2021 - Once again I have used the services of the local AMJ Campbell office. Even though ownership is different, I received the same great service but this time for a long distance move. They took the time to explain the billing procedure and how cost would be calculated. Each item was logged and tagged. The crew worked hard and was organized.... given that moving is always chaos! We'll done! . have used AMJ Campbell twice now for both an office and a household move and I cannot say enough about the positive experience both times. They treated my possessions with care and as a result absolutely nothing was broken or damaged. They arrived when they said they would and their estimate was right on. I did book well in advance in order to secure the date that I wanted and would highly recommend this. You can't wait until the last minute if you want 5 star service! Thank you again!

The people I dealt with were very professional and the pick up of my house content went very well. The workers were great. Update: In order to get my stuff delivered that did not go well at all. I had made it clear that I wanted my stuff delivered on Sept 1 from the very beginning. I was then put in a "Q" which could take an extra 14 days to get my stuff!!! They had trouble getting a driver and missed the Sept 14 date!! After constant calling them they found a driver and my stuff showed up on the 15th, but they never supplied the driver with any helpers??? I really felt bad for this very nice driver, so I helped him as much as I could. The Kenora office really dropped the ball on this move.

Poor communication. In the beginning of the process they were responsive, but when mistakes starting happening poor communication started. It is the end of my delivery window and still I didn't get my shipment. I was not even aware of my delivery window thinking it would be 7-10 days as previously discussed by my sales agent but then they failed to communicate with me that it is now 14 DAYS!! My items were in storage, and I know there is a fee for that, but what I didn't know is that I will be paying double the amount I first agreed upon, not even remotely close. Horrible experience that I do not wish to go through again.

The movers showed up on schedule but didn't ring the doorbell and then appeared to leave with the piano. I ran out after them in time to see the end of the truck as it turned the corner, but at the same time two movers showed up on foot. Perhaps I had misunderstood their intentions but they said they didn't have the apartment number or the phone number. After that everything went as well as could be expected, except that after they left we noticed they hadn't put the drawers back in two desks that had to be moved. I note that both my mother and I are disabled and it's difficult for us to perform even these simple tasks. All that said, they were a pleasure to work with!

We hired AMJ Campbell to move our household belongings long distance. Service from start to finish was professional and everything was moved in a timely fashion. They worked as a team and were careful with the contents of the house and the house itself. They were equipped with all the moving accessories needed.
