It was as if the monsoons had arrived...September 17th...we were moving some items with a few friends/family to our new place. However I had hired Vic's Moving Company to professionally load a piano into a trailer for a long trip to my daughter in Alberta. They were behind due to the monsoons and thought they may not be finished their large job in time to help. I was panicked to say the least with everything all lined up for the piano. Then - like a gift -Vic texted to say - "I told you I would be there -so I'll come with my partner and we'll do it for you- don't panic." They wrapped everything in plastic - even the smaller pieces of furniture I hadn't asked them to wrap or load - helped load the U haul trailer and basically saved the day for us - amazing team and I'll be forever grateful.

Absolutely recommend this company. I have used them twice now and both times they have been great. They show up on time and are very professional. These guys really know what they are doing. I was worried about getting my one large dresser upstairs and into the one bedroom. I didn't know if it would fit but somehow they got it in there and without damaging anything. I was so relieved, not sure if anyone else would have even tried because it was so tight. Thanks again guys!

Nice guys but they took 5 hours ($700+) to move us 5 km down the road from a townhouse to a condo, and we had even sold most of our furniture. Vic taped the hell out of everything and took a bunch of calls from potential customers while the other guy didn't think to fill the elevator before going to the second floor. Our long distance movers to BC loaded their truck in two hours which included taking apart our furniture, wrapping everything, and navigating a narrow hallway. If I knew it was going to take 5 hours I would have done it myself.

Called there to ask if they move pianos and the guy who picked up had an attitude and said "Well everybody moves pianos!" In the most winiest voice. I said well I already called a few places and they said they dont move pianos! Hes like "Oh well what day do you want?" I said well preferably today or tomorrow? Hes like oh no sorry cant do it! VERY UNHAPPY!!!! Vic's moving services were fine - we have used them before - no damage and no issues. However, the problem came once the bill was presented. We had agreed, through text message, that he would send 3 men and charge us 179$ an hour. However, when he showed up, he had an extra man in the truck. He claimed that it would be the same cost per hour and he only brought him because of the inclement weather. We agreed, moved everything, and then when the bill was presented AFTER he accepted payment on his pinpad machine, he charged us 259$ an hour on the paper bill!! He insisted that he meant it would cost the same charge "overall", in that three men would have ended up taking an extra two and a half hours (?!?!?), and when we demanded he honour the original contract, he stopped responding to our messages. We are now in the middle of disputing everything with VISA, which is time consuming and a pain in the butt. Beware - make sure you see EVERY PORTION of the bill before you sign and pay.

Vic has moved me a couple times, very easy going. They are hard workers and the will meet your deadlines as hard as they can. The workers are very friendly as well as Vic himself, the workers do not smoke just to be clear, not once did they go for a smoke break. They were very helpful when I saw something that set me into a panic attack and they did amazing to try to help with it and hide it away so I could focus on calming down. They were on the ball, very helpful even when technicians were here setting up. I would recommend them if you don't want to stress too much about moving.

Called them for a quote and had some jerk pick up calling me sweetheart and offering to give his credit card number to me. I told him I was looking to move and I heard a bunch of guys laughing in the back. The guy said sorry and quickly hung up. The guy who answered assumed I was a telemarketer scam artist because of my name on the caller ID. Racist and unprofessional. This literally just happened 5 minutes ago

They were pretty good at moving. We didn't have a lot of stuff so we asked for 2 people, we expected 2 people. On moving day they brought 3 people. The third guy only helped move a couch that 2 people could easily move. We had to pay an extra $50 for that. I would have given a better rating if they just followed through with our request.

Worst company ever! DO NOT USE THIS GUY. He stays in the truck the whole time placing boxes and taking pictures while his two workers are milking the job. He is the worst scam artist. I basically did the move myself with him waiting in the truck and his guy walking in circle and the other one over packing stuff and wasting time on my dime. He handed me a 5600$ bill to love from Langley to Chilliwack can’t believe this guy all ended up with him calling me a looser with his little buddy. I would’ve beat the he’ll out of these two scam artist if my kids weren’t around. DO NOT USE THIS GUY. To make it even better he’s giving himself a 5 star review. SCAM SCAM SCAM WORST EVER. BEWARE!!!!!

Vic's Moving Company got the job done. I recently had to move all my office equipments to a new location. It was pretty far so I was worrying that my stuff might get damaged. My fears were unnecessary. The workers were careful with their work. All the expensive computer equipments, printers, and electronics were relocated with no scratches at all. In particular my Italian leather sofa was clean and stainless after the move. The workers were efficient and followed orders really well. They were nice to talk to too. Do call Vic if you need to move your stuff.

They were very careful with everything and took the extra time to use bed bags and pad everything so it got to the new place undamaged and dry! I really appreciated that. We needed a moving company and a friend from work suggested Vic and we were definitely happy with the end result!!!!! We had Vic and Joe come to our place and they were awesome with making sure that the main traffic area was protected with cardboard from when they used the moving dollies. For starters they had a large truck that we 32 feet so they have the capacity to fit everything that you own inside for one trip making it a breeze. They moved all of the heavy items with dollies and the rest of the items were large and medium boxes. Vic is the master packer as he has a good formula to fit all of your items like a perfect game of Tetris. No complaints here at all as Vic and Joe were helpful, had a great sense of humor, and are just hard working guys who get the job done. We fed them lunch and remember Vic likes Wendy's double burgers with no cheese only ketchup, no fries, and a large Coke. Joe like the baconator, large fries, and a large Fruitopia. We highly suggest Vic for your next move!!!!!!

GREAT JOB GUYS!! Thanks for using 4men on this move 3men would have taken longer. Same cost just done quicker! Vic & Joe padded everything, put my mattresses in bed bags to protect against the rain which came down hard it was Awesome to get the move done quicker with 4men! Vic and his team did a great job moving our office building. We had everything from desks to machinery, and they moved it all. They went above and beyond to make sure that nothing was damaged and moved things the right way. I would hire them again for personal another office move or personal move. There was a little confusion at first, which was settled with a phone call. When you call, there is a good chance he’s moving a heavy box or dresser, and might be “to the point” (which was my first impression). He’s a nice person, runs a great company and care’s about your stuff (even if you don’t). He’s also probably really good at Tetris… I have no idea how he fit everything in to the truck!

I have hired three separate moving companies for different aspects of our very large move. Vic’s was hands down the worst. Vic stayed on the truck, and made incredibly odd placement choices. His two ‘workers’ spent their time chatting, smoking and moving in slow mo. It was a painfully slow load. Vic spent a lot of his time either telling us how great he was, or taking on his phone to potential customers. Within the first 5 min of meeting him he gave me serious attitude. I called him on it saying that I was uncomfortable trusting him with my possessions based on the inappropriate and unprofessional way that he spoke to me. it cost us $1200, and not worth a third of that. He spent a lot of time taping unnecessarily. So much so, that the company we hired to assist with our unload laughed and took pictures so that they could post it in a ‘movers’ Facebook group. I would NEVER recommend them. They also broke things I would however recommend Paul’s Moving out of Chilliwack. They were AMAZING, hardworking, kind, easy going, fast and accurately priced.

I've had nothing but problems finding reliable movers in the past to assist with moves at our office/shop. I scheduled Vic's to assist in a move, and they were on time for when they said they would arrive, professional and independent throughout the move. Vic was on site and was great at listening to what I wanted done, and suggesting where things can be improved. The team worked independently in sorting and organizing areas of our shop, and I didn't feel I had to linger to watch making sure it was going where it needed. Very efficient with the move. I have already used Vic's a 2nd time, and wouldn't hesitate to do so again in the future.

He took great care in coming to the house ahead of time and meeting the family to review the large move he would be doing. There was no challenge too tough for these guys. My new driveway was like a offroad nightmare straight up a mountain. These guys pulled it off. I liked the fact the owner ( Vic ) was always involved and there the whole time.Great job!

So here’s the plan. You’re moving, you need movers - you call Vic. If it so happens that Vic is booked that day... Change your moving day to when he’s available. I wish I had. Very pleased. These guys basically saved the day when our other movers disappeared on us two days before the move. It's not cheap, but it's on par with any moving company so no complaints there. One thing that really impressed us was that they do exactly as they say they will, including keeping us updated with where they were and what was happening at all times. Vic himself was even there to help to ensure it all went as smoothly possible. We had two apartments moving into one house so it took most of the day but a lot of the time was due to Vic making certain every belonging was very well wrapped and secured in the truck. No damage at all and definitely no complaints!

i cannot believe the good reviews from this company they are thieves..they sit in their truck and talk on phone and do business for other jobs on your dollar.. he does not give the guys a break at all while he talks to customer soaking up time to add to your bill..he over packs furniture wasting even more time ..he degrades his workers he pockets the tips and does not give to his guys he is a ripoff artist and i do not reccomend anyone using this moving company he will talk all day to you if you let him..he is a scam artist and should never be used

Great Company and they are Very friendly. Moving is never easy and is stressful, but these guys made it look very easy! They were at my place before scheduled time and got all my stuff out of my apartment and moved quickly ( almost couldn't believe it could be done so fast And They are very funny and friendly too . They called me to let me know where they were on their way and the streets that they were taking. My brother and I met them at new place and they were in and out so fast just like earlier. very considerate of our belongings and our home. Over all they are great and I am happy about their service. Arrived on time and completed the move with in the estimated budgeted range provided to us on the original quote. I would definitely recommend them to others.
