I can't speak to their other services, however, they were used for my move to Petawawa. All of the damage and missing boxes could have been overlooked since, sometimes things go wrong. It was their Pembroke side process that was unprofessional, unhelpful and dishonest. I'm in the process of claiming some damage and missing boxes, as proven on their 'bingo' sheet. Instead of being helpful or empathetic, Wendy there, basically called me a liar and made excuses for the employees, as well as said anything that went wrong "aren't her agency's fault" and that I'd have to take it up with the side that packed my things. Even if that's where the problems lay, her team gave me several belongings that weren't mine, which I of course, returned immediately. If they are seperate agencies being paid by DND they need to have a better system in place besides passing the buck.
The conduct of the employees (save for the unloaders) was so appalling I thought that they might want to know how their employees conducted themselves. The people who were at my home with me when the unpackers showed up, were also in disbelief and agreed they wouldn't let the unpackers in to their homes to handle their possessions either. I did not say no to the service, I said no to the girls showing up at my home hours late, rude, and inappropriately dressed. When I mentioned this to Wendy, she told me that they punched out at 3 (they were at my residence after 3) she flat out told me my account is wrong and said they were wearing a company uniform. They definately were not and there were people with me that can attest to that. After dealing with Wendy Whaley, I understand that it is just how they do business.
I will not recommend this company to anyone and I will go through all available avenues to have this rectified.
