FrogBox is a great company!! James is friendly and super helpful. We had to call last minute to book the boxes for an extra week and it was no problem at all. These boxes really helped us during our office move, we are a mechanical company who has a lot of odds and ends and these boxes held up strong and true.

The eco-friendly, plastic moving boxes that James Kirkpatrick rents can be used over and over again, and unlike cardboard boxes, they don’t have to be broken down and transported to the recycling yard - saving you time and money, and I think that’s just plain smart. With a quick easy phone call, James will get you set up, make arrangements to deliver and pick up your boxes. They're sturdy. they stack high. Move them on a dolly or use their easy grip handles. James also has all the moving supplies for your move. He even has stickers for the outside of the boxes so you don't have to guess what's inside or what room it belongs in.

Awesome service and so convenient. No need for cardboard boxes and packing tape. Takes away the stress of keeping or getting rid of all those boxes. They drop off and pick up which makes it super easy for your movers. Definitely recommend!

If you are waffling on whether to order this service, I can tell you that it is an exceptionally positive way to move. Moving is already annoying and stressful so it was nice to have clean boxes and supplies delivered to my door and then picked up from my door when I was done. I followed the size guidelines and ordered our house size (4 bedroom) and I ball parked that we needed a "regular" amount since we aren't "collectors". We had just the right amount of boxes. Here are more positives: The boxes are sturdy and can stand up to heavy items, they stacked well in the moving truck, they were as large as any cardboard box so we could get a large part of a room packed up quickly, they were easy to carry, and they were easy to close up (no taping required). I loved the labels (I think they were included) and I also ordered zap straps, sofa cover, mattress cover, and bubble wrap. James offered to bring more out if I ran out of anything. In terms of timing: we had them delivered 2 weeks before our move, and then picked up 5 days after our move, which was plenty of time and really motivated me to get unpacked quickly. And if you are looking at purchasing cardboard boxes, consider the cost, plus waste, plus the fact that you won't unpack them for 2 years, and that should convince you :)

Frogbox is an outstanding service!!!! I love the environmental aspect of the unlimited reuse of the large plastic Frogboxes. The fact that Frogbox both delivers & picks up the boxes saves you from running around town begging for boxes &/or paying for cardboard boxes that will likely end up in the recycling or landfill in a short period of time. The Frogboxes all fit together securely so they are easy to stack in the home as you are packing & later in the moving truck. I rented the Frogboxes & a wardrobe box for 3 weeks. It was affordable & worth every penny. And last but not least, James was such a pleasure to deal with - he was accommodating, friendly, efficient, & flexible. Everyone moves under different circumstances. For some it may be a particularly challenging time. Frogbox is the ideal solution to help ease the burden & stress of moving. I will use Frogbox again in the future & I will continue to refer people to this fantastic service. I hope more people in the Okanagan will hear about Frogbox!

Amazing and helpful service. The boxes made moving much easier. Worked great for winter. These boxes are a great choice for reducing waste and they are very convenient. No putting together or tearing apart like traditional boxes. The experience was awesome from beginning to end.

Frogbox was a great decision that facilitated our move. The boxes are very sturdy and easy to move around. Not dealing with tape was nice too. The movers were happy to see we had frogboxes as it made their life easier to move things around and pack the truck. James was great, delivering and picking up the boxes at the times agreed upon. I did a job for James at his home earlier this year I own a small electrical company and James is building a swimming pool worth well over $100,000 he was good to give me a deposit of $2,035 but when it came time to finish paying the bill another $2,900 he was extremely rude to me told me that he was not going to pay me. Be very wary before using this company if he treats tradespeople they come to his home to do work this way guaranteed is going to be ripping you off

James was helpful & informative. Boxes were delivered at the scheduled time. Frogboxes are strong & stack nicely. The boxes will be picked up when we are finished with them. I recommend them & have told others about them. They are an excellent environmental choice.

I try and suggest Frog Box and James as many times as I can as a great moving source. I even have Frog Box listed under my Moving Tips! James is a good guy as I have met him a few times over the years and he is a real hard worker and family man too.
