Precisely right moving helped us move from a 2 bedroom condo to a 3 bedroom townhouse. Brandon and Mike were polite, professional, and courteous. They both took extra care to not damage our belongings or the properties. However the “temp” they brought with them was anything but. He was clumsy, rude, and vulgar. He dropped boxes and scuffed walls. He complained constantly, and told us very inappropriate and personal stories. We really appreciated the help and professionalism of the precisely right team, but in hindsight, we should have opted for the two man crew, it probably would have saved us money as Brandon, Mike, myself and my partner spent a large amount time keeping an eye on the temp.

The movers who actually did the move were wonderful - extremely careful, quick, and thorough. I was very happy with the move itself. However, I was really frustrated dealing with the company, as I was overcharged for time, and the owner refused to address my concerns when I called. The agreement for fees was for moving time, plus time to and from the yard. The move took just under 5 hours, which included the drive from Kelowna to Vernon (plus an additional .5 hours to drive from the yard to my apartment in Kelowna). At the end of the move, I was charged an additional 2 hours on top of the initial 5.5. However, it actually should have been 1 additional hour (for the drive back from Vernon to Kelowna). When I called to rectify this, the owner insisted that the additional 2 hours was correct. Initially, he said it was for time driving to and from the yard, then he said it was because the movers were still unloading items from the truck, then he said it was because I actually had to pay for an additional 45 minutes of breaks on top of the move/driving time. The owner finally agreed to refund me for 30 minutes of time, and I therefore only ended up being charged about $84 more than I should have. In the end though, I would have a hard time recommending this company (despite the excellent movers), because customers may end up being overcharged for items/time that are not included in the contract.

Terrible. Absolutely terrible. Not only does the owner have an incredibly ignorant attitude and personality I was charged more time then they worked! Never ever come to these guys they are out to scam you.

It says a lot about a company when the owner is posting fake reviews (Jake Polzin) pretending to be a client "talking up" the company, but isn't clever enough to use a different name. Check out the real reviews, they over charge for time on almost every move. The owner collects big money by ripping off clients while the young guys do all of the hard work. Its a real shame.

They moved my mom. First they show up with an extra person and charged $50 more per hour than agreed. Tried to up charge for boxes when they were told they'd be provided. Broke $500 worth of lights in the move, offered $50 off in compensation. Wouldn't file an insurance claim as their deductible is $1000. Billed for 2 hours more time than they worked. If you are looking for a company to bait and switch you, break your belongings, offer weak compensation for losses, and over charge on top of it all, call these guys. Otherwise look elsewhere. This compnay ripped off a 63 year old lady and should be ashamed of themselves. I would give them zero stars if it were allowed. After seeing this review they called mom and told her if I don't remove the reviews and posts here and on their Facebook page they will not be fixing her lamps. That's extortion, and illegal. Also discovered they took food and drinks out of the fridge and freezer while they were working. No permission was given and no request for the snack and pop was made. That's theft, also illegal. Every removal firm seems to have a couple of negative reviews so we were somewhat reserved when it came time to choosing one. They turned up on time and went through the billing process. Make sure to listen when they say they bill hourly and to and from their business. They do tell you. Three guys showed up; Victor, Matt and Adrian (I think! I am terrible with names) and they worked hard from start to finish. I was really impressed. Everything was blanket wrapped, elastic bungeed and shrink wrapped where required for protection. We have expensive paintings and they were well looked after too. They even placed blankets under the truck ramp so as not to damage the concrete on our driveway. None of my over protective requests was met with anything other than a positive 'we can do that' attitude. The guys were friendly and polite. Moving your possessions is a stressful time and I wouldnt hesitate to book them again. Thanks guys, much appreciated.

We had this company pack us up and move us. Everything was done in haste. There were several things broken such as some ornaments, a wine glass and 3 of the Ukrainian Easter Eggs that my sister had made me a few years ago. It seemed to us that it was all about the speed to get things done rather than taking special care with the delicate things. All of the power cords were disconnected from the piece of equipment it went with and most of them were packed separate than the corresponding equipment such as DVD, Computer and other items. The staff were very friendly but they were being pushed to hurry along so I feel that they were in a ton of pressure to get it done quickly. All of the boxes haven't been unpacked yet and I am hopeful that I won't be finding broken china and other ornaments.

this is an absolutely terrible business that consists of a man named jake that does not care about his workers whatsoever and if something breaks he does not compensate for it and tries to tell you it was already like that, this moving business is garbage, please go somewhere else

Complete and utter rup off of a company. The owner is a complete D-bag who will load your stuff into a truck then charge you an estimated unload price. If you don't pay up front he will drive away with your stuff. My girlfriend and I were charged $4300 to move a one bedroom basement suite and a One bedroom apartment into our new house. I sat outside their yard and watched 1 worker load the belonging onto the truck after storage when its guaranteed 3. I have pictures to prove it. Do not hire this company you will waste your money and be thoroughly disappointed with the value

This another example of a company that hunts down our seniors and literally steals their money. This predator charged $600 from my 70 plus year old Dad for moving 4 items that took less than 2 hrs. $300 per hour? How is this not a crime.

They went above & beyond! The best! Not even one little (Or big) thing was broken. Everything was perfect!

My wife and I have used Precisely right a few times now. They show up on time, clean and ready to go, even the trucks are clean! it really shows when the owner actually cares about the equipment and his guys showing up proper. honestly the few negative reviews here are laughable, all companies charge a minimum rate, which I know has been explained to us every time. and everything comes to our new place undamaged and wrapped up PROPERLY! I've seen the other movers in town, ratty old trucks and staff that look like they just got picked up off the side of the road,how can you trust that... I'll never trust anyone other that precisely right for any of my moves!
