This is the first time i am using moving services and i didn't have a good experience with them. I was told a time frame and movers arrived 45min beyond time frame given to pick up with no apology (had to make few calls to know ETA which is frustrating). I had cleaners booked based on their time frame given and planned my move, at end i had to re-schedule cleaners come later in few days and change my whole plan and trip to my new place. while delivering also i had to call few times to know the ETA. It should be them who have to call me and update me with ETA. I was moving into apartments and had booked a time slot for moving as they arrived late i had to extend the elevator booking. On top of it they dont have proper inter-communication between their boss and employees. I wouldn't use their services again.

Marvin and Lou were AMAZING moving my girlfriend at the beginning of the month. Super careful on the stairs, and with huge awkward furniture! Total thumbs ???? ????!

They were hired with the express understanding that the movers had to be vaccinated (i.e.a QR code) to move into the new lodge. They sent a woman and a small boy,UNVACCINATED, to do a job designed for to 2 men. The boy was unable to back the 1-ton into a regular loading zone. Thanks but NO thanks.

I just want to thank my movers Leroy and Elmer for doing an amazing job. They were so kind, patient and really took care of our stuff. And they are the hardest working gentlemen I have ever seen. Thank you again and I hope this gets back to them, they deserve the 5 star and anything that comes along with it.

Normally if I don’t have something good to say I don’t say anything at all but I feel the need to forewarn others. This guy was given 360 view of every room in our home along with pictures gave us a written quote then while they were there gave a verbal quote for packing got everything loaded on his truck while we went to new house to prepare for them to arrive. We received news that they didn’t have enough room on their truck to get everything in and charged for a second truck and then sent a quote for double the amount and wouldn’t let movers take anything off the truck until he was paid, by this time we had already e-transfered 90%. Thankfully my son went over to look and found damaged walls (not scuffs holes)and stair railing in our old house which they weren’t gonna tell us about they also left items that were to be moved in the house our computer which he insisted he had definitely packed 3 bar stools a bench and an armoire in addition to this our contractor and son said it was colder in the house than outside turns out the turned on our air conditioning in December and didn’t turn heat back on luckily no frozen/burst pipes… they then proceeded to damage our stair railing in our new house…. I would be very wary of this individual he will demand etransfer only and hold your contents hostage after reading other reviews turns out this is this guys mo. He doesn’t equip his movers young guy lady and older man with proper equipment for move.

They moved a baby grand piano from 3 hours away, and did a great job. I feel bad I can’t remember the names of the crew, but they did a good job for something so heavy.
