We booked this service for moving our luggage from laurelwood to vista hills in Waterloo. They were very polite and price was less compared to the other movers. However for the given date, they didn't have a big truck so they bought a small truck probably 16 feet and we booked another UHAUL. the luggage was loaded and unloaded by them. When we reached home and unwrapped the plasty wrappers around our bedroom set, we found damages and asked them about insurance claim. Only then I came to know that they loaded our costliest items in our UHAUL and items driven by us in UHAUL will not be covered under their insurance. So my concern is:- 1) Should tell the customer upfront about the policy of not covering and damage to items driven by customer even if they are packed, loaded/unloaded by the A2FXteam 2) Should load the costlier and risky items in the company truck instead of my personal truck because I would never want my costly items to get damaged and not get any claim and that's the reason I booked professional movers. 3) If I knew about the policy earlier, I would have booked someone else charging higher so that they would have brought a bigger truck and we didn't have to book UHAUL separately
