Later: The move is long over; the crew was diligent, caring and worked hard to get the job done quickly and efficiently. It was very expensive, however. I would move with this company again, but you may want to check with others to compare costs.

Although there were a couple of minor hiccups on the day of my move, they were addressed promptly and professionally. The small dents on my dining table were repaired free of charge and I received a complimentary gift card and personalized note in the mail! The service was professional and friendly, and I would recommend this company to friends and family.

Simple Moves offers a guaranteed price, once quoted, for complicated moves, from Kelowna to the Lower Mainland, and you will have to go a long way to find someone as reliable as Jani.

We had a very positive experience with Simple Moves. We decided to call them because of all of the positive reviews we saw online. Our first consultation was thorough and the follow ups prior to the move date were consistent. We felt like we were in good hands. They helped with packing a day before the move which was great (they took care in packing things carefully) and the day of the move they showed up on time with a group of movers who were really nice, polite and had plenty of happy smiles to go around. While we ran in to a couple of hiccups with the elevator to our apartment, the moving crew continued working hard (we had some huge planters) and remained positive throughout the entire day....we really appreciated that as moving can be really stressful. Overall, we had a much better experience than what we had with another moving company 10 years ago.

I’ve used these guys a few times now and I re on mend them to my clients as well ... they are very good all around. Yani spent the part of a week a few years ago helping a client review and sort a large collection of piano sheet music ... she was very happy with the help and they can even move your furniture. They are easy to deal with ... talked then through the items for the move and and they generate the quote ... they provide try airline type Service with on time arrival and departure and the price is as quoted ... They made our move very stressful. Overinflated the quote and then charged more. The manager was rude and hard to deal with. The other people reviewing here must have been paid to do such nice reviews or given a discount. DEFINITELY STAY AWAY!!

Within our budget for movers, they showed up on time, wrapped all of our furniture, and loaded it onto the truck with care...they even dismantled the furniture that needed it. Professional service, reasonable cost, and honesty is what we were looking for. Buying a house and moving to a different community is a stressful time.
