I contacted this business for a small move of a China cabinet within Kelowna. After submitting the details and photos by text messaging as requested, I was told that he will follow up later in the day with a quote and time of move. When no follow up occurred that day, I sent a second text inquiring about my first text. Again no response. I do not recommend this company. They are not professional in dealing with potential clients.

Dan and his crew arrived on time and ready to go! They worked very efficiently and carefully. Everything was well transported and there was absolutely no damage to our belongings. This was a challenge move with big items, challenging stairs, multiple items that had to be disassembled and reassembled. There were several issues that Dan and his crew were able to trouble shoot. They worked very hard to make sure our toddlers had a place to sleep by their bedtimes. We would absolutely recommend them and will use them again if we ever need to move again.

I asked for a quote for a long distance move. Dan said he would be happy to provide one but needed more information. I spent time putting together all the items he requested. He said he would look at my quote that evening but messaged me saying his system was down and would get it to me in the morning. I said no problem! Then nothing in the morning... I messaged him again, and he ghosted me. Its unfortunate, as all he had to say was that he couldnt help me and I wouldnt have wasted my time getting him everything. I am however greatful for the red flag early.
