Best company I've ever worked for, and that's part in parcel to the best team I've worked with, pun intended. I pride myself on going above and beyond for all my customers, and they go a long way to making me feel appreciated for the hard work I put in. This Christmas mixed with covid has been absolutely crazy, dealing with 2x more freight than we've ever had before, but the way our team has worked together to keep eachother trucking on through it is phenomenal. Everyone's giving er 110% trying to driver release Christmas to everyone's front door, and I commend them all. Keep up the good work Alopex Cranbrook! We got this!

Excellent customer service provided by the man with the big moustache, Josh. I was at the ski hill all morning and then working in the afternoon but Josh had a great line of communication going with me and we were able to work out my delivery. Customer service was awesome, package came a couple days before expected arrival and I had a great time on the phone with Josh. Thanks so much for your service Alopex Couriers and Josh!!

Alopex is the only delivery service I've had to Fernie that goes out of their way to make sure you get your package. Josh is always quick to respond and happy to put in a little extra effort - even when you yourself are difficult to reach and never home. This kind of service is greatly appreciated, especially when the alternative can be driving an hour to Cranbrook yourself to pick up the package. Thanks Josh!

Company often does not pick up parcels that are paid to be picked up through UPS. I have to resort to calling them, which then they still refuse. I paid for the service for them to be picked up. I end up dropping off the packages and still charged for the pick up. Update: Still an ongoing logistics problem given excuses from the company that its because ups is failing to give them notice on package pickup. Not rectified

Alopex picks up all the UPS parcels that I send out from my business in Fernie, Rooftop Coffee Roasters. Josh is the driver in Fernie, and he consistently provides incredible customer service. He's easy to get a hold of to arrange a pickup, but most days he just pops by the shop to check and see if I have parcels, going above and beyond the service of most couriers. As someone who sends boxes of coffee daily, Josh makes my job so much easier, and I've never had to worry that a parcel won't be picked up. Plus, he's just a great guy - super friendly, fun to talk to and always cheery and positive when he comes by. As far as Alopex goes, we've never had an issue with a parcel getting lost on its way to UPS, and packages get delivered in a timely manner. Big thumbs up for Josh and Alopex!
