This was the second time I have used Evergreen. I chose them since everyone was raving about them. Really? Raving about a moving company? Now I know why! Five guys moved me out of a 3 bedroom house in an hour! They are professionals--polite, hard-working and very respectful of my belongings. For me, there is no other moving company.

This might be the first review I've written for a company I didn't end up using but I wanted to share my experience. I contacted Evergreen after getting some very strong recommendations from friends. I filled in the request for quote on their website which was easy and fast. They got back to me so quickly with a response, answering all my questions and giving some very solid advice. The back and forth over email was super fast and helpful. In the end, we chose another company because our move was from London to Brantford and Evergreen was very up front that they would be more expensive because they are located in Kitchener. You won't find many companies who will actually help out by giving you advice that isn't in their best interest. I think it says a lot about their integrity and how they would treat customers. When I need a mover in KW, I will for sure be back in touch with Evergreen.

Evergreen Transfer did such a good job for my move I am speechless because they were so professional and quick. They moved my king size bed and mattress and couch and armchair down three flights of stairs in record time and made sure the apartment I was moving to it was setup perfectly. They were so efficient and I am so happy I used them. I would recommend Evergreen to everyone I know if you need to move go to Evergreen Transfer they are so good.

We hired Evergreen Transfer to help us move houses. They were absolutely amazing. I have very high standards for quality of service and this company met and exceeded every expectation. Right from the moment Murray walked into our old house to give us a quote, the service was amazing. He suggested considerations and packing tips for several pieces of furniture and answered all my questions, and even asked some of his own - clearly interested in ensuring we had thought of everything so that we had no surprises. On the morning of the move we had a nasty snow storm with blizzard-like conditions and they still showed up exactly on time at 8am. Their large team of movers are polite, friendly, respectful (of people and property), and they are SO efficient. I couldn’t believe how fast they had items moving out the door into the truck. At the new house they expertly reassembled any pieces of furniture that they had disassembled at the old house. I would highly recommend Evergreen Transfer. Don’t even bother getting quotes from other companies.

I actually don't know where to start to describe how professional this company is. From the minute I called for a quote all the way to the last box moved, I have nothing to say but great things. I have never previously moved using a professional service, these guys showed up on the minute they told me they would, they all introduced themselves and after a quick tour of what needs to be moved they placed floor mats all over the place, stairs, walkways etc where they were walking, I was surprised how clean the place was left and how clean it was when they moved me in! Not one single thing got dropped, not one single thing got scratched, everything was covered, all pieces of furniture they took beyond great care in packing in their truck, I think these guys carry over 100 blankets with them to cover anything that they can cover! They were quiet too, no fuss, before they left they asked if there is any one box that they want me to move they can still move it. I was worried that some furniture would not fit in the rooms, they took their time with me to arrange it and if it didn't fit they would move it around to my liking or to other rooms or downstairs. No doubt in my mind that I will be using them again! Well done boys, and well managed company, and thank you so much for making my move hassle free!

Evergreen is one of the best moving companies I've ever come across and definitely the best in KW. From initial response from Jackie via email, to receiving the receipt from Murray and the incredible work their team did was just a breathe of fresh air. Absolutely nothing was scratched, damaged or marked; they asked through the entire move-in where I want things to go and if there's anything else they could do to provide assistance. They brought more than enough people to do the task in hand thereby mitigating the duration of the move and the entire team was incredibly professional. For those looking for in-town or out-of-town moving, I would highly recommend Evergreen Transfer. Murray, Jackie and the team are absolutely excellent!
