We had two guys come out to help us - they showed up early, were super professional and they finished unloading almost twice as fast as we thought they would. When I recently made the decision to move for the first time in 17 years, I chose to use professional movers to save myself some time and spare my back. I started researching movers in the city and Go Getter caught my attention right away due to their high review rating. I emailed them asking how to start the process and received a response almost right away. After getting a totally reasonable quote I decided to book with them. The two-man crew showed up on time and after taking a quick look around to formulate a plan they started working right away. Both guys were super friendly, moved incredibly quickly and took extreme care while handling everything. Beginning to end only took about 3 hours, coming in under the quote. I was very impressed with everyone involved and I highly recommend Go Getter to anyone looking to move!

We hired these movers to help us move this past weekend. I have emails confirming the booking and yet nobody showed up leaving us scrambling with a one year old in tow trying to get a U-Haul rental on no notice. Don't hire these movers if you actually need to move. 24 hours later and we still haven't had anybody return our phone calls or emails.

When arranging moving services for August 1st was advised they don't work Sundays and can't help until the 5th. Was told they have to give they're staff a day off sometime...you're a moving company.....shouldn't you give your staff the Monday off instead?! Nice to see where your priorities are.

The movers were friendly and professional. They did break a hanging ceiling lamp at our new home and assured us it would be replaced and fixed. It has been 30 days and still no word on the replacement. Not sure if i would use them again based on this but again staff were professional.

I was reluctant to use GoGetter because I had never heard of them but I checked out their reviews and decided to give them a chance. I had called four other companies and GoGetter was the only one who came out to the house to estimate our move and answer my questions in person. We decided to go with them and I must say they did a very good job. They were courteous and friendly and worked very hard to get our move done in one day with very little damage and the final cost was below the estimated amount. I would highly recommend them.

Hiring these guys was one of the best decisions I've ever made in my life. They were pros. Very friendly. No scratches, no dings, and man did they work fast. I tried to help and could not keep up. They moved my house to a condo in 4 hours. Save your back, save energy, and save time. Call these guys if you need movers.

Great business. Guys were a fast, hard-working pair of dudes. I had them move a treadmill from a basement to another basement. That's a tough job but they got it done quickly. I'm not giving 5/5 because they were a bit rough with the equipment (nothing extreme, definitely not like United Airlines!) but the plastic got some scuffing from nicking corners, and the walls got a few scuffs too. But it's a really hard thing to move especially down a tight basement stairwell. I would recommend these guys for your next moving job.

I have used Gogetter to pick up furniture from stores and loading docks, they have picked up old stuff for me and taken it to Goodwill and to the dump. they did our whole move last year (except for the piano -- but they arranged that and it was fantastic too) and in every instance they have been great. Always professional, efficient and hard-working. I happily recommend them to all and sundry.

We had ordered chairs that needed to be assembled. My husband spent 3 hours, and a friend spent an hour, trying to assemble even 1 chair, with no success. I found Go Getter Inc and spoke with a Team member and booked an appointment. The Go Getter Inc Staff arrived on time, kept the work area clean, worked efficiently and professionally, and within a short time: 1 chair was assembled. After that, the remaining 5 chairs were quickly and easily assembled by the Go Getter Inc Team. I was so ever grateful that the fellows had success for my requested "job". They made sure to secure all boxes and furniture so that nothing was damaged during the move; they handled everything with care. We've used GoGetter's multiple times. Two years ago they were wonderful. They were careful, polite and efficient. This year, when we employed their moving services again, we were left with dented doors, large holes in the drywall. The movers were great guys, but did mess up a few times, and it showed. I called to complain about the issues and was pleasantly surprised by the initial response. However, they sent me a contractor who didn't have time to fix it and who didn't know how to help with the door issues. Very disappointing. I ended up spending late nights at our old house teaching myself how to patch drywall, trying to match paint, and cursing this moving company. This is exactly what I didn't want to do and why we hired movers. We had previously referred multiple friends to them. So much so that when they showed up for my move, we returned a cart of theirs from another friend that they had left on the job site just a few weeks prior. Unfortunately, we will no longer be passing along a good word for this company.

This company was awful! I used them to bring in materials for my business and they did more bad than good. They were supposed to show up on my jobsite for 9am and when they weren't there by 930 I asked them not to come. The drivers showed up late, bothered my customers and then proceeded to make a huge mess and drop the material in the way of our work. All the. Packing materials was left in a huge mess out the customers back door and now I've got annoyed customers before we have even started the job. I e-mailed photos and have sent them to the owner to show what a terrible job they did WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!

GoGetter was great in every way. The guys showed up on time wearing masks and waited outside. They moved some large heavy items with ease and no damage. Very respectful and kept more than 6 feet away from everyone. Definitely would hire them again.
