But, who knows the real reasons for the length of this move? 2) They improperly packed and / or misplaced the furniture in the truck because they broke 2 of the glass doors of a bookcase and a lamp. 3) When I called the central office to mention what was going on there, we called the person in charge of the move to validate my version and, of course, she replied that everything was fine. So, I was a "hysterical" client, at least that was what I was given to understand since "their guys" considered that this move was proceeding normally. A bad experience? The worst yet. (Original) J'ai fait affaire avec cette compagnie car il y avait un "rabais" pour les personnes âgées. J'étais responsable de faire les arrangements pour mes parents car ils étaient trop malades pour s'en occuper. Quelle erreur ce fût de ma part de les engager. 1) Les déménageurs(3) ont pris le double du temps prévu (basé sur la soumission), donc la facture a dépassé les 1000$ et je parle d'un déménagement (petit 4 1/2) à 15 minutes d'automobile et ce dans le même quartier ! Il faut dire que j'en ai surpris deux des trois entrain de jouer à la "tague" avec un ruban adhésif dans le camion, qu'ils transportaient un petit objet à la fois en prenant bien leur temps. De plus,il faut que je mentionne que nous étions au mois de janvier et qu'ils ne devaient pas avoir un autre engagement dans la journée... Mais, qui sait les vraies raisons de la longueur de ce déménagement ? 2) Ils ont mal emballé et/ou mal placé les meubles dans le camion car ils ont brisé 2 des portes vitrées d'une bibliothèque et une lampe. 3) Lorsque j'ai appelé à la centrale pour faire mention de ce qui se passait sur place, on a appelé la personne en charge du déménagement pour valider ma version et, évidemment, elle a répondu que tout allait très bien. Donc, j'étais une cliente "hystérique", c'est du moins ce qu'on m'a laissé entendre puisque "leurs gars" considéraient que ce déménagement se déroulait normalement. Une mauvaise expérience ? La pire à ce jour.
