Used this over priced service in 2019. Some items arrived damaged. I thought it was a given that they would use bubble wrap to protect things. All they used was going film!! Would definitely not recommend! Would have done a better job myself.

Not only did I see the video of them dumping furniture around Winnipeg streets but I used them awhile back for a move and they were a day late (kept pushing back the time until they eventually said they would come the next day) and beat up our furniture. Better make a public apology and a campaign of cleaning up our streets to save your business.

Excellent service. Moved all the large items from our 4 bedroom house without any damage, in a prompt, efficient manner. Showed up right on time, and labourers asked questions if any clarification was required throughout the day. Took apart various pieces of furniture to ensure they would fit properly through doorways to avoid damage. Bubble wrapped and blanketed items that were of value (determined this in walk-through before). Removed big screen TV's from walls, transported, and installed at new home. Very professional, owner checked in at the beginning and end of the day to ensure service was up to par. Highly recommended.

I contacted Sunny Movers because my move had to be changed too much earlier than planned. They were able to fit my move in the next morning. They went through all the details and made time for me even though I called just minutes before their 8 pm closing time. They arrived on time, were professional, quick and friendly. if i could give them less then five stars i would, the whole idea of being a profesional gets a brand new defitinition. Moving nightmare! My items were not protected during the move and when they opened the back door my headboard fell out of the truck and broke. Prior to the move I changed my contract to add insurance and even got signatures from the movers stating I had up ton$10,000 in coverage. I asked for a new contract but was told it was fine if I initialed the changes which I did. Following the move I was contacted by the supervisor telling me that they would not honor the insurance and only offered me $24 for a bed that was purchased 5 months prior for close to $400. In addition, my sons dresser was scratched on the bottom due to not securing the side boards and it rubbing against the dresser and my shelves to my bookcase were lost (probably left on their truck). I would not recommend this company.

We moved from 1BR to 2BR & decided to hire movers. Like many others, I did my research first. Because it was my first time to hire movers, I was really worried as to which moving company to choose to make sure I'll have stress-free move day. I came accross Sunny Movers' FB page & read lots of positive reviews about their service. I hired them & true enough, they were really good! It feels really great that I made the right decision! :) It was a good experience from beginning to end. From booking the appointment,Sunny (owner), was very responsive with all my questions & very accommodating with my move schedule. His movers came on time, they wrapped our furnitures with plastic & blankets to avoid damages. They were very responsible, started their work right away & did not waste any time (I actually felt sorry for them bcoz I saw they were already tired & they didn't bother taking any breaks & kept going). They moved our items w/ care & transported without damages. I really appreciate their hardwork! I will for sure use their service again & will definitely recommend them to my friends & family.

WARNING !!! I SAW SUNNY MOVERS TRUCK TODAY PARKED ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD AND THEIR DRIVER WAS IN THE BACK OF THE TRUCK CHECKING IN THE BOXES, THEN I SAW HIM GETTING OUT OF THE TRUCK WITH A FLAT SCREEN TV AND HE THEN SOLD IT TO HIS BUDDY !! WARNING !!!

Very friendly and attentive staff! They were very careful, wrapped everything up in blankets bad plastic wrap to make sure nothing got damaged! Best moving experience I’ve had! Other companies I’ve used were more expensive and much less careful.

old between 3 & 6 tuesday. didn't show up. Called late and said we were rescheduled for the next day. next day nothing at 5:00. No truck at 6:pm. get a call truck running late 7:30. 7:30 no truck. 8:00pm called and said they would be there at 9:00pm. Told them i would call them back in five minutes. called back in five minutes got voicemail. called again 10 min later, voice mail. Never came at 9:00pm. if you have a small load, forget about Sunny Movers

Great experience working with this company. They were on time and got the work done timely manner. I especially liked the fact that they were up front about a large cabinet I had to move and advising me to take it apart myself and transport it to my new apartment as having them do it would have been quite costly since they were not familiar with the item and taking it apart themselves and transferring and reassembling would be time consuming.
