DO NOT USE THEM! I cannot stress enough how BAD they are. See pictures of the holes in my walls, the damage done to my furniture, they didn't even close the lid to my piano before the "wrapped it" and then placed the slats to my daughter's bed on the keys! They didn't wrap my very expensive furniture in the pads provided, even when I stressed repeatedly that it was very important. When I saw the inside of my truck I told them we were done. Just leave. They put my TV on an angle on its back, upside down, and then put my rolled up area rug on top of it. I haven't opened it yet to look, but if it's not destroyed I'll be amazed. My $2k dresser was put in the truck UPSIDE DOWN, with nothing under it. I'm sure the top is destroyed. They put the top rails for my canopy bed at an angle, with no support, under boxes. They put wardrobe boxes in on their side. I have to find new help today to unload and reload the truck completely and access the damages they did yesterday.

I booked a truck at the beginning of the month at this location and after checking back twice Uhaul phoned the day before the move and told me no truck was booked for this date! Do not trust this location for anything important as your moving truck may not be even booked as it happened to me.
