I booked Attuned Moving to come move my piano this past Tuesday. They arrived Tuesday morning as expected, but the man told me he didn't have enough people to move my piano (we had agreed by phone he would need 4, and only had 3). He left and told me to head into work and that he would call me later that day to reschedule. He never phoned me, so I rang that evening, no reply, and then I rang again the following day twice. Still no reply, and I've left multiple voicemail messages as well. I've given up on them ever showing up or calling me back. :(

Great movers! Showed up on time and got to work right away. Only had to tell the guys once what was going and what was staying. They worked so quickly and moved everything very carefully- no damaged items/walls. Placed runners into the new house and kept our floors as clean as possible. Stayed within the quoted time and no surprise fees.Very hard working guys. Have already recommended them to others and would definitely use them again.

I called Attuned moving because we had an upright piano to move, but I'd recommend them for general moving as well. They quoted a competitive rate with no "house call" charge like other quotes I received. The day before the move, they called to warn me they needed to shift the time by an hour to accomodate a crew adjustment, and called again the day of the move to confirm their arrival time. They worked quickly and professionally - using lots of rubber runners and moving blankets to protect the piano and other furniture. They worked well as a team to ensure they were lifting safely with no risk of damaging the pieces or walls. When I pointed out that we had some cracks in our tile floor, they made sure to lay down wood planks to roll the piano over so there was little risk of propogating the cracks any further - which I appreciated. They even gave me advice on proper lifting techniques should I need to shift the piano myself in the future. Thanks guys!

We had Attuned do a two day move for us. the second day included a baby grand piano. And the crew that came was on time, friendly, hard working and very careful with our stuff. Most importantly they were very careful in the houses. Making sure to cover the floors and stairs, railings and even the counter top that they would be going close to. I would be fooling you if I told you that there was no damage but I can count on one hand the number of marks that I found. And that's at both house with tight corners and heavy item. Just a quick touch up and it's like nothing ever happened. If we would have done the move ourselves it would have taken a week and there would have been a ton more damage. Attuned also had the best rate from the 4 different moving companies that we received quotes from. We are very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend Attuned. John and Dave was the crew we had... if you were wondering.

Tom and his crew helped with our recent move and the crew of 3 were very able, good sense of humour and always asked questions as to where things needed to go. I would highly recommend Attuned Moving Co. to all my friends. My only complaint is that they showed up quite earlier than expected. Normally that's ok since they helped pack a few things, but we had a wait time on keys to the new house so we had to pay the movers to sit around for this extra time. Regardless, their services were well worth it.

First of all, I would like to state that I have no affiliation with Attuned Moving, I am a former customer that used this company to move to a new home in Kitchener on Sept 21 2015. We contacted Attuned at the recommendation of friends that used their services in the past, along with other local moving companies, to have a better idea of options and cost. We chose Attuned based on recommendations, a combination of other factors including but not limited to cost and personal feel after meeting the representatives from the companies contacted. Overall, a great experience with Attuned Moving for this local move. I contacted them over the email and, right from the beginning, I felt like I was dealing with a trustful business. The communication with Tom Foran over the emails was clear and quick, he showed up in time for the review of the house content and a reasonable quote quickly followed his visit. At the time of the move the crew showed up 15 min before the promised time with a properly sized truck for the house content. They were very efficient and careful during the load and unload of the truck. Plenty of runners and blankets were used to protect the flooring, walls and stairs handrails also each item was wrapped carefully during transportation. At the new house the same process in reverse order, absolutely no damage to the house interior or to the items moved. The crew placed each household item in the desired location and this helped us a lot during the "unpacking" stage. The whole move was done almost two hours faster than the estimate so they adjusted the final invoice to reflect that. I was pleased with the whole experience and I would highly recommend trusting the proffesional team from Attuned Moving for your moving needs.

No showed my appointment for a piano move. I took time off in the middle of the work day for the scheduled time they had available (was not given a choice of time so that their other appointments would be accommodated). They did not call (they had my cell number) or give any indication the appointment was not firm after I confirmed the time and addresses for the move. Called, left a voicemail and emailed about 15 minutes into my appointment time to no response. Gave them an additional half hour to show up, calling a couple more times, before I had to go home for afternoon meetings. Would not ever reconsider them and am now scrambling to ensure my piano is moved in time. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Really happy with the service provided by Attuned Moving. This was our first move and so were bit anxious. We had only requested the services for only our large furnitures. Patrick and Mitch were at my home 10 minutes early and quickly got started to assess and chalk out a plan. They handled the furniture with great care and were able to assemble the furniture at our new home within the time that was committed. Buyer beware - full disclosure: never booked with this company, however, I feel compelled to share my horrible experience with Tom - presumably, the owner... I must begin by stating that I gain nothing to spoil this company's reputation, but I have to assume that this company is so busy, they don't need to provide a positive customer experience. Rant done. I contacted Attuned under the encouragement from a friend who recently completed a move with them. They were very pleased with the company and the move went quickly, I thought, great, I'll book them too. I filled out the forms online for a quote, provided some details about my home and then was provided a quote: "Three man crew at $150 per hour. It will be the day. 4 hour load, 4 hour unload, 1 hour travel. 9 hours at $150 = $1350 plus HST" I was initially happy with this pricing, compared to other companies I spoke with, this was very reasonable. However, I learned from my friend that they were only charged $140 - I inquired if pricing had changed, never got a response. I followed up by e-mail a few times with no response. I asked my friend to reach out and see what was going on, Tom's response: "Usually if someone wants to bicker over pricing, I just move on to the next call, next email whatever. At this time of year, we turn down a lot of work - only because we do not have time to do it all. I have moved on, I would suggest your friend do the same." So Tom, just to clarify, I had no problem with your initial pricing - you could have responded with a simple "price is firm" and we likely would've booked with you. I get it, you're a moving company, your commodity is sought after and your time is finite... No problem with that. But you're also in the business of providing customer service - I have no problem not being one of your customers based on this experience. For those considering booking with Attuned, don't bother... 1 pity star for you Tom...

The team was outstanding! Full of focused energy, very communicative amongst each other and us. They worked tirelessly and still had big smiles at the end of the day. They were very conscientious about not scratching walls and floors. You might find that you can find a lower price but with all of the extra they do without random extra charges and how they alleviate moving stress by being so efficient and making you feel as though they are truly happy to be there managing everything as you need it to be. Just outstanding. I actually can't find the words to do them justice. Best moving company I have ever witnessed in action. I have only experienced 5 companies but one bad experience is WAY too many!

Just got off the phone with them and they were very, very rude to me the whole time. Interrupted me rudely several times, couldn't even finish a sentence to answer his questions and then he rudely accused me of interrupting him when it was obvious there was some lag on the phone. And I quote "no, no, let me finish MY sentence." Extremely impatient with me. Rushing through important details. Any time I tried to go back and finish answering a question he would be so awful in response, "no I KNOW that. I'm already passed that. We dont need to talk about that anymore." K then why is he asking if he doesnt want the answer?! He said something like that twice and I wish I could type how horrible he sounded. I have never in my life taken the time to leave a review anywhere. But I could not let this go by. I may even pursue this further because this was absolutely horrendous!!!! ai told him I will be taking my business elsewhere because he was VERY awful to me. I have never in my life had someone treat me like this before. . Take your business more seriously and be more professional in the future. Because you were horrible today.

I would not recommend this service. The movers parked on our lawn rather than in the empty driveway and left a bunch of our boxes in the wrong rooms even though they were all clearly labeled on the tops and sides. They left items behind at our previous house for some reason and never mentioned it to us. Our dining room hutch was chipped in transit and they left off half of the screws when they "reassembled" our son's bed. Hire someone else.

Attuned movers were great to work with, their rates were reasonable in comparison to other companies. It was my first experience dealing with movers as we were moving two storage units full of furniture and boxes into an apartment for my senior mother. The movers were on-time, they knew what to do and as my husband watched, they took very good care of my mothers belongings throughout the move. Having 3 men to do the move made the whole process run more quickly and efficiently which saved us some money. Their estimate on time that it would take was accurate with no surprise costs. They were all extremely polite and friendly and it put us all at ease throughout her move. They took time to place furniture where we wanted it in the new apartment making it easy to start unpacking. I would 100% recommend Attuned Moving to anyone who is looking for an easy stress free move in/out experience. I had a fantastic experience with Attuned Moving in April 2018: from very competitive pricing and an easy and straight-forward booking to timely arrival of the truck and crew. Although they charge on an hourly basis, they did not waste a second and did everything as possibly fast as they could. I should also add that Tom was very fair and accommodating. When the job was finished faster than anticipated, he charged me only for the actual hours his crew (Dave and John) had spent. So, not only was the original fee lower than the competition but because of their professionalism and fairness I ended up paying significantly less than I would with other companies. I will certainly hire Attuned Moving again and highly recommend them for anyone who would like to have a hassle-free and fairly priced service.

Reading the reviews I was a little worried, but since they seemed to specialize in piano moving I figured couldn't hurt to get a quote. Boy am I glad I did. The quote to move my piano was a third what others wanted to charge me. For those savings I was willing to deal with a lack of pleasantries. Tom could definitely stand to "fluff" up his demeanor with customers, but the crew that came to do the move was very nice, joked around with me, and super efficient. We were only going a few blocks, but they had the whole job done in 30 minutes flat. They showed up exactly at the quoted time and were very mannerly (full of please and thank yous) when they needed something out of the way. I would definitely use them again.

I moved in early jan 2021. I had rick, john and pat. They were great! Especially Rick. he really took the care to do a good job - bei it fixing furniture, disassembling and assembling appropriately, not scratching the furniture or the floors or the walls. I also moved a piano with them. I found it a bit pricey, but great quality for the price. everything was swift and efficient! We gave them $100 in tip for all their thoughtfulness and hard work.

Hands down the best moving company around! My wife and I hired Attuned Moving as they were the most personable and reasonably priced of all moving companies we arranged to meet with. The moving crew was very respectful of our belongs and houses during the process. We are proud to report that there was no damage to any walls or to our belongings, which is quite incredible. They worked very efficiently, finished ahead of schedule and only billed us for the time it took to move our things; which was less than the original estimate. We are so happy with the service and we highly recommend them!

These guys were amazing! I was a little concerned with the limited information provided before hand but we paid the deposit and confirmed a week in advance. All our communication with them ahead of time was short and limited but they seemed reliable. On the day of the move, they arrived on time. They managed to maneuver a large moving truck in a not so spacious condo parking lot. Had to get all the furniture out around a sharp corner in the front hallway and they joked and laughed the whole time. When we had garbage bags full of linens they provided us with wardrobe boxes so it was easier to move. Attuned movers were hired to only move the big stuff but they ended up taking all the smaller items we hadn't been able to move yet. The unloading at the other end was extremely fast and ahead of schedule. By the time my helpers showed up the movers had emptied the truck. And to top things off the final bill was under the estimated quote. I would highly recommend this company!!!

Disappointed, I called and exchanged voicemail with the company. Yes, it was a small move and they confirmed they could accommodate the move the following week. When I called to confirm the time, the owner told me we never spoken, he does not recall the conversation and should just move the pieces myself. I guess he didn't need the business!

The most unprofessional ignorant experience I have ever had as a customer for anything - And I've delt with Roger's so thats saying alot!!! They showed up early (no problem other than their key argument seems to be the wait for keys which occurred exactly on time and right after their hour lunch!)... damaged my stuff... had terrible attitudes... were Unorganized amongst 4 guys and a truck and a half ... they were not pleasant nor professional - ignorant and complaining every step of the way ... they tried over billing me even with the quote clearly stating a max of 10% plus minus of quote was all that would be adjusted... I tipped generously prior to being told of the brash ignorant way they delt with my significant other and prior to being aware of the damage to my stuff... we followed up with a clear polite outline of our concerns to have the most unprofessional ignorant response provided in return from a Tom Foran.. he yelled and argued with me and hung up on me .. he was trying to make our closing time and "rush" to get out of my old residence his main points (we had till noon the following day to be out)... followed by the fact we "should take the money we saved and apply it to our damages" ... his guys showed up an hour early and half of them sat in their trucks for more than a total of 2 hrs throughout the move.. after they were done (including indulging in the pizza and beer I provided) I was presented with a bill that had increased by a considerable amount from the quote (even with 6 or more of my friends and family assisting to unload last half truck full while 2 guys sat in the other truck).. I paid 10% more than the quoted price as per the outline on the quote and proceeded to give 2 guys a $100 tip and one of the two other guys a $50 tip the only guy that did not get a tip was so ignorant he would not even aknowledge me, nor shake my hand at the end of the day, and recieve his tip but didn't hesitate to grab beer and pizza (as I said I tipped prior to being aware of all the issues). Seems this troubled ignorant unprofessional group has its issues start at the top and have made their way through the whole crew! They came recommended but I would never inflict this company on anyone ... even those I do not like!

I wish I would have called them first. They were efficient, knowledgeable and were able to move my furniture in swift time. I had other movers and they made a mess (dropped my dryer down a flight of stairs and did damage to my new home) and then left some of my things on the truck until I paid them. The moving business seems to be dotted with unscrupulous people, but I would definitely recommend Attuned Moving. I will call only them for my next move. Their price was fair and their staff was knowledgeable too...honest and efficient bunch of guys. Thank you for moving my huge piano upstairs! Really appreciate it!

Our experience started out positively. The guys showed up on time, and were quick and efficient with the move. They were also friendly and easy to deal with in person. However, after the move was complete and we began to unpack in our new home, we discovered that there were a number of scratches, bumps and gouges in multiple items/areas of the house. It was clear that they did not take proper precautions in the truck, and while moving items into the home, to ensure items did not get damaged. We have two bookshelves with four doors on them, which were removed before the move. All four must have been stacked together in the truck, and the hardware scratched all four doors on the front (see photos). The crown molding by our front entrance was bumped and chipped, and there is a large gouge in our hardwood floor - all of which were not there prior to the move. We tried to contact the company following the move to provide photos and discuss any possible remedies they may be able to offer, but after an initial acknowledgement, have refused to answer any of our follow-ups. We were hoping to resolve this with the company privately, so our experience could remain satisfactory, however, it has been over a month since the move and we have not heard anything. We are disappointed with our experience and would not recommend.

Tom and his company was awesome from start to finish. They helped move a 500-600lb claw-foot tub to a refurbisher, back and then moved it upstairs around some tight corners. Communication was excellent, price was great value and the crew was very responsible when moving.

Attuned fit us in last minute (sorry!) We had been having trouble finding a reputable moving company. I found them on the BBB and they had an A+ rating. they were fast and efficient and allowed us to schedule 2 hours while some other places wanted a 4 hour minimum. They did a great job with our heavy and sentimental furniture, and came very well prepared. They also worked so well together and communication was outstanding. We will be calling on them again when we buy a house. Thanks for taking the stress out of our move!

This was my first move in over 30 years. Attuned Moving was perfect for my move. They supplied boxes and packing paper. On the moving day, they were prompt, professional and very nice. They did not make a single scratch on any wall, floor or item of furniture while moving out of my old home or while moving into my new home. The entire move was totally painless. I was so pleased with everything. I thought the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

This company did my move in September. They dropped or banged my TV, breaking it. Also, strapped a large, heavy wood cabinet so tight that we couldn't get the doors open. They had to be pried off and then they wouldn't go back in. Both items discovered after they left... Obviously can't plug everything in and inspect everything before they leave. Several calls and several emails later and still haven't heard anything back from them. Very unprofessional.

Attuned movers were great to work with, their rates were reasonable in comparison to other companies. It was my first experience dealing with movers as we were moving two storage units full of furniture and boxes into an apartment for my senior mother. The movers were on-time, they knew what to do and as my husband watched, they took very good care of my mothers belongings throughout the move. Having 3 men to do the move made the whole process run more quickly and efficiently which saved us some money. Their estimate on time that it would take was accurate with no surprise costs. They were all extremely polite and friendly and it put us all at ease throughout her move. They took time to place furniture where we wanted it in the new apartment making it easy to start unpacking. I would 100% recommend Attuned Moving to anyone who is looking for an easy stress free move in/out experience. I'm so thankful we chose this company, if ever their is another move, Attuned will be the company I return to.

Honestly, I was underwhelmed. Though pleasant on the phone the manager/boss/job booking guy was rushed and didn't really take the time to get enough info from me. Or rather didn't understand the scope of what I had. This resulted in too few people for too big a job, thus costing me nearly 40%more than the quoted estimate. I was beyond disappointed that my spouse had to pull the lead crew aside and tell him that they needed to be more careful as they were damaging our furniture. One should not have to tell professional movers to be mindful not to damage one's belongings. I've been left with very noticeable damage to my wood bed frame and headboard. Gouges and scratches to the edges of my solid wood dining table. Door frames and walls that needed to be repaired, and freshly painted walls that needed to be resanded and painted. Overall I'm afraid I would NOT recommend this company. They are efficient, but careless.

So incredibly happy with this service! My grandmother's piano is priceless to me, and that's how they treated it as they VERY carefully moved it through my tight foyer and down my even tighter hallway. I would've recorded the entire move, but they got it done so fast I didn't have time to find my phone! If we ever move again, they will be my first call, highly recommend!

If i could give this company zero stars i would. My sister was booked in for moving services. The company never showed up and when she called they said they never got the email. Yet, they sent a confirmation email saying they were booked in for 8am on the date. They were not helpful at all and I would definitely NOT recommend this company. Use them if you want to end up moving all your own furniture and scrambling to find a truck

We hired Attuned Moving to help us move over two different dates. They were very professional and did an outstanding job. They showed up on time, moved my piano and appliances on a terrible weather day with competence in spite of the difficult conditions. On our second moving day, they moved the remainder of our house. They were prompt, courteous, and professional. Overall, an outstanding experience. We would not hesitate to hire them again if a move was needed and highly recommend them to friends and family, a great experience! To add icing to the cake, their prices were very reasonable as well.

I can't say enough about this team that I contacted to move a piano from one floor to another. I emailed for a quote. The response time back was almost immediate. Their quote came in at least 60% less than anyone else that I reached out. My date and time and price was confirmed. They were 4 minutes early. Very personable and friendly. Paid attention to all the current protocols in place. The piano was moved within minutes of them getting here. If I need to use movers for a move this is the company I am going to. And I will recommend them to anyone in need of a moving company. OUTSTANDING!

Two years ago Tom moved two households of furniture. It was all completed in 5 1/2 hours. They asked where we wanted our furniture placed and everything was in order by the time they left. They also moved a freezer from our friends house to ours and the cost was reasonable. Sure saved our backs....LOL We have recommended them to many people. I highly recommend them.

Attuned Movers - Avoid at all costs!! I hired them because their google reviews were very good. In reality – they were horrendous. The three guys arrived 35 minutes late, and no one answered my calls or email about where they were. They refused to wear a mask – even though in our area, these are mandatory. I offered to pay them extra to wear a mask, and I was told to relax that none of them had ever given anyone COVID. HUGE Strike 1 Strike 2 – “ Sweetheart, you are stressing us out by being worried that we are going to miss the elevator booking time from 12-2:30. This was said to me at 11 am – at this point, we hadn’t even loaded up everything for our condo, nor loaded the 25 items that were going into storage 30 minutes away in a relative’s basement. Misogynist words and there was absolutely no way we were going to be able to load everything – drive 30 minutes there, unload 30 items, drive back 30 minutes and make our elevator time. I hired another moving company to come from 12 noon, and likely the trucks passed each other on the road. Two Men and a Truck came within an hour of my call to them – and they came from Cambridge and squeezed in the move. They wrapped all the furniture and delivered it safely to the storage area. All in less than 3 hours and while wearing masks!! Strike 3 – Attuned Movers left half the walk in master closet full of clothes, and the foyer closet full of heavy winter coats. They did not bring enough wardrobe boxes ( and I had one of my own)… My DIL and I moved all these items the next day – 14 loads each up and down the elevator. Strike 4 – they left a gouge on my staircase wall that a contractor now has to putty and repaint. I was able to get all the scruff marks off the basement staircase wall with a master eraser and 40 minutes of scrubbing. Tom, the owner did offer to pay for this repair. Attuned moving is out of tune. Do NOT hire this company. I am reporting them to Public Health for their horrid disregard for the Public Health mandated mask

We used Attuned Moving to do a local move from a house and storage unit into another house. I was a bit hesitant at first as they were much less formal than other moving companies when I initially contacted them for a quote, but am very glad I followed the recommendation of friends and our realtor and went with Attuned. A quote was provided via email based on the information I provided without any visit or viewing of the items to move, and it was bang on. We could not have been happier with the movers - they arrived on time (early, even), worked very hard and consistently throughout the day, and not a thing was damaged or nicked. This was the first positive experience we have really ever had with a moving company. I would not hesitate to recommend Attuned Moving.
