Bandstra recently waived a almost $2000.00 bill for an elderly woman in Northern BC, who's situation changed drastically for her since her relocation from Winnipeg. Once they heard of her situation they wanted to help, they coordinated with the other moving company involved and some locals and sorted out everything for her. They delivered her belongings and didn't charge her anything! They're a wonderful company, and care about people! Great job everyone at Bandstra for your compassion, hardwork, and generosity.

Great place to deliver to. Leave paperwork inside the back door and back into the dock. Turn the truck off and go to sleep. They'll wake you once they've finished unloading the trailer!

Using this courier for my work related shipments from Edmonton to Northern Bc. Kudos to their express quote from their online website and very easy to schedule pickups and delivery. I observed their charges are fair compared to other companies and delivery speed is decent too. Not a great option for hotshot delivery. I would recommend them to implement getting real time quote for hotshot options from their online website tool. Also the customer service should have been better as they’re busy every-time when you need to add specific notes for the shipments. Overall, decent courier company for interior BC locations.
