Adam came before to estimate the storage space we would need, truck size, and time to move. Adam was very helpful with any questions that I had before the move.
We were pleased that the truck arrived on time but soon realized that they lacked the proper equipment (no dollies, ramps, or carts) and the truck was sized too small which led to led to the move taking twice as long which meant two trips. Adam waived the extra travel time but it was inconvenient for us. The move took 3x as long as necessary. We had all items thoroughly protected, all boxes moved to the garage and main floor room, and the remainder was two bedrooms of furniture that had been taken apart and shrink wrapped. We had no living room furniture, kitchen, dining or appliances. All of our belongings fit into a 10x20, 200 sq feet storage room which is what Adam predicted for space. We were disappointed that the truck he sent was a 8x17. If every square inch was used was 136 sq feet. Since Adrian had limited space he spent a lot of time trying to organize the load to make it work, taking away his time to actually move. His helper was watching Adrian, so my husband and son did 90% of moving the items out to the truck.
Adrian was experienced, customer friendly and hard working but lacked the proper equipment. His helper was new, needed constant instruction, unmotivated and very rough with our items.
If they had dollies, ramps, moving carts and a proper size truck with 2 experienced workers, it could have taken half the time therefor it would have cost less with another company.
When we spoke to Adam about the hassle of our day, he didn't seem concerned about what happened, but he was willing to discount the extra travel time.
I would recommend this company for small scale moves that don't have valuable items.
