There's a saying that goes "If you're over 35, hire movers. Your friends are too old. Nobody wants to slip a disc for a pizza and two Molsens." I took that advice and reached out to New Start Moving Ltd. The word on the street was that they were GREAT, but I was new to having professionals move us, and we had many questions. They helped out, and were very professional leading up to the move. Moving is only as good as the packing, so as long as you get everything ready to go, they sweep in and load it up in their truck super quickly! They were courteous, energetic, very friendly, capable, and speedy. They worked to get us moved into the new place ASAP with no grief. I didn't have to lift a thing! Their pricing is in line for the hard work, and I am VERY happy there are movers in Northern Ontario! Thank you New Start Moving! If we move again (not soon!!) then we won't hesitate to book you again. A+

5 Star Service The professional and friendly crew arrived 15 minutes early and hit the ground running. My husband and I have experienced 7 professional moves (military life) and New Start Moving Ltd. is by far the best company we’ve ever moved with. My 2X great grandmothers antique sewing machine was handled with great care and arrived unscathed - unlike two previous professional (military) moves where it had to repaired. We highly recommend New Start Moving Services - trustworthy and hard working - this company gives 5 star service.

My husband and I can't say enough good things about New Start Moving. We sold our home in Sudbury on July 30th, the Friday of Civic Holiday long weekend. We had underestimated how many items that we owned and ended up filling a 27ft UHaul and full sized enclosed trailer over the course of 3 days. It was exhausting and overwhelming to say the least. We arrived at our new home in New Liskeard in the early morning hours of Saturday July 31st and slept on the floor of our new home. We were just too exhausted from the past 3 days and all of the hotel rooms were sold out because of the holiday weekend. When we finally woke late Saturday morning, we had to admit to ourselves that we were in way over our heads. The U-Haul was due back Saturday evening and we didn't know anybody in New Liskeard to help us. I found a listing for New Start Moving and and reached out via social media. My husband was very skeptical that we would be able to secure a moving company at the last minute especially on a long weekend. To our surprise and relief, the owner of New Start Moving contacted us within minutes and said that he would be happy to help us out. Two hours later, the 2 movers met us at the house and we had unload all of our belongings in just over 3 hours. Their expertise, professionalism, and friendliness were all "5 star". As for price, I was expecting to pay a premium for such a last minute request but we were charged their normal, very reasonable rate. They were worth their weight in gold. I would highly recommend New Start Moving Ltd.

Extremely professional and efficient. Owner responded quickly to all inquiries and questions I had about the service. My move was handled with extreme care with everything arriving in same condition prior to move. Owner very friendly and charismatic fellow. He even gave me some of the garlic he grew, one of his other side ventures. Don't blow out your back. Hire this moving company for a stress free move!

Superb Service! I may come across as "awkward" with my review considering the move I am providing feedback for is yet to happen!!!! So, why do I provide such review?, simply to openly express my confidence and trust in Adam and the crew to be on time, professional, courteous and amicable just as they did earlier in the year when I moved into town!, now that I am moving out of province, I have neither hesitation nor doubt to engage New Start Moving again as a happy and repeat customer, my experience with their service -and specially their proven small-town disposition and sincere hospitality- has been an absolute 5 star!
