Great company to deal with. Used them last week to pick up a couch I purchased on kijiji. They were professional, called when on the way, even took their shoes off at the door while holding a heavy couch. Highly recommend them.

Update 7/6/2021: After receiving a reply from Amanda at Stallion and having my bill adjusted I'm revising my review...as indicated the people are top notch and it's great to see a company take reviews to heart and try to make things right with their customers. Again, the few issues aside I highly recommend Stallion movers and would use them again if needed. This is a difficult review to write. If I could rate Stallion Movers simply on the people themselves it would be a 5 star review. Unfortunately on the actual moving day a few things happened to turn that 5 star review into a 2 star review. My first dealing with Stallion were fantastic. Wendy was amazing getting everything scheduled, communications, etc everything was handled promptly professional and just top notch!!!! Then came moving day. We had two very nice people come into the house and take inventory of everything we were moving and as a result were quoted 4 hours to complete the move. The two people that came were very nice and very careful, not a single scratch on a wall. However they did not even have the truck loaded after 4 hours? When you are in the business of moving and have done so for such a long time I fully expect the quote to be accurate. Moving is a stressful process and we budgeted according to (what I thought was) an accurate professional quote? They either sent too small a truck or not enough manpower but wither way not having the truck loaded within 4 hours is unacceptable and whoever did the quote missed the mark big time. Again I can't say enough about the people and the care they took moving things out and then into the new house but we found one box of special glasses completely smashed while unpacking. It was clearly marked "glasses-fragile" and were special collectable beer glasses from breweries around Ontario. Not really valuable except to us. I guess I should have moved that box myself but I was expecting fragile boxes to be handled accordingly. My third issue was with the extra time calculations. The guys loaded the truck and then went for lunch before showing up at the new house. They were gone over a half hour but only logged 15 minutes for lunch, the new house was 5 minutes away? Add to that that they sat in the truck doing paper work and cleaning up packing materials after everything was unloaded and still rounded up to the closest half hour. At $160 an hour that amounts to $80 out of our wallet? I would expect paperwork and packing up the truck when done to be done on their dime not mine. Add to that that I probably moved 1/4 of the truck once they got there to help speed things up?! In addition prior to the move I had already moved over all the clothes, pictures, lamps, electronics, and drawers leaving only boxes and furniture. All that said I would still recommend Stallion even though I can only give them 2 stars. The people were absolutely top notch but they need to improve the accuracy of their quotes and send the appropriate number of movers and the correct size truck to stay within the quoted times. If you use them just keep that in mind and you won't be as surprised as I was that my bill was double the quoted price!

They also helped to take apart and reassemble the beds which saved us quite a bit of time of having to do it ourselves- which was greatly appreciated. They don't treat their employees right, they're always missing hours then will refuse to pay, especially when it comes to tips, they take advantage of people who have autism and anyone else with a good heart, then will laugh whenever they get injured and still convince them they can work, theyre VERY narcissistic and manipulative, if it weren't for their employees they wouldn't have a 5 star rating, I would never go back to this company!

We had a few tricky moves with multiple pick-up and drop off locations. We were delighted by the responsible movers each time. They treated our items with great care and were lovely to interact with. We also added extra items to the second move without letting Stallion know! I was expecting that they'd need to do two trips, IF they could even spend the extra time on the move at all... Turns out, they were happy to accommodate all of our needs and did it all in one trip (bonus!). I really appreciated their accommodating attitude and hard work. My husband and I needed to move a good leather couch from our home in Guelph to our daughter's home in Toronto. We called Stallion Movers on Monday and, as luck would have it, they were already heading to Toronto on Tuesday for another delivery! So we got their services booked, they arrived right on time the next morning, called us to alert us to their arrival time and got our couch out of our condo and into their truck quickly, professionally and entirely safely. Had 2 very professional young men (Steve and Matt) deliver our brand new love seat. They took extreme care throughout the entire delivery process to ensure no damage. Not the easiest location due to narrow doorways and the railing at the front door but they handled it extremely well. They even showed me how to assemble the back cushions and wiring. WOW (not sure if there is more to add). Excellent service, clean, professional, timely etc. We needed to move my mother to a senior's residence and her stuff. The residence recommended 2 services and I elected Stallion - possibly (likely) the other may be as good but Stallion were exceptional. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any move not just a senior transfer - Grant (the more experienced and his his words the "better looking" (mask and all) was excellent (if not more but I don't want to swell his head further) and Alex (the newbie - only 3 weeks on the job) was really good.
