I just relocated to West Kelowna this week and required storage for my BMW sports car and some other things since this past October until my home was built. I've used several storage facilities over the years but I've never seen one the quality of Storage Bear. It is by far the most secure, clean, dry and best laid out facility of them all, including other local storage facilities I've viewed. The storage lockers themselves, with solid checker plate floors raised off the ground, are unmatched in my experience. I'd definitely recommend Storage Bear to anyone requiring storage, particularly for expensive cars or equipment. On top of that, the staff is extremely professional and friendly. Fantastic experience!!

Open late which is the best feature. Extremely nice metal flooring offering decent grip. Yet easy to move furniture on. Nice staff that are not all high and mighty. We got locked in late one night getting ready for a auction the next day.. We called the manager from the front gate. It was almost 11:30. He helped us open the gate with very little frustration on his part. They welcome respectable blue collar. Give them a shot first next time. We will from now on.

Rented a 10 x 20 unit while in transition to our new home. Rates were very reasonable with good access hours and the whole process was streamlined to be quick and effective. Great service with clean and secure property. My favorite feature was that they provide locks and you pay a deposit for a key that is refunded when key is returned. Excellent idea and one I haven't seen before at other storage places. I'll definitely recommend Storage Bear and will be back soon for a smaller long term unit.

Storage Bear is a great facility. I had unit B33 for about 3 years. Lots of security cameras, well maintained facility, and lots of room to drive in and out with an enclosed trailer. They do a great job of clearing snow in the winter time as well.

I’m not a customer, because I don’t live in Kelowna or Westbank. But every time I drive by when I’m in town, I think they have the best mascot, and just for that alone I would use these guys for storage if I lived nearby.

Don’t feed the bear. They run on a four week billing period, instead of month to month. This makes their prices seem slightly cheaper than average. When in actuality, it’s slightly more expensive. Making 13 payments a year, instead of 12. Plus the payment date changes almost every month. Making it likely that you will miss a payment and be charged all sorts of extra fees. It’s underhanded. Don’t waste your time or money. Edit: I rented a 5x5 for over a year before I realized how much I had overpaid. Dade is not my real name. I’m also not a couple of cats. One company running a pricing system other than industry standard to confuse people into thinking it offers the best price. That’s underhanded. By definition.

Started off good till the owner Andrew tried to extort 250.00 dollars for an already broken sign when I refused ,as I had been there month prior and witnessed another vehicle knock the sign off. He then threatened me with icbc claim if I did not pay the 250. His exact words were... well most people just pay instead of going thru insurance. Omg I thought how many people have you scammed!! He did attempt an icbc claim but to no avail . Andrew then added a bill of almost 80.00 to my storage fee with no authorization from me for a completely new sign when clearly a new base would have sufficed, the operator of this establishment is a con and scammer BEWARE!!!

Absolutely GREAT! Customer service. VERY! clean and also have customer bathrooms ???? They even boosted my girlfriends car with a new Dewalt industrial booster that looked like it could start a bus. I dont know what i would do without my storage locker here, and for a reasonable price too.

Cameras and locker alarms, etc. Convenient spot on the highway for me too as I'm planing a move out to West Kelowna soon. Over all, good impression.

Awesome staff, facilities,lockers, cleanliness etc. You name it, they supply it. Rented a 10×10 from the day they opened. Very professional in everything they do. Forgot my fob a few times. No problem. They allowed me access. Prices are competitive. One small raise in 3 years. I would even recommend my ex wife to rent there. Lol. In all seriousness, it was an awesome experience. I would definitely recommend my friends to rent their units. Well done guys.

Nice place! Clean new spot, everything is very modern. Staff seems nice too. Looks like they are still doing a bit of construction, but they're open and told me they are getting lots of interest. Hard to find larger lockers available out here, so this was a great find!
