Rick did a wonderful service moving us from Toronto to Waterloo throughout the entire process. The quote was done quickly and in accordance to our needs. Prior to the moving date, he called to confirm and ask if there were any special requests. On the day of the move, the movers were extremely professional, fast, organized, addressed our needs on the order of the objects to move and tried their best to deal with difficulties in managing the elevator in a condo. They even arrived at the destination before us and organized our objects where we requested and they were careful not to dirty the carpet. At the end, Rick made sure to call us to check on our satisfaction and sent a hand written warm letter thanking us for choosing them. This is the kind of service and treatment that I highly recommend! Thank you Rick and team!

Rick and his crew were great for our in-town move today in downtown Kitchener. They managed a piano, refrigerator, laundry machines, and several bulky furniture items with ease; they covered the carpets and didn't leave a mess; and they were friendly with our kids. Felt like the job was over before it started and we had no complaints at all— price was similar to what we were quoted from other providers, and worth every penny.

Because of my work hours I asked for early correspondence over email. Move Me was the only company who accommodated my request. They were fast, professional, never spoke down to me even though many other companies in the area did, and confirmed my move the day of, the day before, and the start of the week! They were prompt, did their very best to not block up the parking lots, and were even willing to haul my stuff up four flights of stairs (luckily the condo elevator was fixed moments before we all arrived lol). I cannot recommend this company enough.

Our move between the holidays had some unexpected changes due to storage locker closure. Rick was able to accommodate us with only 2 weeks notice and for that we can't him enough. We moved between Hamilton and Kitchener-Waterloo with MovemeRuggies in October 2020 and it was by far the best move we have ever had. -Rick was available for all of our questions in the lead-up to the move and called to confirm everything the day before. The quote and cost breakdown was clear and accurate. -On moving day, the crew arrived precisely on time and were professional and good natured. As we were all inside at once, they wore masks the entire time with the understanding that we would do the same. This was a much appreciated courtesy as some companies we contacted refused to guarantee this precaution. We were particularly impressed with how fast the crew worked even with their masks. -The crew took care to lay down runners over the hardwood and carpet, and wrapped all of our furniture. They coordinated every step of the move to make sure we were all on the same page (for both loading and unloading), and asked clarifying questions as needed. Communication was easy and pleasant. -The crew made good time on the road and even beat us to our destination. Our new landlord was on site to let them in, so by the time we arrived the crew had already laid down floor mats and were beginning to unload. They do not waste time. - Everything was placed where we wanted and there was no damage to any of our possessions. - Rick followed up within a few minutes of the crew departing to confirm that everything had gone well, and again a few hours later with the bill. The billing was straightforward. We paid less than originally quoted because the crew was so fast. MovemeRuggies sticks to their hourly rate even if it is less than the time estimate on the quote. - Rick followed up again thanking us for our business and welcoming us to the area with a nice postcard a few weeks later. We can wholeheartedly recommend their services.

His positive and relax attitude throughout the day definitely helped the whole process go smoother.
