Terrible customer service. No help at all! Definitely don’t recommend dealing with this company. They will also most likely damage your procduct anyways.

DON'T USE HI-WAY 9 IF YOU NEED RELIABLE NEXT DAY DELIVERY. We use this service to send water samples to Calgary. yesterday we had a time sensitive sample which had to be shipped and received within 24 hours for it to be valid. Talking on the phone with the representative I stressed how important it was for this sample to make it there within 24 hours (it's a 2.5 hr drive) she said she'd pass it on to the Lethbridge depot and "hoped it would make it there in time" turns out they never called the driver and the sample is still in Pincher Creek, this is the fourth time you've screwed our samples up. You are never going to be industry leaders providing a quality service if you don't understand urgency and professionalism when dealing with ALL CUSTOMERS not just the big guys..
