all paperwork ready to go. I would highly recommend High Level Movers, especially for condo moves or moves out of/into the city. Thank you Rafat and Tony!!

Mirza & Diyor are the A team! Having called for quotes from almost all of the BlogTO recommended movers which would have cost $500 more than these guys. I quite confidently recommend them. They were extremely professional, friendly and quick. My move took 2 hours and I moved from Holland Landing ON to downtown Toronto. They took down and then setup my bed quickly and carefully and moved my art pieces, tv and mirrors with a delicate hand. They were also very easy to reach and reliable the entire time. I loved them so much my friend dropped her BlogTO recommended mover and hired High-Level this past weekend. We were both very pleased! I would hire Mirza & Diyor again in a heartbeat and I definitely think they were worth the money and then some!

They were incredibly kind, professional, and extremely efficient. Initially, the truck they brought couldn't fit into the narrow loading dock at my condo downtown, but another smaller truck was dispatched immediately and arrived within 20 minutes. Do not use this company, I should have read the reviews and now I have a broken bed. This company is extremely unprofessional and takes DAYS to respond via email. I had 2 beds and now one of them is broken and I have not gotten a follow up on reimbursement even though I provided photo evidence and will provide more if this company bothered to answer their emails. The manager, Eugene, does not take phone calls and does not provide good customer service. One of the bolsters for our bed was lost and we did not find out until AFTER our bed broke, and the manager messaged me back about an unrelated bed screw that was missing from another bed that I had informed the workers about. Come to find out that they didn’t even tighten the screws in my second bed and completely lost one of the bolsters.

He make estimate for my move 15 hours by phone, and guy did it for 13 hours, so it was very pleasantly. You need to see how they work, that looks like well coordinate clock mechanism. Editing my review to include an update from this insanely rude and unprofessional company who offered me $100 to take down my review... The good - the movers got our stuff from point A to point B The bad - informed the company that we had one very heavy piece of furniture so agreed to have an additional mover on site. Three movers showed up like deers in headlights with no equipment to move the piece and no idea we even had it. Eventually we called and a manager showed up to help these three kids which was fine, but for half an hour they stood around not knowing what to do. The very bad - upon arrival we noticed that 2 of our dining room chairs, a lamp and a dresser were damaged so I contacted them and was met with someone really rude on the phone who wouldn’t let me even speak. Kept talking over me. I emailed the company with photos of the damage and their response was to offer $50 dollars for the damage. I declined and have told them I will send them the invoice for the repair work as well as any additional photos they need for insurance. Radio silence. Now I’m stuck footing the bill for repairs which their staff damaged and the company admitted to. I don’t recommend this company, their customer service is awful, they won’t properly reimburse you for damage they case. Now my updated review: I never said the moving staff were rude, it was the people on the phone which I’ve again experienced and seems to be a common thing based on other reviews. I called to respond to their response, and was met with aggravation when tried to explain why they are wrong. It wasn’t an “old lamp” by any means and as discussed on the phone it wasn’t a simple fix. The dresser wasn’t “cardboard” or “cheap” it’s a wooden dresser that actually didn’t happen to have anything in it, it seems as tho the company is trying to blame me for it being damaged however they are wrong. The chairs, as we discussed on the phone, are not just a matter of the paint being chipped off, they are gouges in the wood that need to be repaired. Again that was discussed on the phone and ignored for some reason. The company offered me $100 to cover damages with the agreement that I would remove my review and never write a negative review of them again. I asked for that in writing. Instead they replied to my review with incorrect information. When I called to get an explanation the woman on the phone hung up. So, don’t waste your time with this unprofessional and disrespectful company that pays people to remove negative reviews. Obviously all the positive ones here are fakes. Updated again: I asked for the $100 reimbursement in writing so I can have time to look it over and see exactly what it is you were asking of me. I’m not posting pictures solely for the reason for others to judge the value, the company claimed the dresser is “cardboard” and “cheap” and the lamp was “old” so clearly you can’t even see the value in something based solely on the picture. Are you a furniture maker or designer? And as for my tone, I was none of those things but yes upset is one of them. You’re rude, belligerent and unwilling to actually listen to a customer response, instead you just want to argue on here and not resolve this.

I hired High Level Movers and they were considerably late after an emergency,: apparently one of their trucks had an accident, flat tire or something like that... It was very stressful since I was ready to go , but they gave me updates and when the movers finally showed up they were amazing: fast and efficient and extremely careful with my belongings. They did an awesome job in very short time. Very Proffesional, I would definetely use them again. Only complain was the waiting time, but I guess sh@#% happens :)

I had to move on the busiest and hottest weekend of the year (Canada long weekend) from one condo to another. Mohamed and Khussin were very patient when they encountered some challenges with parking their large truck at the first condo. They made sure to wrap with blankets and Saran Wrap all necessary furniture and were extremely efficient in moving everything. They could have got the job completed in an even faster amount of time had there not been logistic issues at the receiving condo. I am also very particular about my furniture and floors and they handled everything well and everything was in good shape. Summary/Personal Opinion: they were late by 5 hours, I suspect they knew and overbooked their trucks since they tried to get me to reschedule the day before, and I was only able to complete my move because of luck and nice security people. Factual Details: - I booked a 1 bedroom apartment move, approximately 2 weeks before my move date. I was promised furniture disassembly, and a start time of 2:00 pm. - The day before my move, I received a call asking if I could reschedule my move. I said no, because I had to book moving elevators at both my move-in and move-out apartments. I was told that this was fine and that was to see if another client could be accommodated. - The day of my move, I received a call at approximately 1:00 pm, where I was informed the moving truck would be 1 hour late. I said okay, it will still fit in my moving elevator time slots (~ 3 hours). - At 3:30 pm, 1.5 hours past my originally scheduled time, the moving truck had not arrived. At this point, I had to call the movers every 1/2 hour, where I was told that the "truck would be there soon." - At 5:00 pm, 3 hours past my originally scheduled time, my bookings for the moving elevators ended, and the moving truck had still not arrived. I called the dispatch again, and they said they were not sure if I they would be able to provide a truck to me that day and asked to reschedule, and they didn't want to promise that I would be able to get the truck. I said I absolutely needed to move today as I would not be able get another moving day scheduled before my lease ended. They said they would try their best for today and would call me back. - At 5:15 pm, they called me and said a truck is on the way. - At 7:00 pm, the moving truck arrived. Thankfully, the moving elevators in both buildings were available as both people who booked the elevators had finished their move early and security was more than helpful in allowing me to use the elevators in the evening. - During the packing and unpacking process, I was required to disassemble some of my own furniture (fortunately just a bed and chair). However, the movers did unmount and remove my TV mount from the wall and wrapped up my desk drawers. Movers were still very quick and mostly took care of my belongings, but I did observe them moving my 43" flatscreen TV by carrying it like a grocery bag with one hand, fingers on the screen. - At 10:30 pm, the movers finished their job and left my new apartment. I was charged for 4 hours of their time.

So me and my girlfriend we moved And there was 2 angels most respected and funny persons Michael and Oshane, these 2 guys it's just amazing ???????????? They guide us through the process of packing and making everything safe and covered, a d they show to us how's the truck it's organized and safely made, We were so stressed about moving that they made a happy day I give them a great tip it's was amazing job, it's not easy job but it seems that they are a team for a long time now I hope they stay safe. Workers are great. But they will stop 10 mins before they are done to charge you, but then add( and charge) an extra half hour at the end. When you call they say pay cash for discount, but they don’t charge you any different in the end.

We were not told of all of the extra charges that comes with these movers. We were given a quote for $550 for 3 hours. The total they charged was well over $1200. We tried speaking to the people at the company and they were VERY rude. They were finally sent an etransfer, on our end it said it was sent and waiting for them to accept the transfer. We also sent them proof of transfer but they didn’t accept it and told us we never sent them the money and told the movers not to unload the truck. We also had 2 friends helping them move. The old man did nothing for the move. He was VERY rude and he was standing uncomfortably close to me and my mom and even after asking him to move, he didn’t. He took a picture of our banking screen without our permission. All in all a VERY bad experience with this company. The young man helping was very professional and understanding. He did 90% of the loading. My 2 friends and the young moving helper did 90% of the unloading. The old man did nothing. The weekend representatives at the company were VERY rude and unprofessional. Update: I meant to say OLDER man but autocorrect changed it. Anyway….he did no work. He spent majority of the loading time unscrewing a wardrobe. The YOUNGER guy did 90% of the loading. He, my boyfriend and another friend did 100% of the unloading. When we spoke to a representative at their place of business (I believe it was a manager) he was VERY rude. It was NOT auto deposit and we have proof that the payment WAS NOT accepted by them. They told us they’ll stop unloading our boxes if the payment wasn’t sent, but THEY had to accept it on their end. We waited for over an hour for them to accept it. The YOUNGER guy also said you don’t know what you’re talking about. Another MAJOR fact - after loading our boxes, their truck’s ramp got stuck and wasn’t going back into the truck. They spent close to an hour trying to get that fixed. I completely understand, things happen, but that time was included with our total moving time. I think that should have been excluded. All in all a VERY bad experience. They have an unprofessional management team. The YOUNGER guy did an amazing job - the OLDER guy did nothing and was VERY rude. Your reply is NONSENSE.

**UPDATE** After taking them through a civil resolution tribunal process and having them continuously lie and be avoidant, I have managed to recoup some losses. Feel free to reach out to me if you need guidance on how to ensure this company doesn't screw you like they tried to screw me :) I'd classify them as a "use at your own risk". Overall the move went well but a few things got damaged. At first the movers tried to tell us the items weren't damaged, when we showed them they were very clearly damaged, they relinquished on some, but for others they tried to say that the damage wasn't them. The contract says that damages will be covered, and we got the movers to mention the damages on the contract. We emailed the company and it took them 30 days to respond, and they only responded, rather rudely, after we phoned them several times. They first tried to claim we didn't notify them of the damages within 48 hours (which we did), and that's why they couldn't honor the contract. Then they tried to say that the contract was voided because we helped move some boxes (which it doesn't). When we asked for the specific clause in the contract that voided it we were given a very rude, snarky and unprofessional response, and they didn't reference the contract (likely, because it's not in there). I'm very disappointed in this company, since overall, other than a couple hundred dollars in damages, it was a fairly smooth move. But customer service and honesty is important, and these guys don't seem to understand that. It's unfortunate I'll have to go through legal channels to have them honor their contract :(

The move couldn't have been more smooth. From the time we spoke to the nice lady on the phone ( I forget her name) till we said our goodbyes to the boys who worked incessantly for 9 hours, this was the best experience. Not a scratch on any of my items, care was given in the way each item was wrapped, specially my dining table which also happens to be a family heirloom. The guys -: Kiva and Marco were very personable, calm, STRONG and very hardworking. It's guys like them are rare to find with fantastic work ethics, this is what makes this company -: high level.

Where do I start... An older man and his assistant who by chance spent the day making it very obvious he had no interest in being there, arrived at 9:30am to move my one bedroom apartment to an apartment in the same building (16th floor to the 32nd) . To start the move, they did NOT bring tools....and had to leave and go get them which tool 30 MINUTES...who comes to a move with no tools???? Anyways, after they arrived I made sure to inform that that my 9 month old had to nap at 1:00pm and in order for that to happen they would have to move certain pieces to that his room is completed first....This along with many other things did NOT happen. and also had to borrow tools from me. The closet (PAX IKEA) was something that needed to be moved first...and with each time I went down to to see the progress in the apartment they were taking other pieces of furniture out into the elevator. By the 5th time of reminding them to take the closet apart it had already reached 1pm and there was no chance of having it down by the time i needed. So in the end my 9 month old napped in the bath tub as they had FINALLY started to work on the closet, which ended up not fitting due to the ceiling height. THIS is not their fault, however they then took time to convince me its not worth putting together blah blah blah, as it didn't "suit the room" , only to find out after they left that no wonder they didn't want me to have them put the rest of it together, they had stripped all the screws and was almost impossible to use. By the end of the day, I was sick of it and started moving my own TV (65"), moving rugs, packing the moving elevator and unpacking it, putting together my bed frame, and with each return to my apartment they had the audacity to ask how many more things do they need to move as if they were wanting to be done before they even started. They left at 2Pm and actually wanted to charge me full price even with them knowing how poorly the service was, and to finish it off a step was broken which they said they would fix and surprise surprise they left without doing so. The company after much debate lowered the price but when I say much debate, i mean it. It still cost me WAY MORE for the work they did vs what i contributed. I am still absolutely appalled by this company. I was left with a half moved apartment and thank goodness i had my sister in law here to look after my son as I did not finish moving the rest until 11pm. If you hire these people, be prepared.... to work ...a lot...and have things not put together properly. I highly suggest you have a tool set handy.

High Level Movers really are a great group of people. They came in 10 minutes before the scheduled moving time to walk me through the paper work. Additionally, their bosses came in to our office to do a walkthrough, and came during the moving day as well to reassure me that all will be fine. They were very efficient, professional and great company to work with. We have one more day of moving for our office, and we won't hesitate to use them again. We really could've just done it all on one day, but plan is to have it done in two phases.

We moved a 5 bedroom house in Richmond Hill to a 3 bedroom in Etobicoke. We decided to hire High Level Movers because of excellent reviews, and they proved as good as their 5 star rating states. The movers arrived on time and had all the supplies needed to help with the moving. As soon as they started they explained the service fee that was already settled and they started with the moving. It went smoothly and fast. They were Qaran and Abrahim, not sure if the name is correct. The only thing that I would be happier was if the moving took the expected time that the company has suggested, which was 3 hours, but in the end took 5 hours instead. But overall was pleased with the service.

I moved on the 30th of June (the last day of my lease), that was 2 days ago. The worst move I have ever had. My move was scheduled for 2 pm. I called 2 days in advance to confirm my move, then again on the morning of the 30th. At 2:20, I called them to get an ETA. The person on the phone told me she had to "contact her manager". She did and called me back to tell me my movers are stuck on a job and will be there at 4-5 pm. That's a 3 hour delay... At 5 pm, nobody showed up. I called again, I was told the same thing (the woman on the phone had to contact her manager). I was called back and told the movers will be there at 6:30 pm. That's a 4.5 hour delay. I was panicking at this point but I had no other choice. After this point, I wasn't able to even contact the office because they were closed. The movers finally showed up at 7:30 (that's a 5.5 hour delay), in a truck that didn't belong to High Level Movers. (We later found out that the movers were last minute finds, as the previous ones were stuck on another job). The movers couldn't even find my address when they arrived. I had to go on the street to wave them to the moving area. I hired 2 movers, I had enough furniture for a large one bedroom apartment and 20 small to large boxes which I moved to the loading dock MYSELF when I found out they were gonna be late for 3 hours, because I was so anxious about the move. The movers got there, 2 of them with a third person that seemed to be their manager. Then I got a phone call from someone else that I have "a lot of stuff and I will need 3-4 movers to get the job done quickly"... At that point, I was so exhausted and stressed and overwhelmed that I said whatever, just get the job done. So a 4th guy showed up and the manager also started moving stuff. And at this point, I was paying for 4 guys ($60 an hour for each mover) vs. 2 guys. My partner and I both helped to move the furniture to the hallway out of the unit to make things faster. My partner helped them unload the truck because the movers were extremely tired, not to make things faster since we have already paid the movers in cash. My move ended at 1:30 AM and I was charged $1560 for my move... The only positive thing I have to say is that the movers were careful with my stuff. But this company really owes me a refund of some sort. Please hire someone else. This company is a scam.

Best moving company in Toronto, hands down. I booked just a few days in advance for a condo to condo move, and they made sure to be available for me when most companies were fully booked. Ruslan & Marco arrived early with the moving truck, they were speedy and professional, handling and wrapping everything with care. They even helped me take down wall fixtures. I have to change the rating from 5 starts to 3 after my move this past Wednesday, Jan 31, 2018. This is my first review, and the services were of a very high level. However, that has changed. Great professionals! The guys have arrived on time, the paper work was done very fast. And they really worked, were very time/cost efficient. Everything got moved in good condition, no scratches or broken furniture after the move. In addition to moving my furniture very fast, both guys, Vasiliy and Jeff, were highly polite and nice. If I ever want to move, I will hire this company. They are fantastic and reliable through and through. Thanks High Level Movers! After the last move I am not impressed with them anymore. The guys were just ok, not very energetic or efficient. One had a smoke instead of unloading furniture, when I stepped out to arrange the moving elevator. The door of my dresser got pushed in somehow (it's the third time I am moving, such things never happened before!), and now I don't know how to open it. Also a leg of a sofa got broken. I should have supervised the whole thing instead of letting them do the work on their own.

Great Service and Great People... Was a bit skeptical at first, but realized we made the right choice at the end. Had a last minute decision of just getting a mover to transfer our stuff as I thought it will just fit my 8 seater car, but unfortunately they don't. We had to urgently find a mover to transfer our things as that was the last day we can stay in the place we were staying, fortunately Kevin who picked up our stuff and happened to answer my call after few calls to different movers, had a great deal for us. I was worried at first if they are legit as I can see some bad reviews too, but me and my sister finally decided to get "High Level Movers" because they gave us a reasonable price, pretty convincing arrangement and was on time picking up our stuff, considering the short notice and plus to be honest we don't have time anymore. Eugene if I am not mistaken who were there as well during the pick up in Toronto delivered our stuff in BC on time per the schedule given to us. I am satisfied and will definitely recommend to all to give it a try, I realized that some bad reviews are like some of our bad days too, and for sure even companies have theirs too.

Sergio and Valera arrived before the start time, taking into account the extra time the apartment folks take up opening doors and lifts. The move began at 9 sharp. Both guys were very good with our things, and figured out how to dismantle furniture that we had forgotten how to do ourselves. They even endured the stupid attitude from one of the crazies living in the building. They arrived at our new home on time, and put everything where we wanted it and reassembled our furniture. Top class work, would definitely recommend.

We originally booked with another moving company (who shall remain nameless) who rescheduled on us once and cancelled on us twice (cancelled, negated the cancel and then officially cancelled) on moving day within an hour and a half of their expected arrival. Moving is stressful enough as it is and we were at a loss. I placed a call to High Level Movers and both Eugene and Kevin were wonderful. The were available in two hours from my original call - unheard of, you might say. Bogdan (-1 sp?) and Dennis arrived when they said they would, charged what they said they would, were polite and efficient. There was absolutely no issues with damage to our items and when I texted Dennis today to ask where something is (a piece of loose glass - easy to misplace and I wondered if perhaps it was on the truck still) and he was able to tell me exactly where he’d left it. Their prices are competitive, they were BEYOND reliable and they saved us so much frustration on moving day. And really... what more can you ask for? Thank you guys - you were a lifesaver!

How they work: Initially, they gave us a quote and confirmed that this was all the money we needed to pay to move our stuff from point A to point B. But once at the destination, we were billed for services that were supposed to be included in the payment that had been completed on the moving day. We explained to High Level Movers that they had been paid in full, and that it was our right to get our furniture and boxes back. High level Movers insisted on charging us double the quote they'd given us when we'd agreed to hire them as movers. One of them verbally bullied me. I had no choice but make a second huge transaction (I was fighting tears as this was literally all our savings). Then the same guy was heartless enough to ask for more money to give us access to our stuff. This was not fair, and no one should ever be exploited or threatened for hiring a moving company. Overall evaluation: Stay away from these people. High Level Movers will rip you off of your money. This is not a real company. It's just a group of people who are working together. They will trick you into a loophole of misleading steps, extorting money from you, or else they would disappear with your house furniture. They are unprofessional, unreliable, untrustworthy, rude, and should never be in any business, let alone the moving business. Plus, it's not safe to deal with them AT ALL. I wasn't comfortable being in one place with the movers. The whole experience was traumatizing to say the least. This type of practice should not be tolerated.

I used this company for my move. Cons: They are experienced, but not experts. Although I mentioned to the operator about my gym equipment, the movers got surprised and said they don’t touch gym equipments and if they do there is an extra charge for it. Also they broke a leg of our drawer. Pros: They accept the issues that I brought up and we figured a solution somehow to solve them. The main reason that I’m giving them 5 stars is all of the staff starting from Kevin (the manager I dealt with over phone) and specially all of the mover were really polite. Even once we were frustrated and weren’t talking nice enough, they didn’t fight back or being impolite at all. Summary: Issues and accidents happens, but they took the responsibility and solved the issues. They were organized, on time, polite and efficient. They value their online reviews, as every growing company should. I would use their services again.

USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK! Hired this company to move a two bedroom apartment to another two bedroom apartment. Everything was going fine, they worked quickly and were polite. But when they brought the furniture to our new home things were broken. They informed us of the table and lamp, but I had to discover the dresser and side table on my own.. almost like they were trying to hide it. Mistakes happen, I was fine with it. However it's what came after that was so disappointing. Their customer service was terrible, not admitting they're wrong and refusing to refund us. Lots of telephone tag, so I had enough and contacted my credit card company saying I'd like to issue a chargeback. After this happened I received an email from High Level Movers accusing me of robbery and what I did was illegal, furthermore that they were be taking legal action against me. The previous emails we exchanged also had some insults towards me peppered in. Very bizarre! I wouldn't recommend going with this company, they're prices are lower, yes and service is available but it comes with a price. Unfortunately the damage they caused to our furniture and items was more than what we even paid them so we didn't even break even with the refund. Use this company at your own risk, you've been warned.

The service which we received on May 30th 2020 was completely unacceptable. The 2 guys (Sergey & Nikita) were completely clueless regarding how to move. - my $200 mirror is shattered - they offered $50 for the damage. - my $300 dresser is ruined which they refused to address. I do agree that this happened on the 1st move 2 months prior with this company that we didnt notice at the time. - it took the guys 4 hours to move a load that should have taken 1.5 hours (our last move with this company 2 months prior had double the load and was completed in 3.5 hours. During that move the guys climbed 3 floors to bring furniture/boxes down to load the truck and organize everything in storage (& drove a longer distance) - This time around we had to get the 2 guys to leave all our stuff in the garage as we were not confident that they would be able to bring our belongings upstairs with no further damage to our furniture or our house. - I'm 7 months pregnant, so we hired these guys in the Hope's of making this move smooth and easy and that was not the case. We now have a full garage of furniture/boxes that we have move upstairs into our home ourselves - this move was a complete waste of our time & money. - We noticed the guys just standing around doing nothing multiple times. They would bring ONE load at a time down to the truck even after telling them that we have the service elevator so to load the elevator full and then bring it down. - Everytime my husband would come down to the truck he just saw them standing around, they would only begin loading the truck when they saw him. - Sergey tried to charge us $700 for 4 hours of work, even argued with me when I pointed out that his numbers were wrong. - They also mentioned that this was their 3rd day on the job, I'm not sure why this company thinks it's ok to have 2 helpers together who are both new and clueless and charge the same rate as you would for 2 experienced movers - This doesnt seem fair since the service is charged hourly. - And lastly the fact that nobody from their office is available to take a call on a WEEKEND when everyone is using their service is just plain ridiculous - how do you not have a customer service line? - I have tried to work out my concerns with the company with no resolution. It took them days to get back to me, nobody responded to my emails or voicemails until my husband called for the 12th time and finally got a hold of someone. - They refused to do anything about our experience and the service which they provided. They claim that everything seems "fine" with the move, for them its apperantly completely normal for their guys to be slow and take MORE time to move less items. They have absolutely no explanation regarding why it would take their team more time to move less items. - They require proof? Well I have video proof to show you what was moved the 1st time vs what was moved the 2nd time. I'm not sure what additional proof they need, they expect their customers to record the complete move to show "proof" when things go wrong? Especially since there is no support for customer during the move to make a complaint or find a solution, their only goal is to get paid regardless of how the service was provided. - They continued to argue that the slow move was a result of us arguing with the movers about the incorrect charge. How does this make sense to any sane person? We argued about the incorrect charge AFTER their guys took 3 hours to ONLY load items to the truck. It took them 3 hours to load about 30 items into a truck and drive 10 minutes. - DO NOT I repeat DO NOT hire these guys. Do yourself a favor and hire anyone else, you're better off moving on your own than hiring these people. They will only bring more stress to your move rather than peace of mind.

I had them move things from our apartment to a different one just a few buildings down the same street a few months ago. I wouldn't recommend them personally. Some of the reviewers here seemed to get lucky with the actual movers. But here's a breakdown of the problems I had with them. 1. Slow service resulting in missing reserved service elevator window. They took their time loading our stuff into the moving truck. I even let them know of the reserved service elevator window that I had booked. They told me not to worry about it. WRONG. It took them almost 2 hours to load our stuff. By the time we got to the apartment and parked their truck, we only had 30 mins left on the window. The building manager blocked them from using the lift after the window to let the line of waiting tenants use the additional elevator. They had to use the stairs for some of the lighter stuff. Lucky for them, we're only on the second floor and the building manager let them use the service lift again a few minutes later. 2. Unwrapped mattresses and sofa cushions. NONE of the mattresses and sofa cushions were wrapped in plastic. 3. Dropped boxes. One of the movers dropped one of our boxes as he was unloading it from the truck. What he didn't know that was that he dropped it in front of my wife. It was the box containing our small appliances. Luckily, it was just a small dent on the microwave. Who knows what else they dropped/dragged/bumped along the way to the unit. 4. Dragged our furniture across the ground floor in front of me. Since the building admin blocked the use of the elevator (see #1), one of the guys showed his frustration and dragged my office desk across the floor for a short distance. The legs were made of steel so even though it was very unprofessional to see, I knew there would be no damage. 5. Missing parts. Just before they left the place, the first thing I sought to do was re-assemble the crib and found ALL of the screws missing. I called them up and they said that it was in the back of the truck and forgot it. One of the guys brought it up and apologized. Only if this was the only missing part! As I was re-assembling the crib for our baby to sleep on since it was already way past his bedtime, I found ONE MISSING PLANK that was essential to holding the crib together. We made SEVERAL calls to the movers (the actual movers then the owners or whoever it was at the other end of the contact number). They keep telling us that they already checked and it was not there, the back of the truck was empty, etc. In the end, they called us back and found the missing part at the back of the truck. They said that it was dark and covered by some other stuff so they didn't see it. I can only shrug my shoulders. Someone who I probably think is the owner brought it to the apartment, apologized. In the end, we were charged an extra hour for a service that could have been very doable in 2 hours.

AKIVA and MARCO, from high level movers arrived at my home 15 minutes before our scheduled appointment. These two men arrived ready to work and had a good plane for the day. Terrible company to deal with. They did a home inspection of all the items to be shipped. High Level Movers totally misquoted. I questioned the quoter when he came, and his words to me where, "I've been doing this for 10 years and I am quite accurate.". Kevin was totally off on his quote. I didn't mind this too much, as it is what it is, and all companies seem to bill by the hour, however, many of our items got damaged in the move. It's understandable something may get broken, but we have had several tables severely damaged due to improper protection and we have both gouges and marks in the tables. We found other thinks, like kitchen cutler packaged into a pari of boots. How gross is that. I will not recommend this company to anyone. EVER. The only get 1 point for being very trusting and not requiring a deposit. The initial scheduling and followup for the move date were handled well.

I’ve moved several times in the last few years. It’s never taken more than 2.5 hours and each time there has been stairs , asking movers to remove shoes , snow storms, hot heat etc. the movers took 4 HOURS to move one third the things I had in my last move which took 2.5 hours so I was expecting it to take even less as we took the time to move tons of stuff ourselves before. The move literally took double the time we expected which means double the money. Sometimes they would Both disappear for 15 mins and come Back with one item. It took them ten mins to wrap a simple mirror which isn’t even a two man job. Just tons of time and money Wasting. If you want fast service and efficiency and also don’t want to pay a fortune- I would not recommend. Don’t let the good reviews fool you like it did us.

These guys did a great job and took extra care of all our belongings during the move. We had Kerim and Vladimir, and we were very happy with the work they did. They were even able to get our couch into an elevator that we were told by another moving company would not fit when we first bought it and charged us even more for having to take it up the stairs. Local move within Ontario The movers were great and worked fast. I was happy with them especially Karim. But not so happy with management. Eugene and Kevin. My vacuum cleaner disappeared. Never made to the apt. Nor is it left behind in the storage room. I called Kevin and then Eugene who basically told me tough luck. We don't have it. I replied that I saw one of the movers (Max) loading it in the truck. So if it's not my apt and in the storage room , it must be left in the truck. But again management said too bad we don't have it. I asked what I could do in term of option , Eugene said I could fill out a form , he will send it to his insurance but it will be a waste of time. Because I don't have it he said. I know it's only a vacuum cleaner but still as a matter of principle it was not handled right. I didn't even get an apology. And I know it's not in my apt so it's in the darn truck. Where else? Too bad I only realize it was missing a few days later when I was beginning to settle in my new apt. So the morale of the story is check your belongings before the truck leaves. Because after that management will deny any wrong doing and won't take any responsibility SEPTEMBER 17. I just saw the owner response. Please Mr.Eugene, don't pin me against the movers.I said they were great.And don't say I'm accusing anyone of stealing, and talk about criminal background check and police and all that non sense.All I said is that the thing is missing.It just is.

Max and Benjamin were super friendly and highly efficient movers, very accommodating for all our requests and timing changes with the concierge and elevator use. Wrapped furniture very securely and treated items with care. In addition they helped to assemble a bedframe and worked very hard from beginning to end of job. We availed services for moving during pandemic, Drago and Michael arrived half hour early and ensured lift/moving equipment things were ready to start actual moving sharp on-time. The un-assembling, wrapping of furniture, mattress was done perfectly. No damages, dusting of any items in shifting. They assembled furniture in new place and moved boxes to already labeled instructions without needing to instruct. Drago and Michael were polite and friendly, they followed all covid protocol during the move and insured safe moving experience for us. Very happy and will recommend them to friends/family.

High level movers are awesome. Move of our house was done by David and Clifton. Both were super good. David did the move as if he is a macho man. From the moment the move started till the time the move was completed, David didn’t stopped and also he was so good in guiding the other mover. He also asked us to tidy the things as quickly as possible because he didn’t wanted to waste our time. Also they carried our stuff very carefully. Not even a single thing was damaged. WORST SERVICE DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS. So many things to complain about their horrendous service and unprofessional business. 1. I mentioned so many times to be careful with the floor, yet they scratched so many times and the last one in our new condo was almost 3 inches with deep cut through the laminate, first thing they said was "oh no big damage, no problem." Are you serious? Don't you think "I'm sorry" should come first? Then I call the company and they say they have to investigate it and will take them a WEEK to ASK A QUESTION TO THE MOVERS. You see, when movers called the manager to ask about how much extra $$$$ they can charge, it took them less than a MINUTE. Just saying. 2. Money money money give me money throughout the entire move. He walks into our condo the first time, asks me how i'm going to pay (i said etransfer), and tells me to pay 30 min before the job is done. Surprise, they havent even set foot in the new condo, already asking me if the payment is made in every 10 min, asked me at least 30+ times when are you going to pay - and we are not even close to two hours yet. 3. I told them exactly how to get to the new condo, that you have to turn on certain street and get to the rear side. Still managed to miss a turn and waste 10 minutes. Funnily enough, they later charge me extra for 30 minutes saying i ran out of time. Guess what, they work for only 20 min extra, i asked to install bed in the remaining timen AND THEY SAID NO TIME TO INSTALL. And left 10 minutes EARLY.

I took several estimates and I actually didn't like the estimate from this company at first, so I used 2 other moving teams. Using those cheap movers was awful, I didn't know that people can be so negligent or just not showing up, postponing the move when people were waiting for whole day. So I took a chance eventually with this company - what a difference! I am 100% honest, it sounds like an ad, but the story is true... They were very professional, packing all the glass parts in blankets, all furniture in blankets and plastic, having paper trail, taking extra written consents for possible damages, having all necessary equipment... Vasiliy and Dragoslav were explaining to me all legal issues and also were notifying me at every step when they were delaying... Thank you, guys...

By far the lowest estimate when I called around to move from my condo. High level of difficulty because we have an upright piano too. Everyone else quoted for 3 movers, some up to 6 hours. I was lucky to get Benjamin and Sergio, and They were super punctual, actually a little early, so pleasant and careful. My furniture was moved with so much care and caution, and I couldn’t be happier. They came with all the appropriate equipment and supplies, even though I was pretty prepared. They were so kind to even help me remove endless of garbage from the house that was too heavy for me to lift. They kept reassuring me that they were here to make the move easy and flawless which is exactly what they did, as everyone knows how stressful a move can be. My mom had Actually hired them just a couple weeks earlier and told me I would be crazy to go with any other company. I used them last month, they were quick and professional. The reason I did 4 star is I used two trucks, first was loaded fine and packed with blanket etc. as the second one was only 25% or even less, so, they just rush to put stuff in, we had damaged few things in that truck due to not wrapped and loaded and secured, I think main reason was truck was big and we had only few items left. But overall it was good experience, they came on time and finished job in reasonable time, would use and recommend then again.

This company has shown themselves to be underhanded and manipulative. They don't act with professionalism or with the customer as they're first priority. Rather than be upfront about when payment is due, they say that you can pay after the move is complete; however then interrupt the move halfway through to demand payment in full and threaten to abort the move and place your belongings in storage if payment is not done right then and there. They do not provide the number of movers you requested nor are they on time due to taking on more jobs than they are able to facilitate. They don't even treat their employees fairly. They refuse to pay for work that had been done because the employee found work elsewhere and when confronted on the issue, I even witnessed the owner get up in his face while yelling and making threats to send someone after him then throw a rock towards the worker as he was walking away. This is not a reputable company and I would not recommend they're business to anyone !

I found this company to have a very reasonable price so I give them a try. Excellent service. I received a confirmation call two days in advance. The movers, Vasili and Edward arrived on time and took care of every thing. The truck was xlarge but I have not been charged extra. The listing spot in my place was small and very tricky but Edward was amazing in the driving. Last I figured it out that he have learnt it in military. Both guys were very careful and fast. During the 4 hours of moving they had only 5 minutes of rest. I hope not to move again soon but if I have I will definitely go with them. Cheers, Amir

I had a really bad experience with them, they should be changed to low level movers! On the day of the move after confirming by text a couple of times with the company (which is their preferred way) that they would arrive at 2PM, they arrived 30 minutes late. As a mother of 1 year old twin babies this was not helpful at all. At 2 PM I tried calling several times and got directed to voice mail. Eventually I got a text a little after 2 saying they would be arriving any minute. After sometime had passed I called back and eventually got the lady who did the booking on the line. I explained that I had twin babies and packing while they napped would be better as opposed to while they were awake! To cut a long story short it was a very terrible experience from start to finish. I was then harassed at the end for a tip. I would not recommend them at all. Our house was not ready so the company I had initially booked in advance could not make it. They were a last minute emergency which proved awful. My advice, plan in advance if possible. Have a plan A & B. Going with a very professional company is so worth it. One star is generous.

This review is based on my opinion and observations. The positives: Movers were kind, nice guys. The negatives: They were late by an hour. I paid for professional movers. One of the two movers clearly had little to no experience moving. Several minor scuffs and one large scratch on the hardwood floor. To the company's credit they did compensate me for it but it still was not worth the stress. Mover's took at least 2 15 min breaks during the move. I don't mind them having a break, as long as I am not paying $$ for it. I and my teens finally had to start moving things to move the process along, or we would have not finished. You don't get what you pay for here. I cannot recommend them.

Clean truck, wrapped everything and even assembled the items i didn't have the tools for. At the same time they worked fast so I only had to pay a minimum charge for 2 hours. I was not impressed with this company for my local move. I hired three people so that it would make the move go faster, but they were intentionally very slow, so that they could get paid for more hours. For example, one of the men took over an hour just to set up a bed, which does not take that long normally. Even the other movers commented that he was being very slow! Also, the trip from location A to location B takes 20-30 minutes maximum, but they took over an hour to get to location B once the packing at location A was complete. A move that would normally take 3 hours (it was contents of a small condo) took over 5 hours, which I had to pay for. Would not recommend or hire this company again.

He drove all the way to Calgary he promised us 10:00am delivery on Wednesday but arrived a day later, and that’s understandably. Big truck and not enough services all the way! I must say I was a bit concerned with the recent reviews I read online after scheduling my move. I called Eugene to verify who he would be sending, to which he guaranteed there wouldn't be any problems. I'm very happy to say that the 2 men he sent were very professional, extremely fast, very experienced movers and friendly. Upon arrival one of the movers went over the quote I was given a few days prior to make sure they had the correct job and made sure I was ok with the contract. They gave me good advice on how to take my furniture apart to avoid damage and took it apart for me. There were no damages to my items or the service elevator. They worked quickly to move my items and managed to finish the job within the 2 hour period discussed. I had a very cost effective and low stress move thanks to these guys. Always remember that for every bad review you read there were probably several positive reviews that should have been posted but weren't. I would hire them again.

I had to arrange a move of my mother’s possessions. As I live outside of Toronto everything I did was online. I chose High Level Movers because they sent me a precise quote, there was no delay or chasing them down. Any questions I had were answered in a timely and polite fashion. On the day of the move, the guys were on time, called to say they were ready and waiting (we were stuck in traffic) and were good natured, polite, very efficient and professional through the whole move. The building my mother had been living in had the whole parking lot torn up for renovations but the guys handled this (which made the move a little more complicated) with ease. My family hired this company to move them. When the movers got to their house only one mover was working while the other (who looks like he's 14 years old) sat in the truck the ENTIRE time. My family ended up having to move things with the one driver who was willing to work. At pickup location and drop off. When they called the company to complain the company was no help. Services availed on October 24, 2020 Cons: - movers arrived more than 3 hours late. This caused me to miss subsequent appointments and also problems with building super for moving elevator as my booked time slot had expired by the time they showed up - took 8 hours to move 1 bedroom + den condo. Their slow speed costed me dearly both time and money (~$1250!!) Pros: - no missing items - no major damage to furniture. Minor scratch(es) on dining table and chip off on a cabinet I would not recommend their services if you value your time and hard earned money

Hugely disappointing and unprofessional service by High Level Movers! WOuldn't recommend them at all! Not only did their guys showed up 1.5 hours late and without facemasks but also damaged our piano (for which I had paid extra $180), damaged the entrance door of the house we were vacating and put scratches to several of our furniture during the move. I did not ask the furniture to be packed so I can live with the scratches on them although they could have exercised more care but I hold High Level Movers fully responsible for the scratch their guys made on front of my Kohler and Campbell piano and hold them liable to pay for the damage. They responded to my written complain explaining that their guys tried to call me to inform about the delay but couldn't reach my number which is not true as my number was working and it was I who called the company to enquire when they did not show up on time. The company offered to pay me $150 for the damage to the piano but I told them that the piano store is asking $700 to do the repair and even then it won't look like the original finish. It is a beautiful piano that we bought but now it has a very visible scratch right on its front. The lead mover (truck driver) with a pony tail was rude - I didn't get his name. He didn't even accept that he made the damage and insisted that the damage was already there but when I asked him why he didn't show me the damage before pacakaging it if it was there just like he showed me the tear in the piano stool before he packed it - he had no asnwer to it because he knew that the scratch was not there before. He also demanded full payment of the balance amount before he unloaded all the items and kept the piano and TV in the truck until I paid. He said that it is the company's policy to get the payment before completely unloading but I was never told about this policy at the time of booking the order. Nor was I informed at the time of booking or through the booking order that they charge you 4% extra if you pay through credit card. They havn't even responded to my last email despite a reminder and it is now more than a week.

I just moved from Woodbridge to Celadon Ontario, and it was quite the move. The guys were Amazing, Hardworking, Meticulous and Professional. Our home was huge and our furniture were massive, abundant and needed special moving and wrapping care, plus disassembling and reassembling; I felt sorry for the six guys - the job was almost impossible. We needed three of the largest trucks. The guys started 9am and worked laboriously for a straight 14hrs without any break. They finished the last box and furniture reassembled at 11:30 PM. It was incredible. These guys were strategic and organized - they had to pack the truck in such a way as to fit everything and not have any damage. I salute them all. It was a job well done. Well, I didn't have any napping twin babies making my move experience so DREADFUL but I did have a 4.5 ft. square marble slab table top that probably weighed between 600-800 lbs. that needed to go down 5 steps, across Toronto and then up 6 steps that could have made these movers crying and irritable but instead they showed up on time, kept in constant communication, and moved my piece carefully and with professional courtesy. I tipped them and honestly I think they were genuinely surprised. Also, given this marble slab was difficult move, the company gave me a flat rate quote and I was charged exactly that with no surprises and they even changed my scheduled move date at my late request with no complications at all. Bonus: I was charged half (50%) of what I was quoted by other moving companies. HALF! They did a job for me that other companies either wanted a ridiculous fee for or just flat refused to take. I would recommend this company to anyone, anywhere, anytime. Thank you High Level Movers.

Invoice billed $1900 and charged my credit card $2600. Will not return my calls. Went from excellent to terrible after a few moves, breaking my glass bevelled table top, high end toilets and marble counter tops. I am not the only client experiencing a serious, serious reversal in this company and their service. Avoid at all costs.

Used this company recently for a second time (last year I thought they were great), but this time was a horrible experience. Took movers 3 hours longer than last time to move a 1 bdrm apt, they were careless (broke a lamp, scratched my wood bed frame, dropped boxes), and unprofessional. Even my concierge was shocked at their lack of professionalism. They even argued over the value of the lamp they broke when I asked them to reimburse me for it, didn't want to give me more than $20 (it was a large floor lamp with glass sconce that they smashed). Would not recommend or ever use them again.

The move took longer than expected as we were a bit disorganized but Juan and Evgeni came up with a plan and helped us to wrap and pack efficiently and they were friendly the whole time. I was a bit concerned after reading some reviews here, but I must say I was very happy with my recent move. Booked High Level Movers and they called the day before to confirm and review price. The day of, the movers were running slightly behind (they were coming from the GTA to our place out of town) but they were courteous and called before the scheduled arrival time to let us know they were going to be a few minutes late. This was great as although it was only a few minutes that they were behind, it made me avoid any unnecessary panic. When Vasili and David got there, they started off by reviewing the contract with us. They then quickly got to work, wrapping our furniture in 'Saran wrap', covering things with blankets, loading the truck and strapping things in place. They were very fast! We got to our new place and they unloaded pretty quickly, following instructions as to where to put everything. All in all, the move took less than 4 hours! And the best part was the price- literally half the price another company quoted! If you are looking for an efficient move at a good price I would book these two.

I booked a move for a 3-Bedroom house for Friday 2:00 pm. By 2:20 pm, no movers arrive with no communication whatsoever, so I decide to call their booking number to get an update on the whereabouts of the crew. The booking agent Simone says that someone will call me back with an update. A gentleman named Eugene calls and says something about locking their keys in the truck or something of that nature. When I press him for details and ask him why he didn't contact me sooner he mumbles some excuse and says this happens all the time in the industry. When I ask for an ETA, he says possibly 5 pm and that he'll call me at 4 pm to give me an update. To add insult to injury, Eugene can't even confirm that he's going to fulfill my job and adds "what do you want me to do"? My response: "to fulfill the service that I paid a deposit for." I guess in the moving industry this is a lot to ask. Frustrated, I call Simone back and ask to speak with a Sr. Manager of which her immediate response is "this happens all the time and is very common" and "you can have an email address." In fact, she refused to even provide me a name of her manager until I kept pressing. Long story short, they didn’t call me back and I was forced to find other movers last minute. A truck from High Level Movers finally showed up unannounced after the other moving company we hired were finished. Do yourself a favour, look at all the reviews with 1 star and read the replies that come directly from the owners of High Level Movers. You’ll notice a common theme. They begin by apologizing to the customer for a bad experience then proceed to justify their actions and take no accountability whatsoever.

I highly recommend High Level Movers due to the excellent service provided by movers Jordan and Greg for our move from Mississauga to Barrie. They were perfectly on time, quick, friendly and helpful. Jordan inspite of having recently joined the company worked as a thorough professional with a smile on his face throughout. They neatly wrapped the necessary items and transported all our furniture as needed even taking the heavy stuff up the steps to the second floor. Movers did their job, but scratched the wall and did not remove the shoes when i said carpet was not ready For your response below , I have no reason to make false acquisitions as i dont get monetary benefits.Mistakes do happen during moves. Try accepting it .Dont be silly in your reasons.I have no problem paying HST .I payed full cash + HST. You guys didn't even give me the bill. Is HST tips for you guys ? For your last response, do you realize that i was NOT happy with your service and that is sole reason for me to write a review like this ? .Google does not pay me for false acquisitions.But thanks for proving that i made a wrong choice by choosing you. Show me the proof that you gave me the bill. You took the money from me and rushed out of my house without giving the customer copy. If you think you have billed the extra amount you asked me as GST , can you produce mechant copy here ??????? I will keep it for my records for tax purpose
