Les gars couraient avec le diable et voulaient aller le plus vite possible ( broche a foin, le diable surcharché ). C'est d'ailleurs avec un diable surchargé qu'un meuble de valeur est tombé du diable et s'est brisé ( le gars se dépeche de remettre le meuble sur le diable et fait comme si de rien était ). En plus, ils ont été mal polis vis-à-vis mes parents et ont facturé le gros prix pour un service aucunement professionnel. Mes parents sont du genre a ne jamais vouloir déranger, toujours de bonne foi, ils ont quand meme payé la facture de 500$, en plus d'une surcharge injustifiée.C'est en constatant l'ensemble des dégats que mes parents ont réalisé a quel point le déménagement avait été bâclé... je déconseille vivement les gens d'engager cette entreprise. Leur bannière CAA... ce n'est que de la parrure cela n'est en rien une guarantie d'un service professionnel.

Ils vont en échapper en bas du chariot. Ils vont les frapper un peu partout. Ils vont les empiler tels quels non protégés dans le camion. Ce qui compte pour eux, c’est la vitesse. S’ils pouvaient courir avec vos meubles, ils le feraient. Au final, vous allez trouver des bris un peu partout (aux pattes des meubles ou ailleurs). Les propriétaires se sont improvisés déménageurs. Ce sont des amateurs qui emploient des jeunes qui débutent et non de vrais déménageurs d’expérience. Faites donc comme eux et courez! Delagrave est loin d’être digne des étoiles sur lesquelles on s’est fiés pour réserver leurs services. Delagrave est loin de valoir le prix demandé pour ses services. Si au moins ils portaient un masque pendant la pandémie, ils mériteraient une étoile de plus…
